Aaron explained everything to us, answered all questions, and got us set up for a water softener. Aaron didn't try to sell us us something we didn't need. He is professional and personable. He knows his work, and he knows exactly what he is doing. Joe B. Installed our water softener and was so patient with all the questions we had about this installation. Chris and his team are top notch plumbers with a positive can do attitude. The Texas February 2021 freeze prove to be a challenge for most of us Southern Texans. If it were not for this team of professionals we would have been without water for a week plus instead of three days. You can count on these guys to take care of your home by wearing cleaning booties over their boots and cleaning up after the repairs. High quality work who earn repeat business.

I was stood up by another plumber on a Saturday am. I had waited all week long for it to be fixed. Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Found Anchor on Yelp and they quickly responded to my message about service. They were able to come out the same week and diagnose/repair our water pressure issues the same day. Pete was very professional and made the process easy!

We needed our generator hooked up, started and certified and they said they would come out to take a look at it. The guy knew exactly what to do and did it right there on the spot! He was very nice, professional and respectful (which you hardly see anymore). He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even caught a mistake from the previous electrician. Needless to say we WILL be using Will Fix-It for all of our household needs!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

Incoming waterline cracked where it connected to the house. Patrick and his buddy had to take out a bush to do the repair. Feel bad...its so hot outside. Once fixed found out the pressure was low and the valve at thw meter was old...replaced that and put the expansion tank on water heater for code purposes. But they were very nice and explained everything up front and again when it was all done. Even showed me the correct way to use a plunger....never knew there was a trick to them! Thank you for coming to the rescue!!

I'm extremely pleased with Mr. Plumber Plumbing Services. The people on the phone are very nice and attentive. You get a call in advance of the technician showing up. There's lots of good communication. We came home after being a way for 3 weeks to find water dripping for the ceiling of our garage. Zack came out and quickly identified a leaking fitting to the toilet in the upstairs apartment. He also arranged for a remediation company to call me. They came out the same day and set up blowers and dehumidifiers. I had Zack come back the next day and replace our leaking disposer in the kitchen. His work was thorough and completely professional. I will definitely call Mr. Plumber the next time I have a plumbing problem. You should too!
