Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Had an emergency at a home in Reno. The home owner is 85 years old, he has a 100% blind girl living with him and your company would not even come out. So much for taking of your seniors. I hope your happy with your business practices.

I had a great experience and will certainly use them next time I need help. We had some trouble with our water heater and they were able to troubleshoot our problem quickly for an extremely reasonable price. They also gave me a thorough answer and estimate on further repairs and updates if necessary.

Update 2023, they were out today for my service on my air conditioning and Logan was our specialist, he did an excellent job was knowledgeable and friendly, and we like him very much! We signed a new service contract, which we thought was very reasonable to come out twice a year And just find out that included in that they also check out and drain your hot water heater and check your water quality for chlorine and minerals etc. very happy with the service and the company.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. Not only did they preform work I repeatedly asked them not to, the plumber stole some items from my garage. When I called to complain about it I was told it would be looked into but never heard back from them. I recommend looking elsewhere for a professional service.

I went on Home Advisor to find a good plumber to repair my front yard water leak. I pressed the enter key and about 45 seconds later Bri called me on the phone. I made an appointment and the next morning Robert called to say he was on his way. With a brief description of the problem Robert got to work digging. 5 feet deep later the leaky water pipe was found and fixed. STRAIGHT UP PLUMBING is a professional company to do business with. Not what use to be a typical plumbing company, work little and charge a lot. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Straight Up Plumbing.
