Best experience ever! Tom was on time and very professional! Firstly, he handed me a Sadie toy and a flashlight as gifts! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He did a fantastic job, he performed a cooling maintenance and made my outdoor unit look brand new! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Technician showed up on time, identified issue right away, didn’t need to make a run to local hardware store. He had everything he needed in his truck. Fixed issue in half hour, now I can shower lol. Also, this happened on Labor Day before we had people over for a bbq.

Josh G came out to service our HVAC system. He provided Good service, was very professional and very polite. He arrived on time, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We had an electrical short and he fixed it just in time when the weather was cold.. Definitely would recommend him.

I had the first appointment between 8 and 9. I made it a point to be there by 8. I was there at 7:30. I got a call at 9 am that the guy was stuck at another house. He didn’t show up until after 10. There is a reason to set up early appointments. Some people have other things to do and set up their day accordingly. I missed a meeting I had at 9:45 that could not be rescheduled. Had the technician been there at the time of my scheduled appointment I would have made it to this very important meeting the appointment was to check for water leaks after the foundation had been leveled

Patrick was our plumber for issues we had at our home. Very professional and also a great salesman which is how we ended up with a master bathroom remodel as well lol. Very satisfied with the work done.

They showed up when they said they would. Mr. Nickel explained what the issue was and how to remedy the situation and the cost. They had to run a new water line. The initial attempt was to not trench the yard but they ended up having to trench the yard , but there was no additional cost. It was nice not to be pressured to buy other stuff I didn't need like the previous plumbing company I called for a different issue that I had.

I had a water heater breakdown on Saturday late fternoon. I called Shafer because we've had a service contract with them since they installed our A/C unit several years ago. Chris showed up as scheduled in the early afternoon. He did a thorough diagnostic, pulled no bones about why the unit couldn't be fixed. Chris gave me nothing but the facts and a real time quote on a new unit, with immediate installation for Monday morning. Again, his timeliness, professionalism and technical proficiency had that new tank in place and up and running in less than three hours. He's certainly a credit to the business awa his own high standards.

Currently 2 weeks past scheduled completion date and Jesse still hasn't finished. Also demands 100% payment before he's even passed city inspections. Extremely shady. Pretty sure he gets away with it according to other reviews. Hire professionals, not these con men.
