Yesterday my very old water softener decided to spring a leak. Thankfully I have neighbors that turned off my water at the main and then called SAWS to contact me. Anyway, I call Bluefrog Plumbing at about 3:45 and Thomas drives up to my house around 4:30. Super fast, and so professional. Thomas took a look at the situation and within minutes had figured out what needed to be done and had an estimate for me. I was very pleased with the price and he got to work. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Thomas answered everyone of them with a smile. He is even going to come back to take away the old water softener. Super company and Thomas is the best. Thank you for all the help.

They were very courteous on the phone and prompt on coming to our home.When the plumber arrived (Tony Cantu), he went over all the issues and gave a quick assessment. Then, he let us know the possible prices and what he'd be doing before he began the work.He was very professional in what he did and thorough. After he finished the job, he discussed what he found and what to be looking for in the future. He cleaned everything up and was on his way in no time.I'd call them for my plumbing problems in the future based on how professional and courteous the entire team and process was.

I had a non-working toilet in my home office and called Anchor with the hopes that I could get the toilet either repaired or replaced. Joseph was sent out to give me an estimate, and then the very next morning he performed the job. (Yay!) I am very pleased to have had this gentleman as my technician. He was timely, professional, and patient. He explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. He was even very patient when I had sticker shock (the initial quote changed significantly because the flange issue was not discovered until the old toilet was removed). Joseph once again explained my options. Overall, I do believe that Anchor treated me fairly in the pricing. Ultimately, I ended up having the toilet, water cut-off, and flange replaced. Joseph and his co-worker brought the toilet, removed the old toilet (and even disposed of the old toilet), and left everything clean (all in a very reasonable time frame)! I truly appreciate it when technicians come to my home or place of business and treats the environment with care, and Joseph did exactly that.Based on my experience, I highly recommend Anchor plumbing.

Our repair professional was Chris Andrews. He was not only knowledgeable about his products, but was amazingly friendly. He answered all questions I had and gave me the best options on my water heater issue. Chris went above and beyond and you don't get that kind of service often. After choosing the right option, Chris was back out the next day installing and did an amazing job. Sometimes when bad situations happen, you get a technician like Chris that makes it not feel so bad. Very impressed and satisfied beyond words.
