Best Plumbers ever. Truly the best professional experience I've ever had. Mikey and Anthony helped a ton and did a great job and were just great guys to work with.

They pumped my septic tank. Showed up on time and for the price quoted. I also had my leach field hydro jetted. The guy doing the hydro jetting was nice, worked hard and the cost was a little less then the quoted price.
I would use them again.

I wanted a second opinion and gave Easy Rooter a try. Jessie came and did what the first plumber I hired never did in the first place. The issue I had was resolved right away. James also looked at the status of my septic system. Overall, Bruce and his staff did not waste time and solved my issue right away. A reliable, professional, and customer friendly company.

We have had the priviledge of working with Easy Rooter numerous times over the past 4 years. We are a vintage 100 site Mobile Home Park and have called them for emergencies as well as scheduled work. They always show up and they always do everything they can to fix both fresh water and sewer line issues. Some lines are beyond repair and will require replacement but that will be a different review. They are neither the cheapest or the most expensive and we do not call anyone else. We value them and the services they provide for us.

The workers at this place do not follow the rules they allow their loved ones to ride in the car and they're not supposed to and they don't pay when they hit people's cars this place I would never use them ever beware when they back into your cars they don't pay to fix them they cover up the evidence so beware

We live in a condo where the renters above us put chicken bones and lots of grease down their kitchen drain. Unfortunately, when the drain became blocked it also blocked our kitchen drain. Easy Rooter was very responsive and diligently worked until they were able to open the drain - snaking it four or five times (this is how BLOCKED it was!). I am extremely pleased with their service, their prompt call back, and squeezing us in for this emergency!

used this company to fix my water heater they charged me $100 to drive out 250 for the part and after one hour after the “fix” my water heater went out again. Called them and they charged me another $100 and will not honor there work. They told me to replace the water heater and are charging me 2675.

I have now used this company 4x. First i had a pipe and boffel inside septic break. They repaired that for very reasonable cost. Then my renter flushed all sorts of things down toilets and clogged up leechfield. Easy Rooter was able to hydroflush my system and saved me thousands on having to replace it and even let me pay it off over a couple months time. Then my outlet pipe collapsed and they were able to replace that and be out same day. Now iI had roots break my inlet pipe going into the septic. Not only have they given me great advice on how to save money digging it up ourselves, they also gave me tips on how to make it easier to access the system. Karl was the best! The office staff is friendly, they always show up when they say they will, and are usually out the same day I call. I highly roccomend their services ! or all tour septic needs. Thank you Karl

Horrible service, quoted me $1700 for a hot water heater instulation, and then switched to 2700 because he had to remove the old one and bring in the new one. I bought a hot water heater for 600. And carried it in by my self. The plumber was lazy didnt look like he wanted to be at work. $2000 for labor is discusting

They never showed up, had an appointment and gave me a window between 1-5 and never showed up or called. I called at 4:30 to make sure they were coming and they said another hour, long story short it is now 8:15pm and they are still not here and no one has bothered to call me. Terrible!!!!

Not only did they preform work I repeatedly asked them not to, the plumber stole some items from my garage. When I called to complain about it I was told it would be looked into but never heard back from them. I recommend looking elsewhere for a professional service.

I called to set an appointment between 08:00-12:00. I was told I would receive a call when someone was on their way. I didn't receive a call, so I called Easy Rooter at about 12:10 to confirm someone would still show up. The receptionist told me the tech was finishing up and would be calling me shortly. I still didn't receive a call at 1:45 and ended up canceling the appointment. Nobody even bothered calling me to inform me they would be late or why. When I called back to cancel, they weren't even concerned about the appointment. Simply unprofessional.

Mitch showed up on time. He did a great job! He was very professional. He explained what needed to be fixed with an upfront price. Mitch completed the job in a timely manner and left my home mess free. Bruce at the office was very friendly and I got an appointment for the very next day! All around GREAT experience. I will use Easy Rooter Plumbing again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Mickey is our guy he is professional efficient and comes when you need him right away. This young man had strong work ethics and very knowledgeable in his field . We trust Easy Rooter

Had a burst pipe emergency on our mobile and we couldn't shut off the main. Called a few places and received tepid responses on when they could come. Called these folks and they set us up with for a 4 hour appointment window - awesome as we were losing hundreds of gallons of water every hour. The tech who came out - Anthony M - was fantastic. Quickly ascertained and solved the situation. He was fast, friendly and efficient - could not ask for any better. We have some upcoming projects - Easy Rooter Plumbing will be the folks we rely on from now forward.

Great service. They answer the phones, they are timely and flexible. Very reasonably priced.

Set an appointment for today. Time range 8-12. At 1 still a no call no show.

Stay Away. They showed up and told you something they can't fix and charge you $189.

