Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Absolutely terrible service and horrible experience with the main office. We had a plumber come out to do a very simple job of installing a garbage disposal. Despite specifically telling him that putty was needed around the flange, he did not put putty around the flange and it ended up flooding our brand new cabinets and warping them. It took another day or two to get the plumber back out and luckily they fixed it that time.

However, when I asked about a refund I was told talk to the plumber, get your original check back, and he'll sort it out. To his credit, the plumber admitted he made the mistake, was gracious about it, and said he'd charge it as a normal job and it would be less than what was originally charged. Unfortunately, months later the main office called back and said I owe them an additional $690 because the plumber was not authorized to give refunds. They then acted like they were doing me some great favor by waiving the service charge for the visit to fix their own screw up.

I wanna thank Jessica and Justin for making this first time homeowner feel like everything is gonna be okay after we discovered leaking coming from outside our water heater. On time, down to earth, both very courteous and kind. Received a courtesy call 30 min before tech arrived. Was able to get the problem resolved in less than 2 hours and We both were able to go about our days! We appreciate your kind and fast service. Thank you!

What a great experience. Nobody enjoys a clogged drain, but Richard was a godsend. He arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He told me what he was going to do before he did it and then did exactly what he said he would do. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend him and his company to anyone who has a drain problem. I was really in a bind as my toilet and tub were all backed up, and I had company coming for 4 days. Rich showed up early, and was very professional with a great personality. He took care of the problem and explained everything he was doing while I watched. I would use this company exclusively from now on.

They wasted my time two days in a row. I had an appointment from 1-3pm on the first day. I got a call at 3:30 saying they weren't going to make it. We rescheduled it for the next day for 3-5pm. I got a call at 5:30 saying that if I still wanted an appointment for that day it would be several hours. No heads up, no calls during the appointment time, just simply missed appointments. Not keeping the customer in the loop is a bad business practice that should be fixed immediately.

They no-showed on my appointment. Don't bother to call them unless you have a half day off work to burn unnecessarily, or enjoy being jerked around.

Had a service tec, Justin, come out to fix a leaky bath tub faucet. He arrived right on schedule and was very knowledgeable on the subject. He told me there was a problem with my hot water stem and that it needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price and then went to work. He took the old stem to a shop where they could match it up to one that is identical and then he replaced it. After that the leak was gone. The whole process took maybe an hour which was very fast in my opinion. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

We used Reno Roto-Rooter for our kitchen remodel and were extremely impressed with the level of service. Not only were they able to fit us in quickly so that we could have running water as soon as the contractors had finished, but the plumber was very friendly (and respectful of our home, making sure not to get our new floors dirty). What I was especially impressed with was the level of communication. We're first-time home owners and he explained everything he was doing so that we fully understood the plumbing in our new kitchen and how everything worked. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. A+ service.

I will keep this short and simple. One of my rental units had a backed up sewer line. It was a Friday. I was out of town so i had my tenant arrange for a plumber to clear the line. She called Roto Rooter of Reno. To clear a 'soft blockage' (running an auger through the clean-out) I was charged $411.95! I have been a landlord managing my own properties for over 20 years. I have NEVER, EVER, had to pay this amount of money for a simple drain clearing. In my opinion, this company took advantage of the circumstances (late in the day on Friday - knowing I had to get the line cleared as this is a habitability issue) to charge this outrageous amount. Rip off ! I will be writing the corporate CEO to detail my experiences with this local contractor/franchisee.

Took 4 days to get an appt and then were suppose to he out between 1 and 4, then 4:45 and then 7:30. It's now 8:53 and we're going to bed. No call no show.

They came out today and tried to fix but were unable and I'm waiting for an estimate for repair.

Before they left I asked if they drained the water from the tub and they said they did........ I just got home and what was a dime size spot on the ceiling before they came out is now a 4 foot square of sheet rock ready to drop and water all over the wood floor. They didn't wet vac out the tub.

I had an issue with water backing up. When the first technician showed up, he said the main clean out line was under 3 (it wasn't) and he was uncomfortable going through it and the would have to go through the roof vent ($700). When I called to schedule an appointment to get it done the next day, a different technician showed up and he decided to run a camera just to check.... He cleared the line in less than a minute through the same line the first one said he couldn't go through.

