I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Zach and Mitchel, with Primo Plumbing. They were professional, assessed the situation and fixed the plumbing problem that was creating a major leak in the backyard! We previously contacted another plumbing company (Elite Plumbing) and they said to contact a septic tank service. We contacted a septic tank service and they said contact a plumber! Happy to say Primo Plumbing solved the problem!

When I thought I would have had to come out of pocket more $ they kept on trying and solved the problem as well as helping me understanding the plumbing system. Would recommend fasure.

They're honest, helpful plumbers. They give you all your options and properly advise you. There's no surprise in the price as they are upfront about the cost. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but I have always been very happy with their work.

The people were nice and very helpful. Ruben was very thorough and was very patient in helping me to understand what the issues were, what would need to be done and the options i had..The process took longer than expected mostly due to their escavators. They had to come out a few times because the plumber was not able to fully access where he needed to work. The plumbers did what they needed to do and were great. After the job and inspections were done, I got the run around on when the escavators would come back out to put the dirt back. They were suppose to come out on Monday, then Tuesday then wednesday..Thursday they were on their way to my home...and I had this confirmed but ..Nope still did not show up til friday. For the whole week, I had to wait and cancel appointments because they could not get it together. I'm also very concerned at the amount of dirt they hauled out of property as well but we will see what happens.. I appreciate Rosie and the others who tried to get this situation resolved. They tried. I felt some type of way since i was getting the run around and the job had been paid. But again, Rosie was there and she tried her best. It was quite expensive but upon research, their prices ended being fair for the work that needed to be done. Other than their escavation team, they did a really good job. I would use willfixit again, but only if there is no digging that needs to be done. Yes, the excavation team was that bad, in my experience with them. If it were not for this, I would've definitely given 5 stars.

I would never use this company based on what I saw today at the local gas station. About 5 guys smoking a blunt at the gas pumps very openly. Not a good reflection on the business nor the owner.

I contracted with A&A as a referral from a family member. A&A is now my go-to plumber. 1st Class all the way. Work was completed by Kyle Hunt. Poster child for how to be the front man for a company. Professional. Listener. Communicator. Follow-Up. I have an engineering background and watched Kyle work and checking the results. I could not be more pleased with the experience and the results. I highly recommend A&A Plumbing.

Both Mr. Plumber employees I dealt with in locating a clog in a main drain line were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and the second person with camera equipment came out that same afternoon. I haven’t pulled the trigger on actual repair yet due to the very high estimate to repair my 50 year old main line. But I can’t blame any of that on Mr. Plumber. Today’s prices everywhere have me in constant sticker shock. I have a feeling if I go with them, the repair will be done very professionally and properly. I have a good initial feeling about the company.

Not sure why this company is getting beat up in the reviews, I had a very pleasant experience with them. John came out to do the initial inspection. He was a no-nonsense type guy that wasted no time with the solution and billing info. Andrea did a great job communicating with me on scheduling via phone calls and text. Jose was the tech they sent to install and he was punctual, pleasant, and did a great job. He even cleaned up very well even though I told him I would do it. He left 30 min ago and I already have hot water. A+ in my opinion
