Posting for my 89 yr old Grandmother. Her kitchen sink was very clogged and she was unable to use the sink. Big City Plumbing came to her rescue. Travis and James arrived in a timely manner, we professional, and did a wonderful job in getting the drain cleared of any debris and got her sink working again. Thank you Travis and James for going above and beyond to get my grandma sink working again. She was very pleased with the service, they were also affordable and she would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

George was a little early but that was great since we had no A/C or heat due to the electrical issue. It was immediately obvious that he was a professional. He was able to replace the burned parts quickly. If we had not got this done now we definitely could have had a fire!!! He kept us advised about when he would arrive. Treated us fairly on the cost.
