Called Max with a leak from the main water line coming into my home, within 2 hours Tylor was at my home and had fixed the waterline. I was expecting to have to wait until the next day which would have been tough not having water at the house. Thanks guys!

We have a condo in treasure Island and there was a stoppage in the kitchen sink. We called Max Solon Plumbing and they got back to us quickly made an appointment for the next day and the repairman, Pepe, showed up on time and solve the problem quickly. We had to replace our water heater after a failed insurance inspection. After receiving 5 local bids, we decided on Max Solon. Not only were they referred to us but they were the cheapest by $hundreds. Ian was super professional and installed a beautiful new unit soon after our call. We then reached out to see if they could relocate our hose spigot (which has bothered us for years), again super quick and very affordable. Highly recommend.

We seem to have a yearly January 'date' with Max Solon Plumbing. And although no one wants to have an issue, this company is our go-to for plumbing issues.

Things always break on the weekend, as we all know. This time, the kitchen sink backed up. Luckily, we were able to wait until Tuesday for the first available time slot.

The text indicating Pepe was enroute brought smiles. He arrived at the time he said he would. He analyzed the issue, went on the roof to clean the main line and provided a maintenance program (baking soda & white vinegar in sink drain overnight every two weeks). Apparently, there is grease buildup no matter how careful you are in the kitchen.

Pepe made us laugh when he said I've been here before. I remember walking over your roof. He left with the promise we see him January 2024 (hmm, just great lol)

We highly recommend this company. I almost forgot. Pictures of the issue are emailed with the invoice.

Recently purchased older condo had a slow dripping behind the tub fixtures. Max Solon Plumbing sent plumbers not only to repair the drip, but also install 4 tub stem-valves; remove & replace toilet and sink frozen tight shut-off valves; install new braided toilet and sink supply connectors; a complete toilet fill-valve and flapper; and a new-clean sink P-Trap after removing the filthy old one. Noticing the boxed new toilet seat, they installed that, also! Max Solon Plumbing was recommended to us, and we are fortunate they were.

I've read several positive posts regarding Max Solon Plumbing. We had a drain that had become clogged. I called to schedule service and left a message. Our call was returned the same day. On the day of our appointent, Pepe called to let us know he was on his way. He was polite, courteous and friendly. He fixed our drain, cleaned up and explained the work that was done. We appreciated they were able to make our appointment so quickly, the quality of work and reasonable pricing.

They took the time to explain what could be done to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me other things like some companies will do. I felt they were honest and charged a fair price. This is such a relief as i am a senior. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

A very unpleasant situation turned into one of the best experiences I have had with the trades. Some are late, don't show up at all, over-promise, under-deliver, or leave a mess. Max Solon Plumbing proved to be an exception. The team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and determined to do the job right. They even asked Max to inspect their work (which he did), but it wasn't necessary. They took pride in their craft and personal responsibility for making sure it was done right. An excellent group of young men. I would recommend them to anyone. P.S. They'll even humanely remove a rogue lizard from your house if you ask.

My toilet was backup for a week waiting for my home insurance company to send a good plumber (I fired them after this insident). They sent the same incompetant one twice who couldn't and wouldn't fix the problem. Now desperite to get the toilet fixed I then called another plumber I used before. Unfortunately he was busy that day so he referred me to Max Solon Plumbing' and I'm very happy he did. Max Solon Plumbing sent Matt over same afternoon and within 30 minutes all was resolved and at a reasonable cost. This was the second time I've had Max Solon Plumbing do work at my home. Again, I'm absolutely delighted with their work. This time, Ian was able to come out to diagnose a small leak. He came later in the afternoon, after he was finished with his other jobs for the day. I was thinking he would just be coming to look at it today and would need to schedule for the repair later in the week. To my surprise, he said he'd be able to make the repair right away. A couple hours later, he had completely replaced a toilet drain line that had been improperly repaired years ago and had now started leaking. Ian was absolutely wonderful. This is the second time that I've used Max Solon Plumbing. The first was to replace an old hot water heater. This time, however, they had to find out where a leak in my crawl space was coming from. No easy task, I may add. Ian and Nate were knowledgeable and professional. They also were troopers for having to work outside during tropical storm ETA. Kudos to them both! They are an asset to Max Solon Plumbing. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing issues which may arise.

The plumber arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean. He replaced our shower valve and shower head. Plus the charge was much more reasonable than some of his competitors.

Max and his team are fantastic. Ian helped us identify and fix issues with our new house relating to the cast iron pipes and Max was really patient with us as we determined the best solution. Most recently, we had a broken toilet and an ice maker water line leak/broken valve, which Pepe came out the next day to fix and was able to get the job done without us even being present. As someone in the real estate industry who invests in home renovations, I know this is a team I can trust!

