We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

We have used Ira Hansen and sons multiple times over the past 3 years with the most recent being today. They are always on time, professional, clean and efficient. Our plumber today was Shawn B and he did an excellent job cleaning out our line from the dishwasher to the air gap. He also inspected a gas line connection for us and gave it a clean bill of health.

I had a sewer leak under my house, called IHS and they responded in about an hour. Tracy arrived and accessed the problem and gave me a quote. Had all the parts on the truck and he replaced and repaired all the damage. I have used IHS in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Larissa was awesome and so helpful, she responded within minutes and was so flexible. She arranged for Tracy to meet us at the house we bought within hours of us picking up the keys.
Tracy was our service guy and he was great! He worked quickly but explained everything he was doing, and knowing we just bought the house, he took the extra time to show us important things we needed to know or watch for in the future without trying to sell us anything extra.

So, my toilet needed removal and replacement. I called IHS Plumbing and a very nice lady named Taylor immediately set up at appointment with Tracy for 11:30 today. Tracy arrived on time ready to go. He removed my old commode and replaced the new one in no time flat. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my silly questions. When in my garage, he notice that the recirculating pump to my water heater was not connected and did that free of charge. He also explained to me what it did. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

My mother’s sink was leaking, and being fairly new to the area, I didn’t have an established plumber. Looked on Yelp and read the reviews, which were great. Not only that, they were fairly close. When I talked to Taylor, their scheduler, she was so accommodating and nice. I was on a tight time frame and she was able to send Tracy over within the next 1/2 hour. Tracy not ONLY called to say he received the job, but actually told me his location and his ETA. Tracy diagnosed the issue, gave me the option of getting my own parts (appreciated that option) or using theirs (which was MOEN - same thing I would have bought myself) and gave me a quote for the entire cost. Their pricing was extremely competitive and Tracy was very thorough with his installation, cleanup and explaining how the new faucet worked to my mom. WE HAVE FOUND OUR PLUMBING SERVICE!!!!! Thank you Taylor and Tracy!!!!

Spoke with Taylor in the AM and was scheduled with Clarence for the same day in the afternoon.

Clarence arrived as scheduled and assessed work previously done by a different company. Clarence was upfront about pricing and even ran over to Home Depot at one point to pickup a piece we needed. All within the allotted time.

Clarence explained his work each step of the way, like a good doctor would.

We’re pleased with the work he did and could easily recommend IHS to others and will call on them if we need future work.

I have to say this Company is spectacular. Greg is the best tech. He answered any questions I had, and I ask a lot cause I love to learn. He is professional, courteous and had the job finished efficiently. This is the second time he's been out and I couldn't recommend him more.

Called in a request an 9 am in the morning on a Monday. Spoke with Taylor and she had a service tech at my front door 3 hours later. The tech, Tracy, was quick and effeciant and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

I called Hansen plumbing to repair a slow leak in my crawl space. Their plumber came out, crawled under the house and then told me that a lot of my plumbing was not up to code. I told him I just wanted the leak fixed. He asked me if I just wanted to put a bandaid on it. I said no, I wanted the leak fixed properly. He said it would be $700. I told him no thanks. I called another reputable company. They sent out a plumber who replaced the leaking section of pipe and replaced some other piping that wasn't in good shape. Their bill was $400. The guy from Hansen was trying to play us.

I really love the service provided today by Thayne. He was really professional with his work. He fixed the problem I had in my kitchen. Thank you very much again for the service. I recommend them.

I worked with 2 of the technicians, they were prompt, and very nice. They explained everything to me about my options and provided referrals to additional businesses that would be able to help get outside contracting work done.

Called Robin to have a toilet replaced. Tracy was great and replaced our toilet and fixed a cartridge, was up front about costs. 5 stars.

Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. We'll use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

IHS is a great outfit to work with. When I needed a plumber, Taylor answered my call and was quick to schedule some help for my leaking faucet. Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. He made sure I was satisfied with what he had done, cleaned up the worksite, and got rid of the trash. This is the third time I have called on IHS for different problems and would call again if I needed a plumber.
