The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had my home re-piped due to old polybutylene pipes. Dennis came out to my house, walked me through the process, and gave me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and he set my expectations my high. Not only did Chris, John, and Jose met those expectations, they exceeded them. Their work was impeccable! I knew that having holes in the dry wall was inevitable, but they made fewer holes than predicted. I have an island sink in my kitchen and was told by other plumbers I would have a hole behind the sink. Not so! They routed the piping through the attic, a plant shelf down behind the stove. They also put panels over the areas where they had to cut. I have minimal drywall repair. Stellar job guys!

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

After a lot of frustration with numerous other local plumbing companies I am so HAPPY I found The Drain Team! Called on a Friday, Tim came out on Saturday for a free estimate, which I discovered is something very unusual. Tim was back a few days later to do the installation. The water heater part had a little unique quirk to it, as the last homeowners decided to put the water heater that was now leaking on a shelf about 6 feet high in the garage. Tim succeeded in wrestling it to the ground and then did a beautiful and clean job installing the new unit on the ground. The toilet installation was done in a flash. Tim was courteous, professional, cleaned up all the mess created by the two installations.
I will definitely be calling The Drain Team and will specifically request Tim in the future for any plumbing needs around my house. Great Job.

Had the shower valve and cartridge replaced. Thought it was going to cost a small fortune and leave a huge hole in my wall. Antonio took his time making sure the job was done right and left a much smaller hole that I was able to cover easily. I like that I was quoted a fair price over the phone so no surprises.