Always a pleasure working with Roto-Rooter. Came to my house and installed our RV Dump station before concrete was laid down. Showed up on time and had the pump installed before the concrete guys leveled the yard. They've done toilet repairs, plumbing leaks and other repairs around the house as well. Everyone that has come out has been professional and the prices are reasonable.

Ignacio Cano was fast,efficient and very knowledgeable I am recommending him and the company he is with to anyone needing plumbing services as it is hard to find anyone of that quality in this day and age!

They came out right away and did an excellent job. The hot and cold was reversed in our front bathroom from the previous owner. They had it fixed in no time! Much appreciated.

Charlie came out as requested by appointment. He was extremely helpful and informative. We located the locations of my clean outs, I got an idea about how to handle any plumbing problems that might come up in the future, since I am the new owner of my home and wanted to be prepared for plumbing emergencies. Really glad I called Roto Rooter and will certainly contact them if/when any plumbing issues come up.

Called Roto rooter because, The toilets and drains were running extremely sluggish, at a point plumbing including dishwasher would gurgle, and the toilet paper struggled to go down drain. Richard checked the outside clean out no water going thru, we turned on shower, washing machine and let them drain. Water began flowing at a normal pace. Rich listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and gave me some options to choose from. He treated my home with care, and was professional and polite. If I need service in the future, I know what to expect and what the scenarios might look like - As a homeowner, this is helpful for planning and gives me peace of mind.

Had a clogged main line, and called Roto rooter for a scheduled appointment at 2 pm. Did not show up until 4:30 or 5pm, which isn’t a huge deal; I get it, plumbers can get held up on jobs. But, after unsuccessfully trying to fix the clog, he called it quits, told me I have a collapsed pipe, and charged me $380. Then, he told me he’d come the next morning at 9am, and scope the line at a discounted price because he felt bad that he couldn’t get the job done. Called me at 4pm the next day, and said his camera is broken, and he’d have to send a different tech and charge full price. I took my business elsewhere and was able to get the line cleared, which has no collapses, for $120, through a competitor. Just a let down, overall.

Ignacio and Anthony came by and all I had was a few questions about my plumbing and they answered them and relieved my mind of worry, because the answers they gave were helpful and they gave advice that I didn’t even think to ask.
I didn’t end up using them, but I would use this company in the future if I do need more help.

I was told that my appointment window was between 2-5pm and that the tech would be at my business between those times by customer service. I wound up frustrated as the tech apparently wanted to come around noon and decided to go home when I didn't answer the business phone, as I wasn't on site yet because the appointment window wasn't for another two hours. Why create appointments windows if they're not going to be utilized? Luckily, they offered to rectify the situation by charging me additional fees for coming out to do the service outside of normal business hours. Awful customer service. What a joke.

Though the price of a house call has gone up quite a bit. The plumber Jerardo did a fine job.

They came and tried to figure out the problem with for us, they couldn’t find the problem after an hour of trying to unplug our kitchen pipes. The two man said they would be back next day and left my father in law waiting at our home for an hour. They never showed up or communicated. My father in law left work for the appointment. Bad service .

We had some plumbing issues with a house we're trying to buy, and since it's a short sale we have to fix everything ourselves. We'd initially scheduled a plumber from a different company to come out but that guy forgot we had an appointment (omg) and Roto-Rooter pretty much saved the day for us. It took 2 visits on 2 days, and the second time I was at the house with the plumber until 2:30 in the morning. He was very dedicated to solving the problem to make sure we'd be able to get the house, and went above and beyond for us. We LOVE this company, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Chase was a really great technician. He helped me out with multiple things including a hot water heater install, 3 copper pipe repairs, under sink repair and an expansion tank. He was very professional, easy to deal with, and overall a great plumber. I really appreciate also the responsiveness of the call center! There was a small issue with the vent. It was repaired at no cost to me and in a very quick fashion. I cannot say enough good about Chase and the team at Roto Rooter in Sparks!

Marcus and Jose were very professional and quick. Their service made Roto-Rooter my go to plumber.

They charged me 240$, and left accomplishing nothing! Then hawthorne plumbing came that evening, and they completely fixed the problem.

