Had a garbage disposal replaced. Two plumbers showed up and had the work done in under an hour. I'm happy with the overall experience.

Update: A month after getting a new ac and heating unit we had problems when a cold front came in and we found out we did not have heat. Mario came back out and troubleshooted the system. He figured out the problem and got the heat on. He insured us that a crew will be out the following week to do new wiring throughout our system to have proper connections. Grateful for the honest work.Our AC went out and we called this company Sunday morning. Mario came out and reviewed our entire ac and heating system. He took pictures and showed us what he could fix now and what has been repaired before. He gave us all the information we needed and we had many options with in our budget to get our AC back up and running.

Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend we had a plumbing problem. The sewer line was clogged and water was backing up ... Nasty! I called Primo Plumbing and they had a plumber at my home in about 90 minutes. He put a long snake down the line and got rid of the clog. Sunday morning the same thing happened again. I called Primo Plumbing and a plumber was at the house within one hour. He used the snake again and this time cleared it well. We checked the sewer flow and it is draining well.The response on a weekend is one thing but to have that quick a response on a holiday weekend is superb.I commend them greatly.

Richard, technician was thorough, professional and was able to troubleshoot, answer questions as well as explain so that I could understand the extent of work needed on my A/C to make it functional. The technician went ahead and checked A/C before leaving and found another issue and went to get the needed parts to fix the system. I will use Schmidt again.
