Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Art of Plumbing.

EXCEPTIONAL!! Mike Waite and his team are truly exceptional. This is the way service should be! From the initial estimate visit to the final walk through, we experienced excellent customer service, promptness, and impressive knowledge/expertise. We had a tankless water heater installed and our polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX and cannot be happier with how everything turned out. A turnkey job and seamless from start to finish. Michael is, without a doubt, the best! I’ve been with this company for longer than I can remember and, while most all their technicians are good, Michael is outstanding. He came out to service our mini-split system and did a fantastic job diagnosing and remedying the problem.

David is friendly, punctual and does great work at very fair prices. He is highly recommended on Nextdoor as well. I love to promote anyone who takes pride in their work and in how they treat customers, and David is such a person!

I recently had a water heater replaced by Poole’s and was very impressed and satisfied by their work. The job was coordinated by Sabrina, Julie and Carrie, and the work was performed by Henry and Corey. Henry and Corey did a great job with the install and communicated updates throughout. They also took the time to walk me through the work performed at the completion of the job. Carrie also was great in explaining the inspection process and ensuring all logistics were taken care of.

Replaced the toilet at a rental within a day of calling. No more leaks!
