My heat and AC hadn't been working for quite a while so I had to stay with family while I tried to get it repaired. I had three or four different professionals look at it, with Sears telling me it was an electrical issue and electricians telling me it was an AC issue, and I was extremely frustrated with the whole process because I'm trying to get the house ready to sell. Today I looked into getting Air Experts out there and was able to book an appointment within just a couple of hours. When the technician arrived at my house, he had the heating and cooling working within just a few minutes and was extremely professional and helpful. I'm beyond thrilled with the service I received and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area with heating/cooling needs!

Mark did a flush of my tankless water heater and gave me estimates on replacing shutoff valves for my sinks and toilets. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Air Experts for plumbing service as well as HVAC maintenance and repair.

Travis called ahead, arrived on time and presented with professionalism. He was very patient and took time to answer all my questions.

Kyle was very professional, clearly explaining repairs and costs prior to proceeding. He even took the time to reprogram the thermostats.
So impressed signed up for the annual maintenance plan to hopefully help keep our aging units working as long as possible.

Amazing company. Shane came and took a look at my attic unit, took a video of what he saw and showed me what the problem was. He made some recommendations which included replacing the whole unit because mine was 13yrs old. I gave it some thought and he was able to get in contact with a project manager to come out the same day any go over replacement options with me and my wife. Hans the project Manager came an hour later. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Conversations were not awkward or uncomfortable. We talked about life and replacement of my unit. Long story short we decided to replace the whole unit. They had a package and payment play that was reasonable. The experience with these two young men will not be forgotten.

Fall /Heat check-up went well! Found one item needing attention. Drew was thorough and shared all of his findings. Made sure we understood everything that was going on. Also shared new services for Hot Water heater which was on my to-do list, so very excited to get that checked off!! Very happy with Drew and Raleigh Heating and Air!!

Had my system installed in 2019, Air Experts did a great job of putting it in as well as maintaining it. I would highly recommend using them.Update - 06.29.2023 - Grayson was out today because my system was having issues and needed maintenance. He was friendly, professional & got everything taken care of as quickly as he could, which was greatly appreciated!

Mark responded quickly and was able to work us into the schedule! He sent pictures and explained exactly what was wrong with the old unit. They're on time, keep you posted, respect your property and most of all, do good work. Our technician (Rachel) is fantastic. We're on the maintenance plan so we have them out twice a year and each time it's been solid.

I scheduled Air Experts to perform routine maintenance at my house. I was really impressed that I was contacted 30 minutes before arrival with a picture of the service technician sent via text message. When Lucas arrived he was very professional and got to work - Excellent work, great communication. I wish all service companies offered this same high level of customer service. Will be happy to use them again in the future for normal maintenance at my home!

I have used Air Experts Heating & Cooling for many years for both installation of new systems and maintenance. Brandon Lammond serviced our systems this time around. He was on -time, thorough, professional, and explained some issues that needed attention.

Jonathon did an excellent job identifying and fixing our upstairs a/c cooling problem: system was lower in coolant, providing only partial cooling. He answered all my questions. Also fully and clearly explained options, like a more costly line check - advantages and disadvantages. Very knowledgeable and explained things in layman ‘s terms. Also kudos to the front office, mainly Sarah, who set up the timely service call. Have used Air Experts (service plan) since they installed my last system 7 years ago, and we have always been very pleased with their service, timeliness, responsiveness, and professionalism.

I went with this company because we had used them before for my mother in law’s installation that went great. Craig the supervisor is who I initially dealt with and he was great, setting me up with exactly what I needed for my home. I needed two units replaced at my home so the installation duration was split into two days. I have to say I’ve never received customer service like this in my life. The two technicians Stephen and Damori went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more professional the entire time they were here. Both days they showed up on time and went straight to work, not to mention the 100+ heat index they were dealing with as well. They respected my home, my pets, and kept me updated on the progress throughout. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good tips on how to save money with the provided thermostats, which by the way are amazing, and regular maintenance. 5 stars all around, we couldn’t be happier and don’t hesitate to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m a new homeowner and wanted to get my HVAC on a maintenance plan. Air Experts made it easy to schedule and the technician, Lucas, was very friendly and professional. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and I happily joined their maintenance program.

