These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

As an out-of-state investment property owner, we entrusted a complete re-pipe (drain and supply) of one of our units to Chris of Premium Plumbing. From the initial call, he remained available and very responsive to all of our questions along with keeping our management company in the loop. Plumbing by Paul did a complete renovation project for me in St Petersburg - spring 2022. My husband and I bought an old house in town in 2014 and it was finally time to give it an overhaul.

I booked the estimate with Missy in the office . Johan came out to look at our job and provide the estimate. He also was on site to complete all of the work.

We gutted our bathroom and moved the toilet and shower. We also added a half bath and gutted the kitchen too. Johan installed all of the new plumbing including two toilets, two vanities, a shower, kitchen sink, gas stove, ice maker for our refrigerator, dishwasher and helped in getting our hot water heater up to code. He also changed out the old water spigots we had outside.

All in all we had a great experience with Plumbing by Paul. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to refer them. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable and the office is organized!

During a time where many trades are overwhelmed, overpricing and overscheduling themselves it was a joy to work with Missy in the office and Johan in the field to get our project completed. Sent three messages on their website for the last three weeks and have yet to hear from them. Do not contact them through their messaging system on their website. It does not work.

Edit: tried their email system again that’s front page on the website. Still get no message or phone call back. (Tried a 4th time. Still nothing)

However they have helped me before when replacing a bathtub pipe and they did great work.

Edit: hired them again to fix a broken water line outside. Did great work and fixed it. Unfortunately a separate pipe on the same line popped out. It was raining and everything so I assumed they’d come back the next door or something. Nope. Came right back out with another crew and fixed it. Absolutely recommend!

From the start Joe , Customer Service, was professional in taking my call and asking detailed questions and fit in appointment to my work schedule.
Eddie arrived at 5:30 pm, did the estimate and told me the issue I had with both toilets that were not repaired properly last year by another company. Once I agreed to the estimate he immediately went to work and completed the job by 8:00 pm. Great same day service!!

My shower was not providing hot water. When I took it apart to get part numbers, I did not put it back together correctly and water came out. So I called Clog Kings. Andrew and Melissa were able to get me a tech over within 30 minutes!! Nick was polite and a professional. He figured out the problem and got the parts I needed so the water could be turned on.
