I called two other plumbing companies and neither one called me back for days. I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment. for the next morning. The men were on time and had my drains unclogged in half an hour and the price was less than anticipated. Thanks to all of you for such great service.

I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed.He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willingly paid for the service of $689. It didn’t sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I’m a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that’s not how they gauge the job.Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job. So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer.And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It’s very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer after I tried to rectify my concern.Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

Had an outside water pipe break on Sunday evening. I had to turn off the water at the meter. I called Roto Rooter and Randell Nunn, a journeyman plumber, was there in just over an hour. He had to dig down 2-3 feet but he had the repair made very shortly. The price was reasonable and what was quoted. I am very happy with the service I received and will certainly call this company again when i need a plumbing repair.JBSan Antonio

I had a non-working toilet in my home office and called Anchor with the hopes that I could get the toilet either repaired or replaced. Joseph was sent out to give me an estimate, and then the very next morning he performed the job. (Yay!) I am very pleased to have had this gentleman as my technician. He was timely, professional, and patient. He explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. He was even very patient when I had sticker shock (the initial quote changed significantly because the flange issue was not discovered until the old toilet was removed). Joseph once again explained my options. Overall, I do believe that Anchor treated me fairly in the pricing. Ultimately, I ended up having the toilet, water cut-off, and flange replaced. Joseph and his co-worker brought the toilet, removed the old toilet (and even disposed of the old toilet), and left everything clean (all in a very reasonable time frame)! I truly appreciate it when technicians come to my home or place of business and treats the environment with care, and Joseph did exactly that.Based on my experience, I highly recommend Anchor plumbing.

they did a hydrostatic test for free and verified that there was no leak. Very honest as they could have told us anything to get more money. We wouldn't know the difference. Glad there are still honest people.

Performance Plumbing provided expert service and demonstrated impeccable integrity while getting my water issues repaired.Situation: My house is a mess from an undetected water leak that has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home. We had to go several days without water to allow for the mitigation of the water damaged and molded dry wall. The plumbing company that I have paid for yearly service for over 20 years pretty much abandoned me and said they could not send anyone to help me for several days because I no longer subscribed to their premium service.Performance Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who just happened to check in on me to see how I was doing. Performance Plumbing had a plumber at my house within 24 hours of my call. They found the leak and made the repair so I could finally have at least water to flush the toilets and for personal hygiene. The next day, they squeezed me into their busy schedule to repair my hot water heaters. My hot water heaters proved to be a challenge and cost the plumber more time and resources to repair, but Performance Plumbing stuck to their estimate and did not charge me any additional fees for the extra time and trouble they experienced.They definitely have helped to make a difficult situation better with the excellent service they have provided me and my family.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Very Unprofessional. Did not answer Questions. Did not answer Calls. In her words, “that’s not how our business works” then explain it but how if they don’t answer calls and are rude through text. She asked our availability but when given a time it was always, “our business is not open at that time, that’s not how we do business.” Then you tell me your availability, I’m not the employee, Im the one needing something done so I’ll happily work around your “business schedule” but reading the reviews going through this I would rather go somewhere else.
