Mike the owner of Waite Plumbing did a fantastic job for me during the recent cold weather.
I returned home on a Saturday from being out of town and found that both outside faucets were frozen. I had removed the hoses but left the splitters connected. Both faucets were old and leaking. I was concerned when the weather warmed up on Monday a leak might occur while I was at work. Mike was so kind, he came out on a really cold Sunday and quickly replaced both faucets at a very reasonable price.
He is knowledgeable, dependable and honest, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I walked out Wednesday morning to find water gushing up in my front yard. Mike responded to my emergency call with alacrity, and had identified and fixed the problem within two hours of my call. In addition to being highly capable, I found Mike to be extremely personable, as well. I would absolutely highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

Called with a plumbing emergency and Mike and his team were here immediately the next day to replace my water heater. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable - and kept me in the loop the entire time. 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber

This is the first google review I have ever felt the need to write - that's how good they are! Mike was professional, courteous and friendly, as was everyone on his team who showed up to help. He just really helped us out when we were dealing with a pretty big plumbing problem and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend!

When we were moving into our house and setting up our laundry room I noticed the hot water was leaking where the hose connected to the wall. Called Waite and they came out the same day which was awesome. The guy came in changed the spouts and was on his way, quick response, top notch service and reasonable prices.

Mike and his team are simply the best in the business. If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

I've hired Waite Plumbing for several issues and have been very satisfied with their work. Most recently, the drain from our washing machine was backing up. Waite was prompt, courteous and the expense was reasonable. The issue was unexpectedly not corrected with the first visit and Waite Plumbing returned, took additional measures and did not charge for the return visit or additional work. I will be using Waite Plumbing for any future needs.

We scheduled an appointment, called them at the last minute and added three more items to the list of repairs, they arrived on time took care of all my issues for absolutely reasonable cost. We are more than thrilled with everything, Highly recommend!

Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. (Picture of the area of dig/line.) My previous plumbing co (used and liked for about 5 years) quoted the job but was not confident to do the job. Waite is now my company! They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

After looking on Nextdoor to see who had the best reviews for a repiping of a house one name kept coming up over and over, Waite Plumbing. Having used them now myself I am also giving them an awesome review. The owner Mike is very professional, patient with my questions and fairly priced. The crew he sent was respectful of my house, my time and left the house clean. I will now use them as my plumbers when needed. Thank you so much!

Waite Plumbing replaced our polybutylene piping in our house. They were helpful, informative, and efficient. We are very confident in the job and their work.

We had a bad smell emanating from our newly installed hall bath, but couldn’t figure out why. One call to Waite and voila, it was fixed! Pedro was an amazing tech. He was able to identity the issue within minutes. He worked clean, was professional and had great communication (called when he was 40 min out to give us a heads up). I highly recommend using Waite Plumbing!

From the initial estimate visit to the final walk through, we experienced excellent customer service, promptness, and impressive knowledge/expertise. We had a tankless water heater installed and our polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX and cannot be happier with how everything turned out. A turnkey job and seamless from start to finish. Furthermore, communication was on point. If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn. I highly recommend Waite Plumbing! They just completed a full home re-pipe to replace the polybutylene pipes in our home, which had begun to leak. Of the many companies I called for estimates, they were very reasonably priced for the level of work that needed to be completed. They also were the only company that had an inspection of their work included in the package. When Mike first came to the house to do the estimate, he immediately made my husband and I feel comfortable with the scope of work that needed to be done and was the only person who checked under the crawl space to verify if we had polybutylene pipes running from the main water supply. He was patient with all of our questions and extremely responsive if we had any questions come up after he left. We were able to get the work scheduled and completed within 3 weeks of the initial estimate and every team member who came to our home to do the instillation work and drywall repair/painting was kind, professional, and efficient. They were able to complete the instillation work faster than initially quoted and we no longer need to worry about our pipes leaking! I also want to thank the Fermin, who lead the instillation, for being incredible to work with and for coming back to the house to adjust the water pressure for us to make sure everything was functioning exactly as it should be. This was a project that I was dreading but Waite's team made it simple and hassle free. It is a tremendous relief to know that our pipes are no longer a ticking time bomb and I could not be happier with the service we received. 12/10 would recommend you use Waite Plumbing!

Mike and the rest of the Waite team are fantastic to work with. We had to get PB removed in our home after having a pretty bad water leak (along with several small ones in our crawlspace over the years), which was the final straw with that problematic piping in our home.

Mike and team came and put in new PEX piping and gave us options that made sense for us. They also worked on recommendations for a water heater in the future (by our request, they were not pushy at all or trying to get add ons) and offered to repair the drywall they'd have to remove to repipe and redo the shower valves (it was a very reasonable cost vs what we later had quoted from other vendors, but we declined and will do that ourselves).

