Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Had a problem with one of our toilets which was just installed a few days ago by Home Depot. It turned out the new toilet wasn't deep enough, and we were going to have to swap out two toilet bowls in our home which would have been a considerable amount of money. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled them to come on Monday. Joseph gave me an estimate over the phone so there would be no surprises. They were a bit early and sat in their truck. I mean whenever do service people arrive early! We let them in and Joseph inspected the toilets. After checking out the newly installed toilet, it was discovered the tank had not been properly tightened and was loose. Also the fill valve mechanism was over tightened and the piece had popped out which didn't allow the water to fill back up. Fixed that. Then the supply line was not tightened enough which would have caused a leak at some point. Home Depot also put the screws in upside down so the caps at the bottom of the bowl didn't go all the way down. By lowering the water level in the tank, it brought the water in the bowl to fill up about an inch or so less which solved our problem completely! So, they corrected all the problems and there was no need to swap the bowls! This saved us hundreds of dollars. The cost for the visit was extremely reasonable, and both Joseph and Chris were as helpful and professional as they could be. There are a great many plumbing companies to choose from, and I can honestly say we are so glad we called them! Bottom line, my family and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Update: It became necessary to switch the toilets which was the original plan. Chris came over ON TIME and changed both bowls himself. He was so polite and professional. When it came time to pay, they deducted the amount from the last visit! My family was so surprised and grateful! Prompt professional, experienced and more than fairly priced! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is exceptional and has excellent customer service! I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.

Diagnostic only at this time.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

Fast service and super informative

Very responsive, Joe scheduled an appointment quickly after the request for service. He arrived on time and promptly made the repair. He stands behind his work, highly concerned about doing and making things right!

I was frantically calling around for a 24 hour plumbing service as one of my pipes burst in my commercial business and they were the only ones to answer. I am extremely grateful that they were able to come out at 1am and try to help me fix the problem. Chris didn’t leave until almost 3am to diagnose the issue Chis then came right back the following morning and proceeded to diligently work on our leak and coordinate with his boss as how to best handle our situation. He took lots of pictures and explained everything to me in great detail so that I understood.

Chris did an excellent job in solving and fixing the intermittent problems we've been having with shower and toilet stoppages.

Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out.
