Plumber removed the commode to assess the damage to the floor based on any leaks-was able to diagnose the problem and recommend the next steps to the process.
I called William Parrish Plumbing for help with a clogged garbage disposal, and they were able to quickly dispatch a technician the next day. Technician Austin was super friendly, helpful, prompt, and didn't mind my curious dog being on leash in the home during the job. He answered all my questions and made sure the job was done right. Disposal fixed in a few hours' time! Services and fees were communicated very clearly. I recommend this business and will call again next time I need help.

The guys did a great job. Unfortunately, my hot water heater is in my attic, and the old one was too big to come back down the attic ladder. Instead of leaving the old unit in my attic, the guys hauled the old heater across the open ceiling joists into the unfinished storage space before getting it out the door.

Called William Parrish and within 30 minutes Nahu was at our house. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour... he also pointed out that our water pressure was extremely high, which could damage some of the systems in our house, and that the valve used to regulate that pressure was old and not able to be adjusted down any longer. He replaced that valve immediately. Nahu was extremely informative and courteous.

Worker was competent and tidy. What I object to is the outrageous pricing. $800 to fix a puncture in a gas line that I diagnosed. All the work was inside on a wall that was open because of kitchen remodeling. Worker was here 2 hours and used 1 coupling to splice together the gas line. This was done on an emergency basis with a service charge of $160. There was a flat charge of $600 before any diagnosis of the problem. I do not like their business model.Update - Mr Parish did reach out to me and made a small adjustment to the bill. I do appreciate that gesture but most of all I appreciate that his company was able to respond and repair my gas line the next day. The contractor who punctured the gas line left me in a dangerous position and Parish Plumbing thankfully did a great job and made my house safe again.
We had an issue with our well pump on a Sunday. We called and they showed up first thing the next morning on a holiday and promptly and professionally fixed our issue. They also found another issue that we didn't know about and fixed that while they were there. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs

I have found the only plumber I'll ever use. William came to our house (twice) the day I called him to take a look at our 2 yr old tankless water heater that was not working. Turned out to be a minor issue that his guys showed me how to troubleshoot if it happens again. Total bill - $0.00
I called William on a whim, having abandoned the idea of personally roughing-in the small house I've been renovating for myself. He talked through my project with me for a good 25 minutes on our first call, then met me at the job to check and modify my layouts. I was impressed by his knowledge of the code, and his nonchalant, get it done attitude really helped me along at a time when I was bogged down and stressed out by the many moving parts of my project. His helper Raul was a true craftsman--together they did an artful job running my drains, vents, and supply lines. I also appreciated his ordering my bathtub for me at cost, allowing me to utilize his discount with the supplier. In retrospect I have no regrets, whatsoever, about having subbed this work out, but I also realize my good fortune in having found a stand-up, capable plumber like William on my first try. This, I think, is much easier said than done in the Triangle's rabid residential building scene.
Another great experience!I called because there was a leak above my hot water heater, which is fortunately in the garage. The technician arrived on time and proceeded to try and locate the source of the leak. After determining it was not inside he removed the ceiling around the affected area and discovered a pipe with a slow leak. He replaced it and also checked our water pressure, which was quite high and probably contributed to the leak. He replaced the water pressure meter under the house which brought the pressure within recommended specs.All work was done professionally, efficiently and was completed before I realized it.I cannot recommend William Parrish Plumbing highly enough. This is the second job I have used them for and I will not call anyone else should the need arise.
BUYER BEWARE. I would stay away from these guys. I had one of their driver cut me off and then proceed to do 25mph in a 45mph while flipping me off. Not professional and will never do business with a company who allows these actions to take place.

He was finished in an hour….very professional, concentrated on his work, patient with my questions. I was impressed. And William Parrish was quick in answering my text about my problem and giving me possible solutions the day before when I was feverishly looking for a plumber to help me. I will definitely recommend him in the future and not hesitate to use him again.

