My water heater died and other companies were telling me that it would be 3 or 4 days before they could get to me … Will Fix It was out that afternoon and then came back on a Saturday to install a new one. He was very cordial, extremely knowledgeable, very conscious of our needs and schedules, respects our home, very clean, and gave us a great insight of things that we might need to have in our system going forward. He was what I call amazing and a breath of fresh air

Came out when they said they would. gave us a potential fee based on information shared. did work, showed us what issue was, made correction and cleaned up area of work. overall charge was exactly what they said. definitely recommend and will use again when needed.
