Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

Amazing service! Both of my toilets were backed up. They came and he was here 5 minutes and knew right away what it was. Which turns out all it was, was a 10 dollar vent cap part causing the issue and I was only charged the service call price and he was only here half an hour. I ordered the part I needed. The first company I had called prior to McGill instantly wanted to charge me $375 right of the bat to scope my line over the phone without even looking at the problem. Highly recommend McGill. They actually care about their customer and I highly appreciate that honesty. Amazing guys thank you!

Jon was out early to replace a toilet tank& disconnect a water filter system. He came early, satisfactorily completed the jobs and cleaned up behind him.

We had a leak in our hot water heater and since we live in FL part time we have to go by Yelp and Google reviews to find a reputable installer. Paradise Bay Plumbing had great reviews and they did not disappoint. The person they sent out was fantastic and very personable and installed the new water heater in a few hours. The cost seemed to be in line with other companies, but they were on time, respectful and did a great job.

John just repaired the leak under our slab. Great job, very neat, quick and easy! He came out after hours and saved us from any further damage. He was very courteous and professional. He even patched the floor up for us. We are more than satisfied with his work! I would definitely recommend John and Graywater Plumbing to family and friends!
