I've been using Rooter Hero for about 2 1/2 yrs. They guys are always professional and friendly. This time around it was Gelacio and Micheal to the rescue. They did fast work of my clogged drain. Great service gentlemen...Thank you !

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

Both guys were very personable and efficient.

Service and results are impeccable at all times. They are trustworthy and impartial. They have my repeat business.

My AC was not cooling and I called Beutler. The service technician came the next day and repaired the AC.

They are the surprise guys! Absolutely terrible. I called because the water from the AC was leaking out of the pan and coming through my ceiling. I put a shop vac to the water line going outside and it fixed the issue I wanted to make sure everything else was ok. In the end the technician tried to sell me a brand new air and heating system starting at $13k. Bell bros are crooks, liars, and thieves. I guarantee they techs make a commission on selling new systems.