Our main water supply line was leaking and flooding our backyard. Scott excavated (which included a concrete footing for a fence post) and repaired the line within hours. He even took the time to wash down the side of the house from digging after he was done. Excellent service!

We contacted William Parrish Plumbing to install a new dishwasher. There was an error with the installation that caused water to drain onto our oak floors. The water was quickly mopped up & the plumber, Scott returned right away to evaluate what went wrong. The error was immediately addressed and our dishwasher works like a charm.Initially our floor looked OK. About 10 days later a few boards immediately near the dishwasher were cupped. When the damage became evident we contacted William Parrish and spoke with Jefferson. They responded immediately with a restoration company, at their expense. The few warped boards have laid back down.nicely. I cannot commend Mr. Parrish and Jefferson enough. What impressed me is their high level of customer service throughout our contact, from making the appointment to install our dishwasher to stepping up immediately and addressing our floors.It is easy to provide good service when everything goes right. In this experience a mistake was made. Everyone involved was honest and straight forward. We did not exaggerate our damage and the plumbing company did not attempt to escape or mitigate their responsibility. Mr Parrish and Jefferson treated us professionally throughout and always spoke to me with the upmost respect and kindness.Mr. Parrish’s company will be our plumber forevermore because they are trustworthy, professional and ethical. You cannot get any better than that.

Thank you to William Parrish for coming out on a Saturday morning to examine our system and to find and repair a break in the outfall line from the house to our septic tank. We awoke to find two toilets backed up. We called three other plumbing services before finding William Parish Plumbing who was prepared and ready to come out and do the work on a Saturday. The work took most of the day to find the break, dig up the line, cut and replace the outfall into the septic tank. We are grateful to Scott Edwards for his hard work and knowledgeable service to solve our plumbing problem.
This is the third time we called Parrish plumbing and every time we received prompt and quality service. This time we needed part for the toilet which Scott found in very short time and in few minuets the toilet was repaired. I called Parrish Plumbing at about 11AM and by 12:30pm the job was completed. Initial contact was through the Home Advisor referral website, and the call back was very prompt and courteous. I was worked into the schedule the same day, and the technician was very punctual. Had an emergency well leak at our rental property. I was sure this was not going to go well. The owner answered and sent someone very quickly. The plumber who arrived, Nahum, quickly put me at ease. You just know when people are going to be honest and not try to gouge. He found the leak and fixed it quickly. Ended up having him check out other things as well and then had him do some quick work on our main home. This will be our new plumber!

We were very pleased with the service given by this company and the workers themselves. They were courteous, on time, and communicated well over the phone. When they arrived the explained everything they were going to do and why, told us the cost in advance, and finished quickly and quietly. They went the extra mile to get everything right, even searching diligently for the water shutoff valve, which was buried under a bunch of leaves in our front yard (and suggested a remedy so we wouldn't have to hunt for it in an emergency). Lost water and needed someone after hrs. Called William Parrish Plumbing to see about getting someone out. I was told that I would receive a call back from one of the on call employees and that it was put in as urgent since I had no water. Well it has been 2 days and I have not yet recieved any type of call. Not very good first time impression. I will never attempt to use this company again.

Repaired well pipe that was leaking. This was done in a timely manner. When the house was built the copper tubing connected to the well pipe was to thin.
We had a kitchen faucet replaced. Service was prompt and the timing was well communicated. The cost was quoted before service. The work was well done.
William was responsive to the request and accomodated at earliest possible. Then detailed plan and explaination of work involved including issue resolution in quick turn around. They are professional and help you fix your problem for sure. Recommended in neighborhood and friednds. However consider the labor charges to be high because they have highly experienced staff

I was trying to repair the shower myself, but got to a point where I didn't know how to move forward. But I couldn't put it all back together again at that point. So they came out within 40 minutes of my call to finish what I had started.
After dealing for weeks with a SLOW shower drain, that FINALLY decided it was NOT going to drain, resulted in a call to Parrish Plumbing - Lucky me... We smelled gas in our water heater area and asked for William Parrish Plumbing to check it out. They advised on the placement of the carbon monoxide detector and let us know that the door to our water heater had to be left open for proper ventilation of the water heater area. The serviceman refused payment for the site visit, and left before I was able to run a tip out to him. They were extremely helpful and we will be calling in them should we have any additional concerns since they are certified in gas, which many plumbers aren’t.

