They made sure I knew all that they were doing to trouble shoot the clogged drain, they provided additional corrective actions to take and made sure they were able to help us out with our plumbing issue today. They were friendly, professional and really helped us make sure we understand all actions being taken to resolve the issue. Very timely and professional, the work was finished quickly. Joey is very knowledgeable and was able to identify and solve my plumbing problems without hesitation.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

Tyler was my Goettl plumbing technician. He arrived on-time on a Sunday to inspect a leak. It turned out that my toilet had a rusted flange that Tyler spotted and replaced. He did a tremendous job and was very professional and knowledgeable. Tyler's work was a great example of doing things the right way and showed a great reflection of the company. Today I had a brand new Trane air conditioning system installed in my condo. Received multiple quotes and estimates but Schmidt Mechanical's price compared to all that they offered was exceptional.
