It took the gentleman (Lee) 2.5 hours to repair a foot of pipe which amounted to a $500 bill. When I walked out to see how it was going, Lee was sitting in his truck looking at his tablet. He commented on my neighbor's hogs. Oh, but the job was finished already so I have no idea how long it really took.For comparison, a well repair company (Texan Water) replaced a pump and repaired several feet of pipe in less than 2 hours for about $400. This fellow focused on the job and got it done.Can't say I recommend George Plumbing company due to their slow repair and vague billing practices.

Called this morning and got service this afternoon (Saturday). They are great about communicating to let you know when to expect them and when they’re on their way. They text with the name of the technician before his arrival. Our tech was very courteous and respectful. He fixed our issue and we are very pleased. This is the second time we’ve used this company (2 different issues) and we would definitely call them again in the future!

Experienced, fair and friendly! We had a leak on our side of the meter and CMS had it fixed in no time and cleaned up afterwards. We will defiantly use them again.

Got a return call from Daniel and he arrived quick and worked hard until my toilet was unclogged. The price is fair too! Very happy with this company!!

Comfort Air was very responsive to an A/C repair issue for a house I was selling on behalf of a client. They quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended two options with differing price points. Once we approved the estimate, they were prompt in getting the part ordered and the work done within our narrow contract dates. I recommend Comfort Air without hesitation.

We called right before they closed with a clogged and overflowing sewer line and they sent two technicians right away. Within 30 minutes they arrived and got right to work. They were very professional and got it fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be keeping their name for future plumbing issues.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

I had Will Fix It out for an HVAC system tuneup and to see if we needed any repairs. All they did was try to sell us a new one to the tune of $14,000. We had someone else out within a month and found out someone left the cap off our freon system allowing much of it to escape. Hmm, how convenient. Things that were missed: fan wasn't turning on outside unit b/c capacitor was burned out; freon valve needed replacement, attic unit had multiple air leaks, circuit board on attic unit previously had an ant infestation and likely needed replacement. Oh, and there was a small mold issue in the attic. None of this was brought to our attention by the professionals at WFI. They quoted us about $900 for freon and $14k to replace. No other options were given. Don't use this company if you have any other choices. They'll rip you off!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Kyle Hunt and A & A Plumbing were awesome! Kyle was very thorough and took a lot of time explaining the details of our remodel plumbing project and answered all our questions. We've used Kyle before on other projects and absolutely love his work and he's a great guy as well.

Water heater inspection, maintenance, and flush per maint. plan. Hardness of water tested also, as well as for chlorine at my request. Arturo Flores was very informative and helpful throughout. He has a very friendly and polite disposition and answered all my questions. He seems quite knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and water softeners and thoroughly explains everything. He comes recommended.

I have used this company several times and the quality of work was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve also called them several times on matters which were checked but did not need repair and I was not charged for the service hall. The last time he was here, I had a leak in the irrigation system which my gardener had attempted to repair but there was still water pooling in the area. He told me to wait a few days and if the area was still wet to call an irrigation specialist because their rates were less expensive than a plumber. Again, no charge for the service call. This is definitely a company that is reliable and honest. I highly recommend them

Augie of Shafer Services Plus was professional and courteous as he completed the installation of our air conditioner coil. I would highly recommend him. After the installation, he took the time to explain what he did in ways that I could understand and appreciate. I am confident that his work today was excellent and that our unit will run perfectly as we face record high temperatures next week.

We hired through home warranty and NEVER will again.I recommend Andrea (the mom) to please be more professional. You called us yelling over the phone about a payment we didn’t know about because no one communicated with us. Then, no one gave us an invoice, which we asked for twice, from your daughter and you.No one answers the phone or returns calls. The plumber barely communicates through texts which is not helpful.I hope this criticism is taken constructively.