The main sewer line was backed up at my house and when we called roto-rooter they sent someone out Superbowl Sunday which seemed to be a great thing but turned out to be terrible. Their technicians are all contracted out so even thought they warranty the issue they will only send out the person who helped initially unless you demand someone come out to help. Hours were spent trying to resolve an issue that they created and eventually we had another company out to fix it. Their technicians are not helpful or able to answer any questions asked which makes it questionable they know what they're doing. Ultimately they created a bigger then they did help.

A pipe needed to be replace. It was done fast and efficient. Anthony was professional

The lack of quality work is amazing. paid 12k for new water lines that now have to be done again by someone else. Waiting 2 weeks for a call back. Nowa fter waiting 3 hours through my 2 hour window of arrival I'm kinda angry I picked such a terrible company to do work in my home. i don't even trust them to do the repairs to the work they did themselves. Find anyone else.

Had an emergency at a home in Reno. The home owner is 85 years old, he has a 100% blind girl living with him and your company would not even come out. So much for taking of your seniors. I hope your happy with your business practices.

I’ve used this service twice. Both times, the technicians were fantastic. They explained everything clearly, and the prices were within ranges I found online. Today, they planned to send a tech in two hours and then called back to ask if he could come early. From my call to the solution took under 1.5 hours.

I had one problem with a night call a few months ago, but they made up for it in the morning. I will gladly use them in the future when needed.

If we could give 6 stars we would! Ignacio and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable and professional! We had another company quote us a whole new system that would cost between $5000-$10,000…. With Igancio and Anthony’s expertise, we were able to remediate the actual issue for under $1000. We called multiple companies during the stress and their office was super nice and responsive. Do yourself a favor and ONLY call Ignacio and Anthony at Roto-Rooter.

Quick, efficient, and kind. They arrived at our busy corporate restaurant to assess the leak under the bar sinks Thursday, and had it fixed Friday morning before we opened. It looks amazing, the entire pipe and connections were replaced to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. Would recommend to any who needs the job done right!

Our toilets, and bathtubs were not flushing/draining and drain o wasn’t doing the job so we called roto rooter. Not only did they come out the same day but right on time for a great price (cheaper than anyone else we called)! Come to find out our tree roots were growing into the pipes. They cleared it out fast and made sure that everything was draining properly. Told us what happened and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again. Fast, friendly, and very professional! We will for sure be calling roto rooter in the future if we ever have any issues again!

I really didn't want to write a bad review. But the service I received from this company was so utterly bad I had to come back and leave this here.

In short: they took advantage of my lack of knowledge.

I had pretty bad leaking from a few different places under my sink. I thought it was a huge issue so I called Roto Rooter. The two men came in at a good time within their window. They were polite and started to find the problem right away.... they told me the issue was with my disposal and they all they had to do was replace it. So they took about 2 hours to take the disposal out and then they told me they had to go get a new one and that it would take about an hour or so to come back. It took about 4 hours... time I had to sit around and wait. When they came back, they took another long time to put the disposal in. Then they claimed they had a problem with the bolts and that they would just need to run to the truck to grab them. That took another 30 minutes. To grab bolts.... from the truck... so when they finally got that done, they told me there was another major issue and that they had to replace a pipe. So off they went again to go get this pipe from home depot. Took them about another hour. Then when they came back they worked with this pipe for another long time. By the time all the major issues were taken care of, they had spent all my time from about 9am to almost 7pm. ALL DAY. And at the end, they told me that the leak wouldn't go away because I have major plumbing issues that Roto Rooter doesn't fix. And off they went after charging me over $400.

After the gentlemen left, I noticed that my leak was quite a bit worse. And I was terrified that my major plumbing issue would cause more problems. At this point I was pretty annoyed because it had taken over 8 hours to get this issue solved and then it was just made worse all for a very expensive price. Yet no bad review.

Well, I had my dad come by and take a look at it yesterday because I wanted to know exactly what major issue I had so we could know who to call. When he looked under the sink, he noticed that everything was loose, the disposal was shoddily installed and that the pipe with the major issue was never even inspected and it was just fine. In 2 hours we went to home depot and came back and tightened everything and made sure we had the correct pieces and fixed it all. No leaking, dripping, flooding.. nothing. It's good as new. I have no idea why it took 2 men who do this for a living 8 hours to do what my dad and I could in just under 2. I mean sure, we didn't replace a disposal but that could have probably been done in another 2. This is by someone with no training whatsoever.

