I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Fernando and Chris . They fixed four toilets and my tubs . We have been having a terrible time with the toilets flushing slow and the tubs draining and noisy leaks . They arrived on time put on shoe covers and mask and got to diagnosing the problem. I love when people work in teams and there team work was awesome . They finished quickly so that I could continue my day . I would definitely recommend them .

We had a terrible sewage back up following a downpour here on north side of San Antonio TX. After spending a couple of days cleaning up feces and toilet paper, etc I knew I would lose my mind if this happened again. Fortunately, the JR plumbling team came quickly, on time, and located the problem with roots blocking our pipes. They were up front about cost so we knew what we were getting into. They also cleaned up the floor afterwards knowing I could not tolerate one more clean-up job. They also gave us advice to keep this from happening again. Well worth the $$$!! and guaranteed through next year's spring rains.

The technicians did a great job in installing my new water heater. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this plumbing company.

We can always depend on AAA AUGER to take care of our plumbing issues! They are efficient, professional, competent, friendly and dependable. Max and Chris worked on our kitchen drain clog and within minutes we had a clean line!!! So very happy! We had two other plumbing companies come out and the prices were outrageous! We recommend AAA AUGER to everyone!

Edit 12/23/2022: previously I've used them for plumbing but today I used their AC/Heating service. My poor system decided it was time to go on one of our coldest nights. Called very very early and had someone out that morning to triage what needed to be done (Billy) and then Raymond and Manny G came out and installed my new unit and a new thermostat. Everyone was friendly, informative, didn't mind questions, let me know what was happening along the way and Raymond even cleaned up after they were done! Thanks guys!I've used Goettl a few times for plumbing issues and have always found them to be very communicative, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Ralph was the latest one to come out and I appreciate the way he listened to me and answered my questions. Even more importantly, I appreciate the price! I've recommended them to family, friends and co-workers as a company that can be trusted. Nice to know I'm in good hands.

I am so thankful for this company. We called last minute on a Sunday and Tito was so helpful and was ready to head out to me right away. He came and was so professional and honest. He walked us through every step he did and explained what is best for us to do, and not do in a sitiruation like this, which is amazing because most companies won't do that at all. His prices are also very decent for his work and for it being so last minute, so far out, and on a Sunday!Very very nice man and very professional, and patient. I’m going to say that this place has good pricing, and they let you know with a few questions what you’re looking at, price-wise. The guy that runs the pump truck probably will ask you when was the last time you had your septic tank pulled. The plumbers they have on retainer are willing to go the extra mile, ask for the Jessie Special.

Company showed up 5 to 6 hours late helper was complaining when the lead Tech was not around was quoted One price then they try to rob me for a second price.. refuse to make the plumbing repair because of the type of material I called Roto-Rooter and they had no issues repairing the pipe question I would not use this company ever
