We were recommended to call Eric @ Blue Frog Plumbing by a friend. We called schedule an appointment, they arrived on time, gave me an estimate upfront, and completed the work quickly for the agreed price. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The technician Sunny came out and was pretty thorough regarding the issue I was having. He was pretty honest and straightforward and was pretty patient while I questioned the options that I had. Overall, I'm really content with the service and the ease and speed in which everything was done.

Excellent service, fair and honest pricing. They were up front about the diagnosis and offered the best case scenario first but also were frank about the worst case scenario.

Couldn’t be more impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of their plumbing department. Came out after hearing of a major leak coming from the ceiling in our dining room. Lindsey kept us calm while she was able to get her crew, Carlos and Dylan, out here within the hour. Initial shock told us it was going to be costly…turns out our 3 year old just clogged his toilet. They took care of the leak and overflow without trying to upsell. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with technicians using this type of experience to offer costly solutions that aren’t needed. Aramendia’s team didn’t. 10/10, would use again.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate Goettl Air Conditioning! Reagan provided great customer service with diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit, and that it was a pretty serious problem with the unit short cycling. She arranged for technicians to be at our house the very next day. The technicians Mark and Ernesto are outstanding! We needed to have the coil replaced in the unit. They needed access to the attic which was blocked. They were quick to help move a piece of furniture out of the way so they could get the job done. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the job. They even helped get the furniture back to where it was after the job was done to leave the jobsite the way they found it. I would recommend this company again. The A/C immediately felt wonderful in my home once they replaced that coil. They kept everything very clean throughout the entire process. Thank you so much everyone at Goettl for such a great experience!!!!

Troy was a great representative of Radiant. He was informative and was able to clearly show me where the problems in my system were and the steps that were need to fix them. He was upfront where he would recommend I go for certain things I can do myself. I look forward to having them work on my home again.

Absolutely a fabulous company We had a leaking water heater today. Called Anchor plumbing and they arrived within an hour. Brandon and Mason were so professional and courteous. Solved the issue quickly and the prices for labor and installation for our new water heater were execellent. Brandon and Mason we’re knowledgeable about the products and their work was impeccable. We have been using Will Fixit for spring and fall maintenance on our A/C and heating system for several years. We always ask for Dillon because he is the best. If he isn’t available we will delay service until he is available. He is always on time, he is polite and kind and does a great job keeping our system in tip top shape.

We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work. He also left our kitchen sink area and beneath cleaner than he found it. A job well done! Thank you Jim... and Kelly and Arnold Moos Plumbing!!

Even though the service rep was quite competent. What I was charged for the condensation pump was more than double the average cost. Shafer takes advantage of the customer's needs by jacking up the price of parts. Especially when the need for the repair is most important to the customer.Before you use Shafer take time to breath and compare prices. If you don't Shafer will rip you off.
