Came out quickly. Our technician (Sonny) was curteous and finished the job fast. Explained the problem and all of our options. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.Our heater went out in the middle of a cold spell and we were in need of a speedy repair. Even though our unit was 15 years old he was able to patch it up. Really enjoyed the quality service. Would recommend.

I had initially given a good review but this last time two guys came out. The older one was professional. The younger one was a smart azz and disrespectful. Some female just called to see if I wanted their service again and I guess they are still offering disrespectful service because I told her I wasn't interested if they were still offering that type of service. She said okay and no appointment was made.

I would never use this company based on what I saw today at the local gas station. About 5 guys smoking a blunt at the gas pumps very openly. Not a good reflection on the business nor the owner.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He conducted a free review of our plumbing systems and discovered that the water heater was leaking and that we had high water pressure. He developed several options for the estimates and conducted the work quickly and professionally. We were very impresses with his work and level of service. We highly recommend A&A plumbing.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

Professional and reliable, extremely fair pricing. Job included replacing backwater check valve with two way clean out line which necessitated deep excavation in front of the house. Rick and Rudy were extremely careful and respectful of my landscaping design and plants and worked around my shrubs rather than just plow through and kill them, which I very much appreciated. They kept in contact with us, letting us know their plans of action before beginning the job. They stayed true to the estimate, which was CONSIDERABLY less than a mainstream company’s estimate for the same job. We have used Buffalo Plumbing before, and will continue to call them in the future. A truly honest company, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!!!!
