Drilled a hole through something that led to more damage during the estimate! Second guy came out and fixed it for half the price Apollo quoted and fixed the damage they caused.

The person who handles the calls is so unprofessional, I have had them out to fix an issue with flooding in my house twice now and each time they do the same thing and the problem is still not solved but we are charged. Called again to have them come out and they say they don't guarantee their work and that I should call someone else and he hung up on me. When the guys did come out the two times they were swinging the door open without knocking or any type of warning, there is a lack of respect with this company. Save yourself the time and find someone else.

Our hot water pipe burst under the concrete slab. Knoll moved the schedule around for us and Alex and Chris worked hard and came up with a solution to get us up and running with the old and deteriorated pipes. We now have hot water. What a dream!! We so much appreciate these guys!

Amazing plumbers very reasonable they definitely didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need They gave me a courtesy call before coming and they were Right on time and not a minute late... Chris, alex and Johnny are amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable.... Calling the office to set up a schedule was very convenient nole was very polite and got me a plumber at my house in no time... I will definitely be useing them again and reccomend them to anyone!!!😁😁

Men that run the calls are disgusting. Had to gawk at my partner while out walking dogs. Maybe next time you should do so without BUSINESS DECALS on your van. Both passenger and driver were doing so. Then had the audacity to beep at her.

These plumbers are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with! So thankful my daughter and son-in-law told me to call them!! They also take care of my mom's plumbing needs and when they were at my home today, they asked about her!! They are so professional and have never upsold us. Quotes are honored. I have lived here for 36 years and wish I had the pleasure of having them since the beginning! It all starts with a phone call to Noel in the office who also is great to deal with and then Chris and Johnny show up and and make my day! Best plumbers EVER!

Apollo Plumbing just replaced our sewer line that runs the entire length of our front yard. They did a amazing job. They protected our grass to keep the path of dirt to a minimum. They even went the extra distance to put our paver border back, replanted our plants, and put the shells back in the flower bed. Thanks Apollo!

Chris and Apollo plumbing were very fair priced and prompt with response. I had reached out to a few companies and couldn’t even get a response back from some. Apollo showed up on time on the day they said they would and repaired the leak quickly. Moreover, they did not over charge me as a larger plumbing company had previously.

I had a kitchen faucet installed today. Chris called to say when he would be there and he was on time, very professional yet friendly. His work was fast and efficient. Everything works perfectly. Couldn't be happier with Apollo. I use them whenever needed for our 2 older condos and their work is always exceptional.

The gentleman came to our house to fix our clogged drain however he made a wreck of the bathroom, broke the door frame, got bathroom remnants all over the walls outside of the bathroom. He didn’t even make an effort to clean any of the mess.

UPDATE
After the first employee (Chris) left, the bathroom was put back together but we still had a backup of water. We were contacted by the company in regard to the original review and they did apologize for the poor etiquette of the first employee, had another employee (John) come out the following day to do what the first employee was supposed to do. We haven’t had any plumbing issues since, however there has been no attempt to repair the damage to our door frames that the first employee damaged. Needless to say I will not be using this company for any future plumbing needs

Chris from Apollo plumbing came over to look at a water pressure problem with our bathroom sinks. He replace the aerators at no charge. Highly recommend Apollo.

I have had Apollo plumbing out to my 2 properties on multiple occasions, The guys were very polite and knowledgeable I had a water heater installed by them that started leaking A few months after they installed.. I contacted the office and they were quick to respond and they had somebody out immediately to warranty out my water heater and install a new 1 I have not had any issues since!!! Best plumber in pinellas county hands down... chris was my plumber that day and he was very polite and Quick to answer any of my questions... I will be in Apollo Plumbing customer for now on!!!

Recently, we had Apollo come out to fix a clog in our washing machine drain. Chris was professional and friendly. He was able to fix the problem quickly and repair cost was reasonable. I would recommend this service.

Last week I called Apollo about poor water pressure on my outside Faucet that I use to water my yard. Today Chris a SUPER mechanic/plumber came and immediately knew what the problem was. He swapped out the old valve with a new one and Bingo problem solved. This is the second time I have used Apollo and the second time Chris came. He is a true professional and treats your home like his own. If you have any plumbing issues call Apollo Electrician of Pinellas County ASAP and ask for Chris👍👍👍🥲

Back up plumbing problem continues after service visit. No follow up to address this and no mask wearing even when asked.

Called Jerry who told me they could be out the next morning to diagnose and repair. Called him to follow up and he didn't know who I was. he then said I had to call a different company to detect for $250, THEN call him to repair. Bogus. I see one of the owners, Alex, puts his own review on here.

Alex was very professional and courteous. On time for my estimate and even though I didn’t hire him due to other circumstances he will be the next person I call for any of my plumbing issues and jobs!

On a Monday I called Apollo Plumbing to have a toilet flange replaced. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday between 9 & 11am. Tuesday they called the technician had some sort of problem and had to push the appointment to Thursday between 9 & 11am, Wednesday they said the technician was running late and pushed it to Thursday between 2 & 4. Around 5pm on Thursday I was called to see if the technician showed up; he did not. I told them not to bother coming at I would call someone hopefully more reliable.
That is 1 week wasted waiting but at least it was a non emergency and I can cross Apollo off my list.

I called McGill after 9am on Friday and Kyle the plumber was at my house by 3pm. We needed a toilet reseated. Kyle was marvelous, clean and efficient, he replaced the flange, leveled the toilet and resealed it around the floor. The price was excellent as well. Very professional and friendly.

Fast Service an amazing plumbers and prices you cannot beat!

I cannot begin to explain the lack of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the professionals, or lack there of at Apollo Plumbing. I will need to spend thousands of dollars to repair the work they did, and after calling them to see if they would help with fixing the repairs, they said it was outside the warranty. It’s unfortunate because it was never done correctly in the first place… Do yourself a favor and do it yourself because Helen Keller could do a better job than these jokers.

This entire situation is beyond frustrating. There was no name calling other than a derogatory four letter word when your employee cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain to him that I dug up and exposed the new drain line and then placed a level on it, only to find out that the plumbing was pitched the complete opposite way.
I understand mistakes happen, but the most irritating part of the this whole situation is the lack of accountability and professionalism. An issue of this magnitude did not warrant a text message from one of the owner’s employees stating that the owner would not be contacting me.
Lastly, the fiasco that I dealt with when this job was initially completed consisted of five days to complete the project (when it only warranted 2-3, at most), and the owner blaming me for the job being under bid, which offset all of the issues and incompetence of this employees.
Apollo was given the opportunity to rectify the situation, but chose not to.

Quickly addressed the plumbing issue and provided quality service at reasonable prices. Thank you!

Good family business

Toilet installation was fast, but they broke my towel bar. They should've offered to fix it. We bought a replacement bar, but it was a tight fit and one of the ceramic braces came off the wall. Now we have a hole in the wall that needs to be patched. We'll probably end up having to paint the bathroom after it's fixed. Aggravating.

Apollo did a great job replacing all my fixtures. Tom was responsive, courteous and skilled. I had some really old fixtures that were a bear to replace. Thanks to Tom and Chis who helped. I would highly recommend Apollo.