I am now sure that these guys came into my place and saw a younger female who was worried and took complete advantage of me. They let me sit and wait around for hours and hours while they did this and that. They lied about the problems with my pipes. They did not fix my leak, they in fact made it much worse. They did not properly install the disposal. They also completely forgot/neglected to tighten everything back up so that whenever I used water, it would all come out under the sink. I was led to believe I had a major issue and that they did all in their power to help me. No, they took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. I regret that I paid them over $400 for headaches and stress and a leaky sink.

Single females beware. They'll take advantage of the belief that you dont know anything. Unfortunately I didn't know what was going on (why I called in the first place) and they totally screwed me over. I'm glad I was able to get someone who did know because I would have stupidly wasted my money on an actual professional.

I observed one of their drivers going well over the speed limit on Highway 580 in south Reno this afternoon. Not only speeding, but he couldn’t even maintain his lane. He also cut it real close when he finally changed lanes without even being courteous to use his turn signal. I certainly wouldn’t want to have anything to do with people like that.

Terrible service and would not recommend. They came out to try and figure out what was wrong with our toilet. They came unprepared and had to come back the next day after not being able to figure out the cause of the problem because they forgot their camera. They charged us excessively and the price just kept climbing. We ended up stopping them because the wanted to charge us $15,000. I called them a couple of days later because I wasn’t there during the process and wanted a break down of what they did. So far no response. I would suggest you call someone else if you’re having plumbing issues.

Roto Rooter came through quickly with professional and prompt service. Gerardo was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and able to solve our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently.

Our son, 24 years old, first time homeowner had a problem with his drains backing up. Roto-Rooter came out - charged him $689.95, said it was fixed and listed a 1 week guarantee.

It was not fixed - they came back the next day - DID NOT HONOR the guarantee, told him it was a 2 man job and they charge by the job. They were there less than 1 hour to camera the main line, told him it needed a hydro, but theirs was broken so charged him $690.95 and did not fix a thing.

They completely took advantage of a young man and charged him almost $700 for less than one hour worth of work.

Updating my review because Roto Rooter has shown exceptional professionalism and effort when working to resolve my situation. It seems my experience was a rare one and they’ve made it clear that this does not reflect them as a company.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. Back in August my shower started to back-up so we called Roto-Rooter. They sent Austin and he removed the clog. This cost $250 but we figured it costs what it costs and it’s not a big deal. Before he left Austin broke the handle to our shower. He offered to fix it but asked my husband to run to the hardware store and buy it himself. A little annoying but whatever. He waits for my husband to get back, goes to install the handle and breaks it again. This time he does not offer to fix it. He just left. We paid for two new shower handles out of pocket with no offer for discounts or reimbursements. We were upset but whatever. Then, in January our tub begins to back up again. I remember that our drain clog had a 6 month warranty so I call Roto-rooter to get to the bottom of it. They sent Austin again. When he gets there he tells me it’s going to be another $250. I let him know that it’s covered under the 6 month warranty and that it should be free and he says, “No, it’s been over 6 months.” I was a little thrown off so I just said, “Okay, we’ll I wasn’t expecting to pay so I’m sorry but I can’t afford that. I’ll call you when I have the money.” Right before he leaves I count again and realize that he’s wrong. It’s only been 5 months. So I flag him down and let him know this and he very rudely says “fair enough” and agrees to come back inside. He’s in my bathroom for a total of 5 minutes before coming out and saying there is no clog, and quotes me for a $1,300 repair. He cannot tell me what’s wrong with the drain but he does say the seal on the bottom of my tub is also broken (it was not broken before he got there). I’m now upset and call Roto rooter requesting someone else come take a look as Austin was very unprofessional. They send a second guy who says yes it looks like the seal is broken (does not offer to fix it) but everything else looks fine and Austin was probably just “assuming the worst case scenario”. We then had to pay a private contractor to come out and fix the seal in our tub which took all weekend and was a huge pain (had to cut through our wall to fix). Once the problem they caused was finally fixed we go to take a shower and it is backing up still. But now it backs up to above ankle height within minutes and takes hours to drain. We figure, Austin must have been right. So we spend the next 2 months enduring the backed up tub and saving up money for the worst case scenario. We finally saved up enough, but this time we call Jet plumbing. Jet sends someone out with the intention of caming our drain to get to the bottom of the problem but figures they’ll snake it just in case. Turns out the problem was a SIMPLE CLOG. After all the time and money we spent turns out Roto-Rooter was trying to scare us into paying for expensive repairs wile did not need. This was after breaking our shower multiple times and refusing to fix it. I will never go to Roto rooter again and I only write this review because they refused to rectify the situation and I want to warn others of what could happen if the call Roto rooter.

