John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

Seen this company on the news donating there time and help out a diabetic man who was an amputate. We need more people like you in this city and community. Much respect ✊?

Octavio and Roberto were excellent! Professional and quick, and they made sure to clean up the area once they were finished. I was pleased because my installation was not scheduled until Monday, but they were able to get it done 4 days early because they had an opening become available and called me! Also, Citywide beat their competitor's price by over $100 and left no messy drywall for me to patch.

David and his team were recommended to install the electrical components of a whole house generator. This was my first experience with Hill Electric, but I will certainly use them going forward for any electrical needs. David was extremely professional - he addressed the scope of the work that was to be performed, gave me accurate and simple estimates (which were very fair). Throughout the process, the crews showed up on time, they worked diligently and their work was clean (obvious they take pride in their work).I did have one item that needed attention after the job was complete and they came right back, without hesitation, and tightened up a small component.Complete satisfaction on all aspects of the job!

I was completed satisfied with the work. The owner answered my call to fix my gfci wall switch although it was a holiday weekend. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed that there was a few loose wires and replaced the switch with an upgrade. I will probably use his services in the future.

I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. As I said in my review below, Ward is young, but he is really good at his profession, and I give him the highest marks for his work. He is now my go to electrician.I needed an electrician on short notice to replace an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I anticipated a low probability of finding a qualified electrician that could provide same day service. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home. He is young, but don't let his age deceive you. He arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have seen enough electricians in my life to recognize excellent performance after 5 minutes of watching him work. Our company paid $246.81 for them to give an estimate ( not free). Been waiting several weeks for estimate, called 4 times, never get a call back. So WHAT did we pay for?? I’m beginning to think that we got scammed!
