I discovered that I had a leak (lawn was soaked) late last night.

I called Gary early in the morning and he answered (it is a bonus to get someone live). He came out in the early afternoon right on time.

Locating the leak was difficult and the construction noise on the street made it even more challenging.

Gary took his time and was very patient in locating it.

He found the leak and charged an excellent price!

In summary, Gary is a knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient person who delivers tremendous value for the money.

They got me in quickly, sent an alert that they were on their way (included the associates name), solved the issue quickly and not a bit of dust was left behind. Plumbing problems are the worst and it's so nice to have a company to rely on!

Want to give big thanks to Tim at Allen’s Plumbing. After a long day of redoing my landscaping, I pulled the hose too hard and litterally broke the hose spigot right off at the wall leaving only about a half inch sticking out. I was able get the water turned off at the main line but now had no water. Given that it was already getting dark, I just didn’t want to head to Home Depot in an attempt to fix it myself which probably wouldn’t have went well. I begrudgingly looked up 24hr plumbers and gave Allen’s Plunbing a call. Tim was out to my townhome in 30 min and after a bit of effort, had the old pipe removed, and a new spigot on. The $200 bill seemed reasonable considering Tim got out and fixed things so quick on a Saturday night. To get our water turned back and having our Saturday night not ruined by sitting outside with the mosquitoes trying to fix it myself was well worth the bill. Allen’s will be my “go to” for any plumbing needs going forward.
