I was welcomed by Mario with a gift and greeting. Mario showed up on time and waited patiently as I had other contractors conducting inspections on the home that we are selling. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the items that were of most importance to pass the inspection and did not try to upsell me on different products. We chatted a bit about our shared military service, and Mario explained the items that caused him the most concern. He promptly conducted minor repairs/replacements and got our systems up to code. I appreciate the company and look forward to being their customer for many years to come.

Travis came to my house to fix a leak. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed it quickly. I definitely recommend and will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Today we had a problem with our new unit. Mathew came out to help us. The problem was our own fault. He explained patiently where we had gone wrong updated the system and got it back up and running for us. he was professional and nice. I appreciated his patience and experience. Thanks so much! just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex

Jacob and Gene swapped our old water heater for a tankless heater. He also installed a pressure/cutoff valve and took out our old water. Softener replacing with a new model designed for our extremely hard water. All jobs were done very well and their professionalism and expertise was very evident. Both Jacob and Gene exhibited great skills and pleasant attitudes throughout the project. Jacob returned the next day when we requested and he made adjustments to the pressure and temperature settings. We are very happy with the entire project and highly recommend them as top notch plumbers.