Ignacio Cano came to my house for my broken garbage disposal. He was in and out quick with a lot of knowledge and cleanliness. 10/10 rating from me. Very professional!

They replaced some Ptraps, and adjusted the angle of the flue from our water heater, and connected water to the fridge. Took them less than 2 hours. He initially asked for $2400. I was shocked. Immediately asked for half of that, he didn’t hesitate to say yes and accept that. Immediately felt played. They quoted whatever they thought they could get, having nothing to do with the work itself. Dishonest, and then when they finished their work they left a bunch of nails at the bottom of the driveway and gave my tire a flat.

Absolutely the worst plumbing service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost, even under emergency circumstances. Other services will come out quickly, and charge an hourly rate. Not whatever they think they can get out of you….

We have had mixed experiences with roto-rooter lately. They sent David out twice to fix two different issues at our home, and he seemed to make them worse. Not prepared for the jobs of unclogging a tub/sink and fixing a main water pipe. Had to make several trips to home depot and kept asking my husband for tools that you would think plumbers have with them. Not very professional in my opinion. However, when we contacted the office Jessica was able to sent Chayse to fix the mistakes within a few days and the jobs were done correctly and effectively. He arrived when scheduled to, had all his tools on hand or in his van, and was able to get them fixed within an hour. Thank you Jessica and Chayse. Especially for dealing with this old house of bad plumbing.

I cannot tell you how happy Iam with the service and professinalism of the roto rooter team notably Richard and his apprentice mike .Richard went that proverbial extra mile to clear my clogged kitchen pipes . Particulary pleased that after crawling through my underfloor crawl space (ant and spider infested) he was able to figure out a better/faster/ and may I say cheaper method of solving my plumbing difficulties. I will have no hesitation in recommending richard and roto rooter . I might also add that Mike the apprentice In my eyes seemed ready to move onto journeyman status.

Beware! Complete shysters. No estimate given before they start the work and then they hose you. One drain costs $275. Then told me the drain did not need to be cleaned out! Called the company twice and asked them to make it right...Jessica Sather....they had no interest. Not a reputable company and will not use them again.

I had Roto-Rooter come out to bid a job, the guy (Charles) was great and extremely confident they could easily handle it and promised to send me a quote. The following week I had heard nothing, so I called and left a message. The week after that I still had not heard back, so I called again and left a message requesting a bid. Another week went by, so I called and pleaded with them as the timeline was now too short to get bids from other providers. Finally I get a bid over email with very minimal details, yet I accepted and requested a call back to schedule. I still have not heard back after multiple additional attempts.

This was particularly frustrating because instead of being honest and saying they didn't want the job, they led me on and caused me to be in a situation where my renovation is going to get delayed. I wish you luck trying to get them to follow through, but at this point they've proven themselves to be untrustworthy.

We can't thank them enough for clearing the kitchen sink drain. The plumper was on time and worked very hard. He went above and below, into the crawl space. (Yuck) It wasn't as expensive as we feared and won't hesitate to call them again, instead of trying to clear it ourselves. Hope we won't need them any time soon, but it's great to know who to call.

Bryan Ahsam was very polite, respectful and efficient during his visit in fixing my toilet leak. I'd say he exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. He also provided overall advice on our water system and other possible issues. I'd feel very comfortable contacting Bryan again if a future problem arose.

David was the person who came to assist us and he was amazing on time great attitude and went above and beyond to fix our problem thank you so much!!

Got quoted three times as much as Savage and sons did it for, saved 400$ not using them. But they showed up when they said they would and the service tech was professional.

They are over priced for the lack of services they provide. My plumber was arrogant and neglected to snake the drains in the house. 2 weeks and 400 bucks later they are still clogged at the tubs.

