I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?

They were honest with their repairs and even went to Home Depot for me to get different material when I had purchased the wrong items. What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Just moved to Florida from Puerto Rico and needed a plumber ASAP. I had a very quick response. Both the office staff and the technician were very knowledgeable. They were punctual for the appointment, delivered excellent work, and charged a fair, honest price. The job was done quickly and efficiently! After a few other estimates I went with McGill based on their reviews and the upfront, pricing of $95 an hour given when I called. (A Mr Rooter plumber quoted a stunning $950 flat rate!) We needed to replace the leaking, 40 year old valve body/faucet/handles of our bathtub. We had already purchased the set at Lowes. Usually this is a fairly easy job that takes a couple of hours. However the access to the plumbing was very confined in the back of a small hall closet. Alex was our plumber. He did a great job, even when the old pipes from the foundation kept springing leaks and he had to repeatedly solder them while scrunched up on our tile floor in the closet, until at last they were dry. It took over twice the time it normally does because of our pipes, so we paid more than we hoped, but I know I paid for quality work that was necessary, and still nowhere near the outrageous competitors quote. Everything works perfectly now. Glad to have found a plumbing service we can trust and hope Alex will be available if we need him again.

5/1/2020: Still a great company! Clogged showers and disposal leaking. Came in and fixed everything while wearing a mask.Received a call from Andrew in regards to my water heater possibly needing a replacement. He fixed my expansion tank and informed me I did NOT NEED a new water heater. I appreciate him taking his time in a Friday night and Saturday morning to fix the situation. This company is honest and very reasonable pricing. I will definitely go with this company and Andrew again.
