Highly Recommend Paradise Bay! I had been dealing with a contractor that had cut my water line coming into the house and wanted to try and fix it themselves. When the contractor fixed the break some dirt and limestone sediment had gotten into a couple feeds to the master sinks, shower and kitchen sink diminishing the pressure. Joe had fit me in first thing in the next morning after speaking with him just the previous afternoon. Very pleasant, clean and professional the whole time he was here. He was in and out in 2 hours and the work areas looked the same as they were before he started.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an emergency plumbing issue the night before Thanksgiving and had water shooting out of an irrigation pipe outside our house, had a valve go out on a shower knob and the water wouldn't turn off so we had to shut the water off to the entire house. We called upwards of 15 plumbers and either couldn't get ahold of anyone or no one was able to come out that night. I called Paradise Bay and a lady immediately answered my call, took down my name, number, and issue and informed me that Joe would contact me shortly. Not 5 mins later Joe called to confirm the issue and came over. He was polite, honest, on time, and very knowledgeable. He fixed both issues within the hour. Can't say enough good things about Joe and Paradise Bay, especially for coming out the night before Thanksgiving.

Joel was early for the appointment which was nice. He was able to address the issue I was having just by the sound. Joel was able to give me a quote for service, had the parts with him and was able to complete the same day. He finished the work quickly. The final price was the same as the quoted service. My first time using this company and will be recommending anytime someone asks for a recommendation. Any future needs will be given to Paradise Bay Plumbing.

I honestly wish there was an option to leave more than 5 stars.. if anyone deserves it it's Joe with Paradise Bay Plumbing.
Not only was he the single most punctual, professional and pleasant contractor I've had the pleasure of dealing with, he was CLEAN. I know this sounds like a small thing to be impressed by, but I work with many different contractors throughout the nation through my line of work (PBP was used in a personal capacity to replace all of the plumbing in our home) and I am constantly getting complaints that they don't clean up after themselves upon completion of services.
It's a relief knowing there's a plumber in my community who can be trusted!!

This company is simply the best. They have came out on several occasions for several different issues. The most recent issue being a leak in my attic above the bed in our guest bedroom. Joe and Zack came out late last night and had found the source of the leak to be from a grey water line that had split. They fixed the leak very quickly and even did a great clean up. I will definitely continue to use their services!

Joe Morning is the most knowledgeable, professional, HONEST plumber I've ever used; one example: after being told by other plumbers since 1989 that I have NO main line sewer clean out, Joe found it in under 15 minutes. No more need to incur the extra (and pricey) expense of a guy having to go up on the roof to clear out my pipes. Joe's assistant, Tim, is also quite capable, professional, and friendly. Danielle, who man's the phones, is a gift! All three are so easy to get along with, I'm lucky to have found PBP. I already have, and will continue to recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing.

Want to thank Joe and the team at Paradise Plumbing for all their help with our most recent home projects. We have used their services on several other occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Therefore there was no hesitation to contact Joe for our latest home improvement needs for the installation of all plumbing aspects for our outdoor kitchen and the addition of a shower/bathroom to our new pool/lanai area. He ran all plumbing and sewer lines prior and once the kitchen was installed returned to install fixtures, hook up all lines and make sure everything was working properly. He returned again to complete all aspects of our outdoor bathroom to install a shower, utility sink and toilet.
Always professional, shows up when expected and is fantastic with communication and is a great problem solver! We had many different contractors and service providers with this project and Paradise Plumbing is the ONLY one that went as expected with no hassles or unexpected issues!

Joe came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He is easygoing and friendly. He quoted a price and stuck to it, and did a complete job, including cleanup. We also discussed how to deal with a bad water softener and will be providing an estimate to me later today. From now on I will use him when I need a plumber. He's definitely got my business.
Joe was punctual, professional, and polite. We had a leak in our guest bathroom that multiple plumbers had looked at and gave vague responses as to why or how to rectify the situation. Joe came in and within the first 5 minutes was able to identify the root of the problem, why it occurred and had a solution. Even after a long hour commute (in tampa traffic) he worked late into the night to finish the job. 10/10! Remember you get what you pay for!
This whole experience was great, minus the problem in the first place. The lady who answered the phone was nice and Frank letting me know that they they were unlikely to come out the same day. I still booked and was pleased when I was called back and told they would be there at 3:30. Joe knew the problem right away and quickly gave me the scenarios, both good and bad. Luckily, it was easily fixed and they were out the door in an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Just got off the phone with the rep to schedule an appointment. I was very polite to her during the call. She sounded like she just woke up and hung up on me without even saying goodbye or anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Get someone else to pick up the phone to represent the company better.