Highly recommend Waite, they are class acts all around.

Mike, Matt & team are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, efficient and clean. We had a fair amount of work done- replumbed all indoor plumbing; installed frost-free outdoor spigots, installed utility sink; replaced water heater. Waite Plumbing has processes and procedures for all the types plumbing work they offer. They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. We're pleased with how the job went, start to finish.

During an emergency call, we were told by another plumber that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. My gut told me to do my research, and I'm glad I did. Waite offered the best price of the 3 plumbers I called, accommodated a last minute schedule change to our appointment, and to top it off, they got here and discovered that we did not in fact need the new part. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and willingness to accommodate us. It's great to know there are businesses out there that are looking out for their clients.

We had our whole house changed from polybutene pipes to PEX. Waite was a great experience from the beginning. The free estimate and walkthrough was informative and kind, and the work was done in one day! (Plus a few days for sheetrock and painting). Every member of the team was super kind and patient. They were the best!

They changed out our entire home's copper pipes to PEX, as well as replaced, sanded, and painted the sheetrock that was removed to replace the pipes. Our customer experience exceeded our expectations. The professionalism of the team was exceptional from start to the finish of the project. We really appreciate the speed, responsiveness, quality, and care your company demonstrated.

Very pleasant experience. Had a new over mounted stainless steel sink install done, along with a new disposal, and it was executed flawlessly. The two gentlemen who came by were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company.

Exceptional customer service and communication from start to finish. We woke up to our aging water heater leaking in the garage and Mike was able to have someone come out the very same day and replace the system. The situation was worse for us also as we were all sick with COVID and this was an added stress that we didn't need. Waite Plumbing completely took the stress out of the situation and they will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

We were replacing an old water heater with a tankless, but had a tricky setup that needed some extra work to get the old one out. We had a few other groups come by for estimates, but it was clear that Mike and his team were far more confident with the job. Mike knew exactly what to do and how to do it efficiently and reasonably. We approved the estimate and they finished the job in 4 hours the very next day. Things pretty much never go this smoothly these days right? Very appreciative of his experience, professionalism, and time. Highly recommended!!!!

We got many estimates on plumbing for our master bathroom remodel. During demolition, we saw that we had outdated plumbing so we then needed to add a plumbing re-pipe to the list of plumbing needs. But when Mike from Waite Plumbing came out to give us our estimate, he was like a breath of fresh air. He took a lot of time with us, showing us what he would do. He also told us that we could ask him for feedback/advice at any time by text or phone as we shopped for the fixtures for our bathroom. This help was so valuable and reduced my stress so much. I know nothing about plumbing parts so he would send pics of the different rough-ins that were needed from the place that I wanted to purchase them. It was such a relief. His price on the work was more reasonable than other estimates we got. He also quickly and easily took care of the Town of Cary Inspection and made that process completely painless, whereas other plumbers had told us that an inspection could be sidestepped, while others said the inspections would be a headache and our responsibility to get done. I was overwhelmed. But it was no problem at all and the inspectors came very soon to our home, while some of it was done virtually. The team that came out to do the work was great. After the work was completed we had a couple of tweaks that needed to be done and they quickly came out to handle those. Today one of my new delta faucets in the master bathroom was dripping. They came right away, and since they knew it was probably the cartridges (factory defect), they stopped to buy them before they came. They installed them and just requested that I get the replacements from Delta using my warranty, and then they will come by to pick them up. They didn't charge me anything for labor. This was unexpected and very nice. Special thanks to Fermim and Matt and the others there. Great service!

We had a leak a couple weeks ago (started raining in our foyer closet) and called Waite plumbing. Mike called back within minutes, gave us great advice for what to do immediately, and was over a few hours later to take a look. It turned out we had the dreaded polybutalene piping, so we had Waite Plumbing do the repipe and replace our leaking water heater while he was at it. He and his partner were efficient, but never seemed rushed, careful and conscientious. They even showed up during an ice storm, and cleaned up thoroughly after--the house looked better after they left than it did before! On top of that, Mike was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend enough.

UPDATE: We had them out again, and, again, they were terrific. Our dishwasher died and we ordered a new one, but no vendor was able to schedule to install it for us within three weeks. We called Waite plumbing and they scheduled us for two days later. It turns out that the washer was broken upon delivery (one of the shelf brackets inside was broken), so we had to get it replaced, and Waite plumbing came right back out and reinstalled it--and cut us a deal, even though it wasn't their fault it was broken. It was also a tricky installation because our floor isn't level under the dishwasher but the guy worked on it until it was perfectly level with no gaps. Excellent service.

They were responsive, on time, very nice, and did a great job. My job was not easy but he came up with a creative idea and was able to fix it. Price was extremely reasonable as well.