We discovered a leak in our water line through a high bill and confirmation by the town of Cary that it was on our end of the line. My husband called William Parrish Plumbing based on other highly rated reviews and they were fabulous. They ensured we had the town confirm the leak as ours to not charge for an unneeded call and were able to come the same day to assess and fix the issue. Everyone we spoke to was professional and the problem was fixed in a few hours. It looked to be quality work and I am sure time will test that, but I would highly recommend this business based on our experience. Tech was clearly very competent and the job (Installing four new valves waterline valves and reinstalling two spigot/faucet sets) was done well. No complaints there. However, he was at our home for less than three hours and did not even have to deal with access as sinks were not installed. The bill we received was over $1100.00. We were stunned. What plumber makes over $350/hour? Bottom-line is that we feel we did not get a reasonable deal and will not use this Company again.

Nahu, the plumbing technician that showed up, and his partner were very professional, and answered all of my questions. I thought I had major problems with my well pump but after a lengthy diagnostic, the technician informed me that the problems were not as severe as I thought. They completed the job on the spot. The team was professional and on time. The repaired my shower quickly and discovered the reason for the leak was due to the subfloor not being cut far enough back away from the drain. This caused a micro leak that took years to build up in my dining room ceiling. They took extra time to cut out the sub floor properly to ensure the leak wouldn’t occur again down the road. While here they also discovered my water pressure regulator had completely stopped working and I was receiving 110psi in my house and repaired that issue as well. The guys were friendly and professional. I highly recommend based on my experience with them.

I have known William Parrish since my renovation of my 6500 Sq ft home in Prestonwood CC Cary NC in 2010 which included the installation of whole house recirculating Natural gas water heaters. Removal of the old bad grey pipe under the house, in wall and ceilings then installation of the looped whole house immediate hot water. He replaced old tubs and showers with jetted air tubs and rain shower heads. Parrish Plumbing replaced all the existing bathroom, kitchen and wet bar fixtures with new polished fixtures. The existing toilets were replaced with nice water saving toilets. They worked on two Toto with bidet toilets in my master.But the best part of the Parrish experience is the service after the sale. Christmas 2020 with a houseful of in-laws and family staying, the whole house hot water went out, the same day he installed a new unit and saved my hide.While out of town, my neighbors phoned me that water was gushing down my driveway. I called the city to turn off at the street and Parrish arrived the same day and dug up my main water line connection at my house that had sprung a leak due to Cary increasing the neighborhood water pressures.William Parrish is the best plumber I have ever know and used. He is responsive, fair priced and does what he says he will do. This does not come highly in the construction trade. I would highly recommend Parrish Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Unbelievable service, in a great way. My story is this guy came out on a Sunday to patch an urgent leak in my hot water tank. Didn't abuse my wallet for an off hour appointment, which he did NOT have to do. Cause all other companies were going to charge it. He was friendly, and the repair looks superb. I reached out to William Parrish Plumbing after discovering that my new dishwasher wasn't pulling in enough water - the same issue that was present with the dishwasher that was in place when we bought the home a month ago. Jefferson on the phone was very courteous and thorough, and said they could send someone out the next morning. Austin came out the next morning and immediately identified the problem and repaired it. He also went into our crawl space and repaired a pipe that was found leaking when we had our pre-purchase inspection. I needed an outdoor faucet replaced. As long as I was getting a plumber I thought I would save myself some time and ask them to replace the aging valves in 3 toilets. On arrival I was given a quote of $900: $200 per toilet and $300 for the faucet. I was asked if I just wanted to get new toilets instead. This is to put in a $15 do-it-yourself valve that I have done easily myself before. I declined having them put in the valve’s. The repairman came down to $170 on the faucet. I had him do that because I really didnt know what that would take. I should have looked it up. It took him - literally - 10” to do. Clearly, this is not a company which has any regard for developing a loyal customer base or for pricing which is commiserate with the work done. The fees I was quoted were outrageous