I want to Thank Joe Morin and his Team Member for solving a 10year Old Water Leak Mistery. He also, disconnected an old dirty water filter system that was being infused with my drinking water. They cleaned up everything nicely. I will definitely use Paradise Bay Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.
They arrived when they said they would, and finnished a whole house repipe when they said they would. They listened to what I had to suggest, and didn't argue about what I wanted to do. After completion, cleanup was done, and all parties were happy. If I need work in the future, I would use them again.

The lady answering the phone was horrible, rude, and extremely unhelpful. Bad attitude going out of her way to let me know she was annoyed I called. I called three contractors for an estimate to supply and install a 40 Gal Water Heater. The first call was to Home Depot who subcontracts the work to Delta Mechanical. The second was to another contractor recommended by Home advisor and the third was to a local plumbing contractor called Paradise Bay Plumbing.
The Home Depot Contractor gave me a price over the phone and never bothered looking at the project. The second plumber arrived two hours late and never bothered calling to explain why, plus he was way off by $300 on his price. Paradise Bay Plumbing confirmed, verbally and via email the appointment to view and estimate the work. Plus they were the least expensive and they scheduled the work to suit my schedule. They were extremely friendly, arrived on time, completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. I was very impressed.
It is obvious that Paradise Bay Plumbing knows the difference between lip service as opposed to customer Service. I strongly recommend this company and advise anyone looking for professional work to give consideration to Joe Morin and his company before placing orders with other contractors. One lesson I learnt here is that biggest is not always better. Thanks Joe for a job well done.

My dog broke the main water line to the house last night. They were up front and honest when they said they couldn't get to it that night and did not give us the run around. They scheduled us for the earliest possible time they could being fully transparent the entire time. Once they got here they were professional and efficient and offered to paint the wall where they had to fix the pipe. Would definitely use them again

I am new to the Apollo beach area, I quickly found a few plumbing issues. I’m haven’t had work done yet so I can’t say on the quality of work. The plumbers do seem to be very knowledgeable on the problem here. . It was recommended that the work be done after the mold remidiation is done. I agree with that. However I am disappointed that the service call today charge of $99… will not be applied to the cost of the job that is needed. I think that’s not fair.

Joe is a wonderful plumber he re plumed our entire house inside and out and did work in a bathroom, installed a new hot water heater for us all in two days. He worked alone and was awesome, I don't think we really ever saw him slow down. He also would listen to the many many stories my husband shared with him as he worked. We had a large leak on the outside of our home where the water softner was coming into the house. The water was gushing out of a large hole and flowing down our driveway on a Sunday morning. Paradise Bay Plumbing came out promptly, fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. We were very impressed with our interaction with them from scheduling the service and the repair. We will be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs and will recommend them to our neighbors!

I had an issue where the cartridge for the handle to cut on and off the shower went bad and the water would not cut off at all. I called near midnight and they were already ready to come out and solve the issue. I instead scheduled service for the morning time and they were very punctual. Joe the technician was very friendly and very prompt. They kept a great line of communication and fixed the problem in no time. I would absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great customer service and a great job well done

They are a very professional company and were very thorough during the work on our water softener and repairing the water lines.
I made a mess of repairing a leak on my sprinkler system. I called PBP on a weekend and they had a plumber out within an hour. Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Would use them again, hopefully I don't have to.

Joe Morin provided me with a free estimate that crushed the competition. He explained in detail what the issues were and provided me with several options to solve the problem. He scheduled the job, made the necessary arrangements with the county (permits, etc) and completed a complete re-piping of my home in 2 1/2 days. He made sure my home was clean when the job was conplete. The county inspector came and signed off on the project and I’m thrilled at the result.
I plan to have a water softener/ filtration system added in the future and I know for sure that Paradise Plumbing will be my choice because Joe proved to me that he was dependable, prompt, curtious, skilled and extremely knowlegable.

