I had a very high water bill and figured there was a leak somewhere. Tyler came and found the leak that was in my yard in less than 30 minutes. He is a great guy and did a great job. Honest, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. While he was working we chatted about some common interests and i couldn't have felt more comfortable. i'm from Pennsylvania and have a place in Largo , my neighbor called me Saturday to tell me that our new water line installed by another company was leaking. i looked up Slaughter and left a message with the answering service person to have someone contact me first thing Monday morning. i received that phone call and before i landed in Florida the lines was repaired and they did a fantastic job. In the future i will call Slaughter as my Plumbing service provider of choice. Thanks you so much Slaughter Team.

Misdiagnosed AC Issue and Recommended Unneeded Repair. James completely misdiagnosed the repair issue and told me my new thermostat was the issue and I needed a new one (confirmed I had installed the new thermostat correctly - said I got a bad thermostat). Was going to charge me $390 for a new basic thermostat installation. I refused. He then proceeded to hard sell me on the thermostat. He says he bypassed my thermostat and that the AC was running correctly. Issue was with the thermostat. Then charged me $124 for the service call. Called out another AC company who diagnosed the problem in under 2 minutes - a tripped float switch. Fixed it for a $50 charge. James even made disparaging remarks about JDK who I actually thought I had called for service not realizing Performance Air bought their client base.

I called them about a clog in the master bathroom and they sent Zach out immediately! He was very professional and got the work done fast. I'm definitely calling them about any work I need done moving forward.

Would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Very happy with the service; professionalism and pricing. All around the best plumber for the work. I'm glad someone recommended him to me.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Probably the best plumbers I have ever used. I just moved into my new house and right away the water heater was not working. It was not something I thought about checking when inspecting the property. They installed a new water heater that was bigger than the old one. Installation price was pretty reasonable too.

Jason always does an excellent job with routine maintenance and any repairs. He is very thorough and knows if something needs to be replaced or fixed before it causes any problems with the A/C unit. Also, excellent customer service when you call Midway to schedule maintenance or repairs.
