Best Thermostat Repair in Sacramento CA

First I would like to say my service was fast, courteous, and on time. Very much appreciated. My problem came with the fact that I was quoted a $77.00 price for a simple drain cleaning. It was a laundry sink with a direct line into pipes. The tech stated when he arrived that the price would be $285.00 because he would have to remove the P trap. Seriously, it's a PVC P trap! If I was informed of this I would have removed the P trap myself before his arrival. So... removing a simple P trap is a $200.00 service?? The tech did reduce the price to $200.00 (still outrageous) after my questioning. Not being informed of this in calling for the service, I feel is riding the fine line of Bait & Switch. As a home owner, I have never been charged for this before. Please advise your customers that the removal of the P trap is such an expensive endeavor. My technician was James on June 10. He told me what he problem was and how he was going to repair it.He did a good,professional job and left the work area clean and restored.I was happy with the work he did at my home.

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Wayne and Matt were the two service pros who came out and they were awesome! They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and - as they projected - finished the install a little before 3 p.m. Both gentlemen were courteous, conscientious and friendly. They were very thorough in their work and in answering any questions I had. Awesome job guys and thanks again!

Raul came out yesterday to perform our annual maintenance service. He was very personable and professional; and did a very thorough inspection on f our HVAC system while also taking the time to explain in detail the services he performed. Well done!

Service and results are impeccable at all times. They are trustworthy and impartial. They have my repeat business.

Very quick and friendly service for AC not working. Technician told me the AC filter dirty and needed cleaning. He told me the charge would be a little more than $300 for him to do it or he could teach me for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Very nice and honest guy. I didn't know the outside filter needed cleaning. Just hosed it out in a few minutes.

Price to high

I was very impressed with Bell Brothers! They installed a new heating and air system and did a great job, even though the days were over 100 degrees. Great job, Ron D. Marshall and Eric!

I had an installation requirements that required huft to make two seperate trips to my house on my behalf. Everyone within hufts service and installation process was nothing but professional and I would always reccomend them to anyone i speak too. Thank you

Another great and inexpensive experience with Super Brothers! I pay outside of my home warranty company to have these guys come instead. 👍