Even smaller than the one the home builder installed. Nahu was able to find a replacement that fit. The installation was clean and professional. I called on Thursday afternoon and they responded Friday morning . Scott, the service tech advised what the problem was and quickly power flushed my water heater to get rid of the sediment that had collected inside the heater. We recently utilized William Parrish Plumbing to install a Flo by Moen Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff on our main water supply line. One of my requirements was that the Flo device had to be easily accessible in case it required manual intervention at some point. Prior to installation, plumber Nahu came out to assess our existing supply line design and, thinking outside the box, came up with a great solution that allowed the Flo device to be installed in a first floor storage closet in association with a renovation of our supply line, pressure control system (which was desirable because of aging components). Nahu and his partner did a terrific job installing and testing the Flo device and the supply line renovation. Based on our experience, I would certainly recommend the services of William Parrish Plumbing.

We had a drain with p trap, and called because there was gas in our house. Scott Edwards came out the day after we called, which was fantastic. He was thorough and took care of multiple pipes. Excellent, fast service! We had a very old water heater go out on a Monday morning. Will came out less than an hour after we called, and tracked down a model that would fit in the existing space without cutting an extra hole in the wall. I headed off to work, and had hot water running before I got home.

Scott showed up early and called before arriving very professional. He unclogged an outdoor plumbing line that goes from the mid front yard to the street sewer line or just before. I also requested he inspect sewer line for problems with camera for an additional charge. He was unable to run an augur to clear tree roots from the line as he stated it could break the line as tree roots were at a T junction. Scott performed work requested and would use again. However, I will shop around next time related to costs incurred for this type of job. This in no way reflects on the service Scott performed for me. I was just unaware how costly unclogging a sewer line from my mid front yard to the street sewer line could be.

Great guy to work with. My stock water heater cracked this morning. Got him on the first call, he knew my house model and area. Was able to put together a quote with a solid replacement, and this afternoon (same day mind you) we are back up and running. Wow! A+++++++++Woke up this Saturday morning to discovered my hot water heater was pouring water into my crawl space. Panic set in and I started calling plumbers. After a few failed attempts, I thankfully found William. William came out within 45 minutes of my initial call. Unfortunately, it was discovered this wasn’t a quick fix. Not only was my old hot water heater a total loss, but due to work I recently had done in my crawl space, the hot water heater had to be relocated to a completely different space as well. William was calm, cool, good-natured and reassuring. He answered every question I had with a smile. William had the work completed within 3 hours for a very fair price.I have had a lot of work done on my home this year. I can’t begin to express how hard it is to find competent professionals especially in an urgent situation on the weekend. William far exceeded my expectations. We had to have a water heater replaced. Nahu came out and looked at our old water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. He gave us a prompt quote, which was competitive. We had an unidentified drain blockage/air flow issue that our primary plumber did not think they could help with so I hit Google and went with the highest review ratings. Super professional and responsive from contact to service completion. We knew the diagnostic and repair would not be cheap but also knew it needed to get done soon. Same morning service and resolution although advised to follow up with our sewer utility company to address a potential issue they need to address.
William was so professional. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing our leak and went the extra mile to clean out our faucet so it would spray better. Definitely will call him again when. I need a plumber.

I had a plumbing issue that required me to shut off the water to the house. I was able to reach WPP on a Sunday and they came out the next day on the early side of the promised window. The work was finished quickly and I was able to add another item to the list: in addition to replacing an old shower faucet they replaced the old water cut-off for the house. They left the site clean and completely fixed. Very pleased.