I have been looking for a reliable plumber since I moved to the new house about 7 months ago because the water outlets were all done outside the pool cage. I wanted one for convenience in adding water to the pool when its low and to water the plants inside without dragging the hose from outside. All the references I got from casual acquaintances did not work or I did not feel right after talking to them. Joe did a spectacular job and to think that all I did was Google plumber near me after I felt desperate on finding one! I got so lucky because I had to engage him based solely on a phone conversation. Joe's business caption on his truck is: The Pleasant Plumber! How appropriate this was! Joe was not only pleasant to deal with but he also did the job very well. He was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the installation, very neat on the work area and even went out of his way to fix a hole on the concrete wall that was left gaping by another contractor who had previously installed the water softener system. Thank you for everything Joe! I will definitely call again when I am ready for another plumbing project.
Had my main pipe break. Paradise fit me in between other clients as an emergency. Joe arrived within 20 minutes of calling. He got the pipe fixed and their rate was very fair. They are my new go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

Yesterday all of our showers and toilets began overflowing due to a stoppage in our main line. Homeowner nightmare!!!!!
Now... long story short we have a warranty with American Home Shield and plumbing is one of the items we have for service under our contract and we were serviced by a company of their choosing 5 months ago that basically put a bandaid on our issue which resulted in us having this happen again.
Well thank god we had to wait and wait and wait because none of their contractors were available SO we ended up being able to pick our own! Called and got a same day appointment with a short 2 hour window. Within arriving about 10 minutes our issue was fixed but not only was it fixed PROPERLY it was explained throughly and has shown immediate results! We hit the lottery getting to pick this company! I honestly cannot think of a homeowners nightmare more worst then feces backing up and flooding your bathrooms!
Joe was our guy who also happens to be the owner. He was polite, respectful, thorough, and priced honestly. I highly suggest you use this company for your plumbing needs!!!

I highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing. My hot water heater failed and started gushing water nonstop at 1 AM on a Sunday morning. The technician showed up at 1:30 AM and stopped the flooding and then returned and installed a new hot water heater on Sunday afternoon. Everyone was professional, responsive and personable and the product and service were fairly priced.

I had an issue with my water softener and water heater. I called after 12, expecting to have a 24 hour wait. He was able to make a visit by 3. He checked out my problems and told me my options. Professional, courteous and honest for a reasonable rate. I was very surprised at charge, expecting to pay more. You would be foolish to use anyone else.

Paradise Bay Plumbing is no ordinary plumbing company. Joe Morin is by far the most knowledgeable individual I know, about plumbing. Not only is he licensed in Hillsborough county like most plumbers are but he licensed in the whole state unlike other plumbing companies. Even though I traditionally perform my own plumbing, I realize after meeting Mr. Morin. I save more and still receive the greatest customer service. To top it all off, he price matches! Amazing service. Potty training with 2 toddlers means that the youngest is very curious 😔. Had a toilet with a toy in it and slowing the flush. They came out early and we missed them (pregnant night shift ICU nurse here 😅) but still came back within their window. Very professional service and very patient. Extremely grateful and will definitely be using them only for other needs....as I’m sure this isn’t the last time. Highly recommend!!

This company was awesome to us and we will use them over and over again in the future. They came out to give us an on-site and very fair estimate quickly. They scheduled the work on their first available day and met the timeline we had for getting our newly renovated bath ready for company. They installed all of the shower fixtures, grab bar, new toilet, sink, cabinet and faucet. Joe and his son will be called first do all our plumbing projects!

Would absolutely recommend. They removed and replaced my bathtub, installed two toilets, and new fixtures for the bathtub. They worked around the tile company and were great to work with.

This job was handled professionally, from start to finish. Joe and his teammate showed up on time, as promised. They quickly found the leak behind the drywall while doing the absolute minimum of demolition. They showed me the problem and explained how it happened. The repair was then accomplished quickly.
