Great service.

After reading a few online reviews I decided to give this company a try. I am glad I did. Scheduling was easy. The office called and sent text messages about times & who would be arriving at my home. JJ & Oscar were the technicians sent out to repair our water heater. They were courteous and professional. They explained everything and gave us options. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

Samantha was able to give me an appointment the day after I called for a repair. Doug Rivera was on time and completed his work within the time frame he gave me. He gave me two options for a remedy to our leak. In addition, and without extra charge, he replaced the salt in our water softener (we had purchased bags earlier) and checked our home's water pressure. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism!

Our water softener started leaking constantly at the drain pipe and I called Caliente Plumbing. I reached their office on a weekend and left a message. They called first thing Monday morning and had someone out to look at the issue the same day. Ryan came out earlier than expected and diagnosed our issue in a matter of minutes. Ryan is professional and an expert in plumbing. I learned so much about our plumbing system just from speaking with him. I was so pleased with the service from Caliente that I purchased the annual maintenance contract for our HVAC and Plumbing. 5 STARS all the way! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Thoroughly had all options explained in great detail - patiently. Owner settled on an Advantage program - 16 SEER. A big Thank-You to Reagan and the AC Techs that came out and saved my sanity! When my AC went out I was told by a different company (won’t mention their name) that I would need a new system- which was true but the price quote from that other company had me ready to start an OnlyFans! But thanks to Reagan and her techs I was able to get a new better AC system and save money! Also the warranty gave me piece of mind knowing that they stand behind their work! I am a customer forever!

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Josh was amazing! He was on time, very friendly and polite. He was able to troubleshoot my A/C issues right away and get it fixed. He took the time to explain everything and also gave me tips to prolong the life of my current system. The prices were good and the work done was top notch and professional! I am very happy with the service I got and will definitely be using their service contract; much better option than a home warranty. I highly recommend their services!

While searching for a snake rental their ad pops up on Google and it says Clogged Drain special $59. I have a clogged shower drain from master bathroom and since this is cheaper than renting a snake I arrange meeting. They come to my house and say, a clogged drain will cost $750 because he has to take the toilet off (two bolts) and that involves labor. Told him about his ad price and he's like, but this is extra labor. They charged me a $59 service fee just to let me know they will rip me off! STAY AWAY!!