I’ve never been so insulted in my life. This company is full of thieves and liars. We had a leaky faucet in the shower that needed to be replaced and they had the nerve to charge us $900 for a 20 minute job. They said the crawl space was under 15 feet of snow and that they were charging for the amount of labor it would take to get to the main water shut off valve. Clearly, we did not hire them for the job because of the outrageous price they quoted. We drove the three hours up, went to the crawlspace, found that it was not buried in snow, and there were no foot prints, showing to anyone at even been near there to check in weeks. It took me all of 20 minutes to shut the water off change the valve and get things squared away. Save yourself time and money. Do not hire these thieves. They make up their prices on the spot. Oh, and he only wanted cash. You know he was going to pocket $700 himself for this job.

I'm out in Carson City and they were more than willing to come out whenever necessary. After some hold ups (NOT Roto-Rooter's fault) they came out, dug up my pipe, fixed it, and re-buried it in less than a day. They come out when they say they well and the definitely put the time in necessary to make you happy. Extra props to Jesse, the technician, who put customer service first and took great care of us. Will definitely be calling back for any problems!

I went a whole week without my garbage disposal and tried to fix it myself and couldn’t. So I called Roto-Rooter and that was one of the best decision I’ve ever made ! There were very professional, service was beyond great. Also Marcus needs a raise because without him I would still be on YouTube trying to figure out my life.

I have had a nasty odor in kitchen (for years) every time dishwasher runs. Two prior plumbers unable to find problem. Trey Sather did some remarkable detective work and isolated the problem using well thought out diagnostic procedures--was a vent in the wall in the kitchen that had never been properly glued together. He was courteous and worked rapidly and with skill. I would ask for him in future.

Extremely unethical company.

John, our technician, became aggressive toward myself, and a female employee, over a dispute of how my toilet broke while he was performing a clog, clearing. Had to ask him to leave our property, unfortunately.

When speaking with their dispatch team member, they refused to provide us anything in writing of the details for how the toilet broke, directing responsibility toward us.

The fact that this technician handled this scenario like this, is very unfortunate. Now we have a broken toilet and a invoice to unclog this toilet (which cannot be used now) for $377.

If you are seeking plumbing services, I would recommend choosing elsewhere.

Trey was AWESOME!!! Our pilot light went out on our water heater and we discovered it on a Sunday night. We have a really old water heater and we could not get it started again. I called FIVE companies that were open 24 hours to which all 5 of them asked me if it could wait until Monday. I called Roto-Rooter and I was called back within 5 minutes and Trey was here within 10 minutes. it took him less than 5 minutes to fix it. The after hours charge was worth being able to have hot water for a shower before work tomorrow. As much as I love to support local I will never use another company for plumbing. They have earned my business for life.

The tech was great and thought he had fixed the issue, however, it failed in less than 6 hours. When accounting was informed and heard we wanted repayment, they sent out the tech with a supervisor to see what happen. The tech was honest said what he did failed and apologized. This wasn't good enough for their accounting girl who has evaded the situation with no return call, 5 days later she answers and wants the invoice from the other company. Who does that? We are more than happy to pay techs drive time, not for work that failed.

Pretty disappointed. Had an emergency situation that no one at the lake was available for. Reno Roto Rooter was recommended to me, and I was so happy that they could come out to stop the mess. Then their tech called at the end of the day saying he couldn’t find the place because he went half way around the wrong side of the lake. He cancelled on me after driving all the way up because he could not figure out the GPS on his own phone, and would not take or listen to directions because “he didn’t know the area.” Apparently not technically savvy enough to find the right side of the lake, why would I want to pay to have someone like that work on an expensive house. I won’t be calling them again, thankfully Mackinaw Plumbing got back to me and saved the day!

Updated: The response I got from this review was much more professional than the same tech that texted me screw that guys review and falsely claimed I was messing with him by sending him an address and GPS, both for the same location. Guess he didn't realize he was texting the same person that posted this review! This has confirmed I will not be using this company in the future. Very unprofessional!

EXCELLENT Service! On call technician was really on call, was on site within 45 minutes of the sewer back up, was professional and kind and helped me through the issue with my apartment complex. Highly recommend for property managers and commercial property owners in the Reno area.
