Called on a Saturday for a water heater problem. Worked with us on a suitable time frame that met our needs, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes with the minimum of out-of-pocket expense. Sometimes there just aren't enough stars to give. Will recommend to others, and will call again if we have any future needs.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. I will definitely use Guarantee Plumbing & AC, Inc. for any future requirements.

Alex Peck is the best tech ever! He spent so much time inspecting our ac system to ready us for warmer weather. I'm not sure anyone has ever been more thorough. We appreciate the time spent, his attention to detail, and his friendly disposition. Aramendia is lucky to have him on their team.

I have been a Sadie member for a number of years and THOUGHT Goettl was a good company with scruples. I WAS WRONG!! They do poor work, overcharge, and lie to elderly people like me.I had a leak in my shower that had spread through the walls and onto the bathroom floor over to my sink. Frank came and changed the cartridge to the valve and recommended another company to come in to clean the rest of the leak and replace the walls. He also insisted that the water pressure was too high even though I said we had low pressure. He kept pushing that I get a pressure reducing valve because it was imperative. He also claimed I needed a $20,000 water softener/carbon filter even though he NEVER tested my water to determine the hardness or chlorine residual.I relented to the pressure valves because he insisted that my entire plumbing system would be destroyed in the near future. Goettl also sent people to replace my shower valves (including the one they just installed and charged me for). They did not give me my senior discount even though I asked them if it would apply to all the work and they said it would.Frank said the bathroom work was to include inspection of everything (tubs, toilets, and sinks). The people who did the repair work in the tubs did nothing else like they were supposed to. We had to call for them to come back and look at water coming from near one of the toilets. The person who came did not tighten the bolts, so water was leaking after he left. Someone from the other company fixed it by merely tightening it a little. Goettl said they wanted to charge another inspection fee but I said they were supposed to do all the work the first time they were here like they said they were going to.Ever since they completed the work in November, I have had even less water pressure than before, to the point where NOTHING comes out of my kitchen sink. Frank had said that the water goes through the house before going through the kitchen.I told multiple people at Goettl and they either said they would have to charge me a lot more to look at the kitchen or they just ignored me.Goettl was not able to complete everything in the shower until the other company finished their work in there. In December, Monica from billing called to ask how I was going to pay for the work. She said if I didn’t call right away, she was going to put a lien on my house. I called back but she would not take multiple calls. When I finally spoke to her, she claimed the work was done in September and that Goettl had not paid their plumbers since then because I owed money. She changed her story and said that she didn’t just need to know my payment method but that I had to pay because they did everything they were supposed to when I still had no facet or valve in one of the tubs. Finally, I spoke to a Steve who said I had to pay in full immediately even though the work was not finished or he was just going to put a lien on the house. The contract said payment was due upon completion.When Goettl finally sent someone to finish in the shower, the faucet was installed crooked and we still have low pressure and no water at all in the kitchen.I am attaching photos of the crooked faucet and the bills to show they charged me twice for shower valves and did not give the senior discounts they said were there.I want water to come to my kitchen like it did before Goettl came and messed with it. I also want my money back for the original valve they installed since they took it back two days later. Additionally, I want my senior discount that they said I was getting but didn’t.I would not recommend Goettl for anything in San Antonio..

Overall, very professional, but overpriced. They were a couple hours late, but dispatch did a good job keeping me updated on ETA. Was impressed with the tech and his thorough diagnosis, but their prices are ridiculously high. They lure you in with a very reasonable diagnosis fee, but beware - labor and material are not competitive, at least not for plumbing services.UPDATE: Reducing the review to 1 star. Why? Because even the diagnosis of the main issue I had was completely wrong. Had a pressure issue and was told I needed my PRV replaced at the main line. Found out from new plumber I don't even have a PRV! The real issue was my water softener, which wasn't even on Radiant's radar of things I needed to fix.

Today our unit stopped working as I arrived from work, not what I was expecting to deal with today. Nonetheless a good friend referred Air Today so I reached out to Manny the owner, he came right over to access the situation, from the moment they arrived I felt my family was in great hands.. Unit is beaning replaced first thing in the morning. Very professional and very informative throughout process

The technician Luis Marroquin was very professional, patient and humble not to mention on time and quick to respond. Above all, he excelled in his expertise in his line of work. Moreover, he was very detailed and took the time to explain everything that had to be done including precautionary and safety measures.

I’m pleased with Evenflow Home and Commercial Services, the technician provided great service and was able to resolve our issue right away. We had noticed our AC was not cooling and it was getting hotter in our house. I called Evenflow scheduled an appointment, and an expert technician was ready to help the following day. The technician, Cecilio we had is very knowledgeable and was committed to help answer all our questions as to why the AC was not cooling. We were so impressed with the apprehension he had for this line of work and the quality of service he provided to us. Now we are scheduling to have our air duct cleaning with them and have routine maintenance. Cecilio made me rely on Evenflow Home and Commercial Services. Well done!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

They wanted to charge over $400 to replace a wax ring on a toilet. This was by appointment, during business hours. Really!? $400+ for an hour of work. This is after they try to lock you into service with their $80 “service fee” if you decide not to use them. Entrapment, bad business model, and not justifiable. These guys need to stop ripping people off. I refused, and will not be paying their “fee”. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had my hot water heater replaced in Feb 2020 then had my entire AC replaced in August 2020. The work was done quickly and well, but the company has been very difficult to work with in regards to getting in touch with my home warranty. They were quick to finance these repairs, but I am not even able to get a person on the phone to get the information my warranty company needs to assist me with the cost. It has been over a year now, and I am steadily building interest on something that should have been communicated to my warranty company about. I have called and texted multiple times, but there is not even a main line to talk to administrative staff. It only goes to an answering service who sends me to the same person, whether it is HVAC or plumbing related. This is now impacting my credit, and my warranty company has not been able to contact them either. Both repairs were absolutely necessary since I have a toddler (no AC in August is not something I can wait on). The only way I would use this company again would be if there was more clear communication and chain of command to help get the very simple information requested.
