Arrived promptly at the stated time and even called to let me know that they were on their way. Very thorough in their work. They also clean up after themselves. I love the fact that they wear little booties on their shoes before they even walk into your house to prevent any dirt on your floors. Price for work I needed done was very reasonable. He helped us understand what was actually wrong and gave us multiple options to fix it. He was easy to work with and followed up with us to make sure everything was working appropriately. So upset with this company. Had always used them and the main guy, Ken I think was his name, was fantastic. So when it came time to replace my main sewer line I was happy to use them for the service. Only Ken had quit just before and I had no idea. Well the whole thing was a disaster. They left my yard and driveway a mess, etc. Had to come back to fix things several times. But I thought it finally got finished. This was back in the spring of 2020. Well just had some sewer backup and the town of Cary came out. They found out that Fuller never connected the new sewer line to the city line! It's been like that for months!! What a disaster and now I have to go through the process of finding a new plumber.

Editing to say - per town of cary update - it was connected but with the wrong part/pipe.

I've finally found a plumbing company that I can trust and rely on! Fuller Plumbing Services came out to my home to help me install a new toilet and while it was just a toilet install, the guys at Fuller did a very thorough job and also helped fixed an issue in our guest bathroom that had been nagging me for years. I then invited these guys to my office and received the exact same attention and professionalism. These guys worked at Michael & Sons but left to start their own business because they felt they could provide better work at a better price. I really grew to care about these guys and really felt compelled to leave them a review online hoping it would help them grow their business! I highly recommend Fuller Plumbing Services!

If you need a good plumber read this review. I did not know anyone associated with Fuller services prior to this experience. I live in Southern Pines. My daughter lives in North Raleigh and needed a plumber. I told her I would coordinate a solution. I contacted several plumbers in the Raleigh area and got quotes. I arranged to meet with two of the plumbers at my daughters place in Raleigh. I let both of them know that I needed the job done that day because I had to get back home that evening. After meeting with both plumbers I hired Fuller Services. The reasons he got the job was: 1). He showed up on time! 2). He had a plumbers truck loaded with supplies. 3). He wore booties when entering the house clean. 4). We talked about placing the water main shutoff inside the house instead of in the crawlspace and replacing the hot water tank to gain some storage space. I liked William Fullers plan. 5) Price was competitive. William Fuller also installed a new shower / tub valve and 10 new water shutoffs at lavatories and sinks. Fortunately I made the right choice in hiring Fuller Services. His price was not the cheapest but the job was professional and completed by 5:30 same day. You made my job of being a concerned father seamless. The work was professional and clean!! I still had time to enjoy dinner with my daughter and got home before dark. If we ever need any more plumber work done I definitely know who I will be calling! Thank you.

Water went out after 6pm when everyone was closed...they went above and beyond to help us out and fix our water pressure. Amazing company, exceptional customer service!! Please call them for any services, you won't be disappionted!

I am so happy with the service and work that Fuller Services provided for me. I lined up a different plumber and he completely blew me off. I was in a bind and Fuller Services came out the next day. The owner stayed late the first night to make sure I had a working sink in my kitchen. Then came back the next day, put my whole kitchen back together, and made sure I understood how everything worked. Their communication was great, the work was perfect, and I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Long story short N W POOLE Well & Pump communication and customer service sucks. Called fuller services. Made appt. To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. I appreciate the great service and timely completion of job. Thank you guys will call and suggest your company to friends.

Will did an excellent job on plumbing on our above ground pool. A few years ago he also changed out our well pump. Will is very knowledgeable on plumbing & very fast to get it fixed. I highly recommend Fuller Services!

We had a leaking water heater in the garage and we called around to a few places and finally found these guys! Will with Fuller Services came out to my home and diagnosed the water heater issue as a leak that was not repairable. He and his team quickly got us an estimate that was very reasonable, after agreeing to the estimate, the Fuller team began putting in a new water heater for us and in no time we had hot water again! These guys are fast, reliable, and on time! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.

My rental property in Raleigh, NC was in need of repair on the main water line into the house along with installation of a dehumidifier in the crawl space. I contacted Will at Fuller Services while working out-of-state and he handled everything for me, exceeding all of my expectations and making the entire service easy and stress-free for me. He promptly and professionally contacted me to review my needs, then made several attempts to successfully reach out to my tenants to make arrangements for install. Additionally, my tenants added on several other issues at the time of installation where Will adapted the plan for the day according to my wishes to maintain the property and had no issue to go pick up the additional parts required for the extra fixes. At the same time, he was mindful of the costs involved by identifying what 'projects' needed done ASAP as compared to those that could wait, those that did not need done at all, and the best way to care for the older water heater on the property to prolong life while also notifying me of the reality that it will be the next major project upcoming to be prepared for.

I can not say enough good things about my experience working with Will at Fuller Services. The great service was such a comfort while needing repairs on my property during my time out-of-state.

Will Fuller and his team replaced several bad float sensors in my septic system. They were extremely professional and took the time to answer my questions. It's hard to find a good plumber. Fortunately, those at Fuller Services did a fantastic job. They were easy to schedule, on time, and personable. It was easy to get in contact with the assigned plumber as needed, and they shared information freely. The completed work was good quality as were the products they sold. On multiple occasions, they were very accommodating to ensure we were able to get everything switched over the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water for more than a couple hours. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Left a voicemail, Never called me back.

On Wednesday July 25th I walked into a complete disaster in my downstairs bathroom. I thought I could just grab the trusty old plunger and things would be okay; nope! Went and bought a 3ft auger and thought to myself, this will surely get the issue resolved; nope. Rented a 25ft snake from a hardware store and thought, surely this will do the trick; nope. Called Fuller Services on Thursday morning. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours, did an assessment, and provided me with the root cause of what was wrong. Roots from my tree in the front yard had found a way to infiltrate the piping that leads to the outside sewer. The remedy meant that the line would have to be dug up and replaced. The owner of the company, Will and his lovely lady came out to my house and did an amazing job of rectifying a pretty awful install from the builder and ensured that me and my household would be back fully functioning. I cannot recommend Fuller Services enough. They are honest, fair, and do great work at a great price.
