Best Drain Problems in San Antonio TX

George Plumbing is the best of the plumbers. Shawn Jackson fixed everything wrong with my shower and bathtub plumbing with no baloney. The office and plumber were efficient, explained what they were doing and why, were polite, and best of all - they knew what they were doing! The price was also terrific. I had 2 other young plumbers that were so bad I fired them before they began, because they clearly did not know what was wrong, or what they were doing, but boy- could they bill! George Plumbing and Shawn are old-school in the best sense. They do it right, and at a reasonable price! Love them!

Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism! Tony was quick to answer my questions and went over and beyond to fix our issue. I would definitely use American Auger if any other plumbing issue would arise.

Adam had good rapport with me as a new client. He explained the gas fireplace in a way I can operate it safely and efficiently. He included safety tips as well. The receptionists were friendly and kept me updated on my appointments and the technicians arrived on time. Most importantly it looks great.

I've had some bad experiences with unprofessional plumbers. I asked Edward Salinas for his business card, so I could mention him by name (I didn't have any cash for a tip, so please give him a bonus and/or a raise). He arrived on time; found the leak; called the home warranty people; went and got a new sink faucet (exact same features as the other one--only new; and installed it for me. Also, he cleaned up the water puddles under my sink, which I know he didn't have to do. He had to go and get the part and bring it back. I told him to go ahead and get his lunch while he was out, but he didn't. He came right back and installed the faucet. Very professional, and this is the company I plan to use for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Very honest and professional service. I had another company quote me $1,500 for parts I didn't need. 4M fixed my shower for less than $200.

What can I say that has not previously been said by prior reviewers. In a day and age where attention to the customer experience seems to be deteriorating, this company stands out. In every way (Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality) they were there for work on one of our rental properties. We have definitely added them to our vendor list to handle our plumbing needs.

Came to fix a shower door. It was a 10 minute fix and cost around $180. Did not require any parts. I feel like that's a little high but you get what you pay for. Great customer service and serviceman was knowledgeable.

Prompt and professional service

Great emergency Sunday service! I had a PVC pipe leading away from my outdoor faucet break, and didn't know how to turn off the water to the building. Called them in just to turn the water off, and they put a temporary fix on so we could still have water. Total it should have cost $250.00, and Randell (Journeyman 1351) helped us out for just $26.00!Now, to be fair, this was a temporary fix as we have our own maintenance guy (he only works Mon-Fri), but it really saved our butts to have such a friend in our hour of need.

This person Pedro came highly recommend to us, I called and he answered promptly and was willing to drive to Round Rock from San Antonio to help with are problem. The original phone call was about our plumbing issues in our garage, he called back with a price of the service we accepted, then later that day the guys that was doing some other work on our house broke the main water line. We called Pedro back and ask if he could fix that for us also he said yes. Fixed the water line did a scope for the plumbing in the garage and charged us over $2200 yes $2200 to fix the main water line and scope the other problem. When I spoke to him about this he said he was only coming to look at the plumbing problem use the camera and then give us an estimate. That's not what we discussed on the phone. Why would I ask someone to come from San Antonio to Round Rock for an estimate? I truly feel like we got hoodwinked on this. I do not recommend Pedro or this company to anyone!

Ralph Martinez showed up on time and did a great installation of the new hot water heater in less than 3 hours. He removed the old hot water heater and cleaned the space. He also explained how to light the pilot light and operate the heater. He is a conscientious worker. Thumbs up for Ralph’s hard work and professionalism.

One day service in a heatwave when the system just stops and the house is reaching over 85f. Very thorough inspection was done ithe damage to our system was quickly resolved. If you don't have their silver plan where you received to get you 2 inspections a year, this is the year to get it.Overall the last 3 years of having the silver plan has been great system clean and you also get people working with you who know your system and get the whole job done without much BS. We will be using them a lot well hopefully not, lol.

They have no service in the San Antonio Texas area.. and no 24hr service.
