He was able to fix my problem in a very timely manner, and was very courteous, professional and his rates/cost was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend using this company! My recent experience with All Seasons Plumbing was very good. Very satisfactory. The workers as well as office staff and the owner himself were all very polite and knowledgeable. There was a mix up on the bill, however the owner himself came out immediately with a refund. I would certainly recommend them.

NOW 4 months later since I wrote my first review ( above ) once again they have shown to be the best. Everyone I have spoke to, the owner, and Shaneeka at the office, so friendly and courteous. This also includes the two tech's that were here Derek and Mario. Both were experts and worked will together . Explained to me what happened, and how they were going to fix it, and VERY polite as well. It wasn't an easy job as one of them had to crawl under the house. Definitely recommend All Seasons Plumbing for any season of the year :)

In the past I have had plumbing techs come out, do the job and then leave without a word or explanation, or letting me know what the problem was. Tyler took the time to explain the problem, thoroughly in laymans terms. He didn't try to take advantage of me being a female. He was 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and called prior to make sure that was ok, not just showing up. He told me the price up front, what to expect, and how to manage the problem until I am able to have the real problem taken care of. This has been my 2nd time needing to use PBP in a pinch, and both times I am beyond satisfied with the quality or workmanship and professionalism with their staff - from the initial frantic phone call to the office this morning to the time the tech came and completed the job. Thank you for being a reputable plumbing company.

I had a problem with my water softener. It failed, resulting in resin beads being dumped into the pipes in my house. Having gone through this before, I knew the drill. Put the softener in bypass mode, and then open up all the taps in the house to let the system flush out the beads. Of course you have to remove aerators and such. Well evidently, I didn't succeed at putting it in bypass mode. But Konstantine was very amiable and pointed that out in a nice way, and understood everything I had done. So we agreed it was time to replace my water softener, having failed twice in 15 years. Additionally, it turned out the main water shutoff valve to my house was not working either. So he replaced that, replaced the water softener, replaced 2 leaky bathroom fixtures, and all the aerators. He was very efficient and had the work done in under 3 hours. The water pressure in my house is excellent and the softener is doing its job. Thank you Konstantine!!!

I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. Eli installed an AO Smith Water Softener and water filter in my home about one year ago. I was happy with his work then and even more now. Continues to work great without issues nor complications. Definitely recommend.