Yesterday I called to see how much it would cost to do a preventative maintenance on my drains. I had one slow running drain, not plugged or backed up but slow running. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she told me it would cost $85 an hour to snake all my drains. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the same day expecting a bill of $170.00 maximum. So when I got home and found out my son had paid $277.00 I was extremely upset. I called and a lady named Michelle said she wasn't in the office and could I please call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same girl I spoke to yesterday answered the phone and she remembered exactly what she had told me the day before. I had given her my cell number in case there was any problem.
When I spoke with the manager he told me Brandon who came out to my house explained to my son that it would be an extra $25 per drain. When speaking with my son again today he says no extra fee was mentioned to him. I believe they should have called my cell phone and the girl who answered the phone should have been able to tell me there would have been an extra fee for every additional drain. It was clearly explained in our conversation what I needed done. And the attitude is oh well too bad! I can't believe this, but I at least feel the need to share with everyone! Not the plumber I would ever recommend! If you're not as good as your word you're not any good at all!

Their driver was driving on the wrong side of the road. Fortunately for the other drivers, he quickly pulled into the AM/PM near MaeAnne Ave.

My uncle needed help with his kitchen sink - Mike came out an hour after called and was right on time. He fixed the clog and also replaced the trap as it was cracked. Very professional and at the price quoted.

In the past our family has had good results from this company. However, we received a quote to have some work done. A couple of months later a different technician came to our house and gave us a quote of over DOUBLE of the original quote. I called and had a lengthy discussion with a manager. They did not honor the original quote! We ended up paying about $400 over the original quote and the technician & manager, both bad mouthed the employee that gave us the original quote. Their stance was that the original person under bid the job and did not know what they were talking about or doing. I am the CUSTOMER and the company's personnel problems are NOT the customer's issue.
And, Jesse, the guy who did the work today said he was going to talk to me about doing the job 'on the side' to save me money. So apparently, their employees are not very loyal to their employer!

Called in and got an appointment within 2 days. So happy. Mitch & Henry came right on time and got right to work. They were finished quickly and efficiently. They were both kind and professional. If we have anymore needs in the future we'll definitely be giving Easy Rooter Plumbing.

Brandon was amazing! Quick, no nonsense,upfront and great at diagnosing both problems. He also gave me advice for follow up maintenance. Great service, I'd recommend them and Brandon any day of the week.

I called with an emergent need for septic pumping. They arrived at my house within the hour on a snowy night and fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this business.

They were late and when I called to see where he was the lady on the phone was very rude,said she would call us back but never did,but when the guy finally came he was nice and did his job,and when they did the job on Thursday they did not process payment till 4 days later,very unprofessional business

Our maintenance team called them to fix a urinal at a Dayton store plumber seemed angry refused to speak on the phone with our maintenance or manager fixed the problem for now then left a mess handed over a copy of the invoice turned around and stormed out! Also told me I owed him $150 on top of the other fees I did not want to approach him anymore!

Contacted Easy Rooter for plugged main sewer line( I've used their services twice prior) . The lady that answered the phone was very professional and told me the that they were 2 days out for service and that she had appointment times open. I told her that I would call back the next morning (had to make sure my wife could be home). I called back the next morning and the gentleman that answered was also very professional and booked our appointment. Then, on time shows up Mikey Gilbert. What a pleasure to deal with this young man. Did his job efficiently and in a timely manner. Thumbs up to the entire crew !!

I called them and asked for a quote to unclog my drain. I was quoted 127.00.
When the plumber showed up not only did he have a negative attitude saying that this couldve waited till morning. I told him that my toilets and shower were backfilling and that i have 3 kids. To unclog it. 20 min later i got a bill for 191.25. He said that I needes to pay him overtime. It was 12am so i agreed and gave him my debit card info. Well theyre not smart enough to run a card . long story short my landlord. Received threatening letters saying they were going to sue them and put a lien on the house. Major headache and very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

One of my properties had a leak. Called Easy Rooter on a Saturday. They were able to get there super quick and Mikey was very professional and super nice. Highly recommend.

I don't know about the quality of their plumbing service, but I do know that the way they allow their employees to drive the company vehicles is unacceptable. Had one of these vans run a stop sign, cut in front of me, and when I honked to let him know I was there and he had cut me off, he break checked me and stared me down like he wanted to fight. I wouldn't use this company knowing they can't control the employees when they drive, how can they control them with the work they do???

Had an appointment between 1 and 3, no show, no call. When I called, was told, within the hour, which was at 4. Did not care, nor have any explanation; seemed indifferent to people's time. Will not call again.

Mickey did a great job fixing the outdoor faucet ,it was a tough job for he has to crawl under our house to changed the pipe.

Thank you to Ryan for helping us!! We had a leak in our isolation valve on the side of the house, and it was causing our yard to flood and our bill to rise. Ryan was there on time, and he fixed the problem in no time at all. He also repaired our hose bib on the side of the house that was leaking. Thank you Easy Rooter Plumbing for your help!!

Lesson learned from using this company: If you get a quote for work to be performed, you'll pay that amount even if the job turns out to be significantly less than expected. I was quoted a job at $8,460 to add a clean-out pipe at our office. It took two techs 5 hours to complete the work. When I asked for a discount since the work was much easier than anticipated, I was told that the manager reviewed my request and no credit would be issued. If you want to pay the equivalent of $850 per hour per tech, that's up to you. I know that the right thing for the company to do would have been to discount the price. But I guess gouging customers is more important than doing what's right.