I called up Max he had Matt show up the next day to fix a drain pipe that had broken in my wall. The fix was to jackhammer the wall open and he was able to saw off the rusted drain pipe and replace it with PVC and a fernco for far less than I expected. They charge fair market prices but deliver top notch service. I would recommend these guys anyday.

I thought that the issue was a return of a past problem with a clogged main sewer line to the street. Thankfully, it was just one clogged toilet. Nate was polite, and efficient. Tyler called me prior to arriving and a notification as to where he was prior to arriving was shared. My mother and I were both kept informed as to his ETA. Once Tyler was done he called me and explained everything to me that he had shared with my mother. I could tell he was very patient with my mother...much appreciated. Called Max Solon Plumbing because my toilets were not flushing. We have older cast iron pipes and this happens every couple years. Nate was able to come out in a couple hours and clear the main line up into the house. Pretty amazing they were here within a couple hours of my original call (maybe less).

Nate was awesome.. professional, friendly to my dogs, wore a mask, and solved the issue extremely quickly. Double-checked everything after he cleaned up all his equipment.

Max immediately returned my call to set up an appointment to replace a failed valve that was firmly stuck to a dangerously old, questionable pipe. There was a very good chance of the pipe breaking, which would lead to a lot of work in the crawlspace. Max was able to quickly (and very carefully) make the replacement without affecting the old pipe. This is the second time I've used Max Solon Plumbing. Max Solon Plumbing recently finished a complete repiping of our house. This included, but was not limited to, removal of all old galvanized piping and replacing with PEX, burying hot and cold lines to a detached garage, and installation of a new water heater. Max and crew finished the job very quickly and did a wonderful job. And as I expected from my previous experiences, the crew was very professional and courteous. I will add that the cost was very reasonable. No longer can my brother complain about my water pressure, or the time it takes hot water to reach the kitchen! ;-)

I spoke with the owner, Max, who was extremely responsive, professional and helpful. Kyle called a half hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way over, which I appreciated! We needed help with getting a new toilet installed cause we were having problems with the old one but didn't purchase the toilet yet since we didn't know when someone will be able to work on it. After dealing with over a week's worth of communication and setting up an install for a recirculation pump- and turning down other plumbers for their installation, I come to find out they know absolutely nothing about what they're doing. I came outside and their tech Ian tells me the pump they bought won't fit, and they're eating the cost for this. Eating the cost for a week or more of my time wasted for people who have no idea how to install a pump or what pump should go with my unit? In the end he tells me to install a new water heater and go back to the people that installed it. That's why I had you there- to solve and fix the problems they created. If you're that incompetent, don't force people to keep appointments weeks in advance assuring them you know what you're doing when you have yet to ever install this product in this configuration before. A total waste of time.Ian even had the gall to tell me that they're not a good fit for us to continue working together when I was upset finding out they completely wasted my time. Don't tell me how to feel on my own property, I was not irate or throwing bad language. Pursuing me in the manner he did was uncalled for- work on your communication skills buddy.

We hired them to remove old fixtures in our tub/shower and install new ones after we had our tub re-glazed. They were prompt, courteous, and very informative. They came out right before the tub was redone to remove the fixtures, then came back a week later to install the new ones. They informed me (when they came out to remove the old fixtures) I had bought the wrong type of fixtures for the tub and texted me options available at a big box store. Work was fast and professional. I will definitely be using them again!

This is second time that Max's company has worked at our house and his staff is the best ever.

First of all, we had to turn the water off early Sunday morning due to a leak behind the wall in our laundry room. We left a message and Max called within 5 minutes - the same prompt response time as before.

Ian, his tech, arrived at the agreed time on Monday. He had to use a jackhammer to break up the floor. What we thought would be a nightmare turned out to be much better than expected. Ian was proficient and professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion and ensured the job area was cleaned before he left. Ian also explained what the job entailed prior and during the repair. The wall and floor will be repaired in a few days.

I contacted Max via text at 9:30 pm informing him about a leak that occurred with our toilet shut off valve when my husband was changing the flapper. He actually called immediately and talked with my husband and suggested a few things to try to see if the leak will stop. We got it down to just a drip where we felt comfortable leaving a basin there overnight. Max scheduled us to be serviced the next day ASAP. Todd and Cody showed up as expected, explained what they’re going to do, the cost of it and completed the job immediately. They were courteous and friendly and left the job site clean. Our garbage disposal started leaking. I admit, I first called a national chain plumber who confirmed the leak but wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to install a new disposal. These guys are excellent! I have used them twice, once to replace all of the shut off valves in the house and once to install sinks and faucets and toilets. They are very punctual, very professional, do very good quality work, and they are enjoyable to have in your home.

