Best Plumbing Problems in Saint Petersburg FL

I have been a long time customer, but not any more. They came out to repair a small leak in my water pipe. In the process my water softener was moved to fix the pipe. The water softener previously worked perfectly. After the plumber left, the tap water turned orange. The orange was the resin from the once perfect water softener. It got throughout our water system and clogged the faucets. Slaughter sent out plumbers on 2 occasions. None helped other then to say my faucets were 'Off Brand' (they are rubi). Their only solution was to charge me up to $1200 to replace my water softener. The last plumber to visit said that he would have the owner give me a call which never happened. SO BEWARE!!!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I called Romo's on Mothers Day with a major issue at my beach condo. They answered the phone, listened to my issue and referred me to another plumber who had the hydro equipment I needed. Thank you!

buyer be ware, first time in my business they were great. 2nd time at home i thought i was buying a car? $298 to do a single story basic clean on a main line?? the laundry room need a single coupling, he wanted $250. Never use them again. Owner Mike has an attitude too.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

This Company is a Scam. No honesty. They will never tell you the truth or what is go for you, all they care about is to sell you new products. I had my water heater flame out and I called them. The guy came and put the flame back on saying it was rusty around the burner. Charged me $127. Next day the flame goes out again and I call them to ask if they even checked the thermocouple or the burner assembly when they were doing the diagnostic. They tell me if we come again we have to charge you again. Another $127 for something that they should have taken care of in the first place. It didn’t even last 24 hours. Don’t call these scammers. Better off with any other plumber.

The plumber Rick did an excellent job. He was on time and fixed my valve problem efficiently. He also gave me some good advice on valve maintenance with WD-40 and assessed the rest of my plumbing fixtures.

Webb was great! We had a very tricky leak (literally a drip in a block wall, but was wreaking havoc nonetheless) and he pulled out all the stops to find it for us, even coming back a second day with extra equipment at no extra charge. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and would definitely call him again!
