Cary did a maintenance service on my high efficiency radiant heating system (cleaning, fluid replacements etc.). Very professional, competent and clean.
He also answered a bunch of questions on other issues, which ended up with a fix of the recirculating hot water system and a suggestion for addressing a more automatic house water shut-off scenario.

Very good experience went through all my systems checked everything over thoroughly to find out that I need some new systems because they’re very old but got the air conditioning working right away took pictures of everything to show me what the problems were what the cost would be. very professional very well mannered. No big sales pitch to buy their equipment just the facts about the system and how it’s running and what the problems are and what’s worth fixing and what’s not worth fixing very satisfied with the appointment.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

I was experiencing some water hammer in my water piping. I had used Jet Plumbing on a previous issue and had a great experience. Jeremy was the technician that helped me out with the water hammer. He is very knowledgeable and checked the entire plumbing system to rule out other possible issues. He explained everything he checking as he did it and explained what he installed to remedy the issue. Once he completed his work he explained all of the charges and, he eliminated the problem. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Jet Plumbing. You have a customer for life.
