We had Ethan come out to try and fix our toilet. He was super professional with great customer service. He wasn't able to fix our issue but he went over the options and made recommendations based on price point.He set us up a time/service for installation of a new toilet. Unfortunately it seemed like the plumber was stuck on a different project and was unable to make it the same day.The home office was great about keeping us updated. We rescheduled for next day. Matt came and did the install. He too was just as great as Ethan. Very professional. He got the toilet installed quickly and it looks great.

Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. As a side note, the front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up my service call for the next day. Great service from everyone at Will’s All Pro.

JC Enriquez was outstanding! I used them for my father's house which had a substantial leak that required him to turn off his water until it was addressed. JC Enriquez was there immediately and called me explain the issue then next steps to address it. They were so courteous, knowledgeable and took their time to explain to me on the phone. The did an incredible job, I felt at ease that they had my father's best interest in mind and I will be using them in the future for any repairs at our house as well.

After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out. Nathan was very professional and nice throughout the hot water heater replacement. They treat your home with respect and will not leave until the job is done. Chavarria’s Plumbing will be our go to plumber from now on!

Had them come out to reply back a connection for a vanity we had replaced in the powder room. Work was done and cleaned up in less than a half hour. Reasonable pricing.

So the bad news is they had to come twice in the same week. The good news is both Ricardo and Carlos Z. did outstanding work. Ricardo explained everything very clearly. He installed a relay switch because my outside unit was not kicking on when I switched from heating to AC. Carlos came back when the outside unit kicked on when I switched back to heat. I wasn't sure it was supposed to. He explained how heat pumps work. Then he installed a turbo condenser (?). Great guys. Love Goettl. I absolutely trust Goettl.

Since I started using Schmidt all I have is outstanding service. My utility bill has gone down over a $100:00 per month. my last tech Richard did a wonderful job. This was our first time using Air Today and Isidoro came out to do a tune up on our unit. After discussing the increased mildewed smell coming from the unit despite our efforts to keep it at bay, Isidoro showed us the mildew growing on the inside of the unit. Parts of the unit that I would never even think to look! To help combat this, he did a very thorough cleaning and disinfected all parts of our unit and educated me on what I can do in the future to help with this. After further discussion, we also decided to install an air scrubber which he did so expertly. Isidoro’s professionalism, knowledge, and hard work is so greatly appreciated. I feel much more informed about our unit and how to maintain it because of Isidoro taking the time to educate us. I highly recommend Air Today and am thankful for Isidoro’s above and beyond service.

I had a sudden, complex water pressure emergency. My water pressure went to near zero after turning on a shower or flushing a toilet at the same time. I checked everything: PRV, softener, whole-house filter, line blockages, could find nothing. Paul came over same day, making changes in his schedule, to help solve our emergency. He immediately identified the problem, and made recommendations for several options to fix, all at reasonable prices. His work was professional, his approach customer friendly, and pricing very reasonable. And... we had water back to the house before my wife got home from work (happy wife, happy life!)

had my 20 + year duct work replaced a few weeks ago. ralph and andy did the install. very friendly - hard working guys. they fixed the air flow issues that some rooms had - added return lines to make the unit function more efficiently. cant wait for those hot summer days to really appreciate the work they did. been using shafer for several years now. they always do good work. i have used them for plumbing / AC / Heating services - installs - and yearly checkups.