A friend recommended Max Solon plumbing to me after they found him to be very honest and helpful. I called and he requested pictures of the concerns I had in my home. I sent them via text and had an estimate within an hour. When I excepted the estimate proposed, we made an appointment and two days later my problems were fixed. The two guys that came out were very friendly and professional. They were there for four hours, fixed all of my problems and I paid what I was quoted. I highly recommend this Plumber.

We have ONLY used Max Solon for our plumbing needs since purchasing our home in SP. They were highly recommended by our realtor. They performed our pre-purchase inspection, replaced ALL water pipes inside our home, installed a new kitchen faucet, detected and fixed a leak in our water lines running from the house to the detached garage, and helped us with a garbage disposal installation/repair. I knew Max before he owned this company. And I knew then he would be very successful at whatever he did. Max Solon Plumbing is a direct reflection of its owner. Very Professional. Very Honest. Very Courteous. They are my go- to plumber. I have used them for multiple projects. Scoped and located my sewer line for a pool. New hosebibbs. Shower and toilet repair. I won't call anyone else.

Max Solon Plumbing did an excellent job and a very reasonable price. I needed my sewer lateral replaced. The line was in my back yard and under my cement patio. 3 - 3 1/2 feet down. What a job! They were totally done - inspection and all in 2 days. This was not an emergency, but a planned replacement. They worked with my schedule and I felt comfortable leaving during the day.

I was on day 4 of having a broken shower. I have 4 people in my family and one bathroom. The plumber who originally fixed my issue was not returning my phone calls, or even acknowledging the issue. I was so frustrated and desperate to have a working shower again!! Through a recommendation Max sent me a message after hours, worked me in the very next day, even though he was already booked full with other jobs. His technician showed up when he said he was, so nice, polite, professional, and went a step further with my repair to be sure I didn’t have this problem again. YOU CAN TRUST these people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I would give Max Solon Plumbing 10* (stars). They were very competent and quick in repairing an outdoor hose spigot that broke directly off the wall. The quality of their work was better than I could have asked for. Ian and team did such a clean, professional job, and included additional safety features that I wasn't even aware of existed. I had to take photos and show my members & neighbors because it looked so good! And their pricing was so reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from other big plumbing companies (nearly 60% lower). Finally, their team is so nice, courteous, friendly (just like good neighbors), that I felt they had my back, which is unique in this kind of service industry. The first 2 photos are before and after of the repairs. And the 3rd photo was an additional repair I asked them to do since they were already here--and it still cost me less than the other quotes for only the repair.
Max Solon Plumbing is on my speed dial and already booked for more work.

We have used Max Solon Plumbing for years and they always manage to save our butt...even when you brother in law clogs up the sink the day of your son's wedding.

I highly recommend. Was on time and fix my issues with no problem.

I just moved to the area and had nobody to refer me to a plumber so I just Googled it. I filled out an online form for three different plumbers asking for estimates to replace an outdoor spigot. This is the only one that got back to me, even though all three companies stated they did spigot replacement as a service. Any way, they came out the same day, did a great job and charged me the fee we had agreed upon.

What an awesome group of people. They repiped our entire huge old house in Old Northeast and were always courteous, reliable and honest. Happy to recommend them.

I’ve used this company twice. Max sincerely cares about the customer, treating them fairly and with integrity, and holding his employees to that expectation as well. It can be overwhelming and a somewhat vulnerable position to be in when you need help with your plumbing and don’t know what the costs will be or should be. It’s nice to know the owner genuinely cares and you can rest assure that you will be treated with respect and the job will be done well.

Called that day, had two people come out the same day. From the beginning to the end, both workers were outstanding. Very pleasant and both had a smile the whole time they were there. They did not take much time but did know what they were doing. They were very clean through the process of working and clean up before they left. Will have them in the future!

We had a leak coming from the wall in our bedroom whenever the sink was running. Nate came out and was able to quickly diagnose and localize the area to find a broken pipe. He was able to minimize the area of dry wall that needed to be removed and fix the break in the pvc. I would recommend this company and will use for any future plumbing needs.

Pepe' arrived with his mask on as safety is the number one priority. I needed a toilet removed and new one installed. Prior to the new installation, I needed to paint and put new floor in, so, I had them come out early a.m. and remove old toilet and they returned mid afternoon to set the new one. Pepe' was awesome!! Very nice gentlemen and a pleasure to talk to. I have found my new Plumbers!!!

Matt went above and beyond trying to clean out our clogged drain. He was persistent by running 90' of snake down the main line and also 90' down a side drain. Max was called for assistance, running an additional 30 of snake required to clear the Clog. Both men were professional, hard working men. The final price was more than fair considering the additional manpower required. I cannot make a stronger recommendation.

I am very happy with my new bathroom! I highly recommend Max Solon Plumbing for repairs and installation. I had to replace my bathtub, toilet and redo my shower pan. I also switched out to all new faucet fixtures. They did it all!