Johnny was right on time and checked everything out on my system. The greatest part of his visit was his explanation of everything about my system and that everything was in great shape. I had several questions that he promptly answered. I felt very confident in his knowledge and abilities.

All around, great experience. I recommend them highly. Very pleased.I called Air Experts Heating & Cooling after my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air during the hottest part of the summer. They sent a technician who diagnosed the problem quickly and advised to replace the entire unit. Our system was 10+ years old.I had two separate companies come to give me a quote for replacing. One company didn’t even offer an option to replace the whole unit. They assumed I wanted the cheapest, quickest fix, didn’t ask many questions and sent a quote for the bare minimum solve. We plan to stay in our home for many, many years and need something that will perform well for a long time.Contrastly, Patrick of Air Experts Heating & Cooling came to the house, asked me questions, explained all the interesting details of a HVAC system. Explained why it would be more cost effective in the long run to upgrade the entire unit. Brothers, Dusty and Patrick Doyle came within a few days to complete the removal and install of the new unit. They were both super nice, cleaned up after themselves, and explained the maintenance recommendations for the new unit.Needless to say, we are all now cooler in the house and I couldn’t be happier with the process. Glad we chose Air Experts Heating & Cooling.

We just Have Nick, he was very competent at his work, he do diagnose issue and do everything very accurate and answers all my questions with details. He founded that our AC freon gas level is low and add 2 pounds of r410A. They charged me 59$ for visit, 1401$ for first pound and 100$ for second pound. Total with taxes it cost me 320$

Nick was a a great service tech.He was honest and gave great recommendations, so that I could make an educated decision on repair or replace.

Mr Kyle is very good. He fixed the problem in few minutes. I recommend him to anybody.

Chase Agnew performed the first maintenance service on my new HVAC system today. He is friendly and personable, and made suggestions for an air purification system and plumbing services. I am happy with the service from Air Experts and very happy with the new system, it's efficient and lowers my electric costs!

Juan provided outstanding service!It was a full day's and I was not expecting him to get started so fast after surveying the job and a quote. Juan spent over half the day in a low crawl space relocating the drain pipe and the main shut off valve. In addition, he did what was supposed to be a two person job and removed a derelict water heater from the crawl space.We felt very happy with his communication throughout the day while my wife and I worked from home. We would recommend Juan and Air Experts for your plumbing needs.

Super fast response + repair on the first cold weekend of the year. We had heat in less than 2 hours after I called to request appt.

This appointment was a semi-annual maintenance, but I reported a concern experienced during recent snow weather. The technician made the thermostat change I requested and looked for any additional issues while maintenancing the heating system. An issue was found and repaired. Mark arrived at the time that was given. He introduced himself and was professional. He initiated the inspection of our non working AC. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very good with the two large dogs that we are sitting for and our own beagle mix. Unfortunately the coil needs to be replaced and needs to be ordered. So no AC for a couple of days. He did report that we only have one system for our home and said hopefully by Friday the part will be in and the repair can be completed.I appreciated the pre-calls confirming and even moving our appointment up a few hours.Thank you! Nick Perry performed maintenance on our HVAC system, and he was very personable, professional, and informative. He not only checked the system but educated us about its operation and care. We were very impressed and would love to see Nick again when our HVAC needs maintenance!

Tony’s visit was diligent and patient, as he assured over an early 2 hour visit that everything was x functioning properly in our dual furnaces. He accomplished his work quietly and unobtrusively. Another great example of Air Experts work.

Air Experts Heating & Cooling was excellent with their service. They got me in on the same day I called when my heat shut down. Mark Fachorn came out earlier than expected, was very knowledgeable on the work he did. He followed all COVID rules with mask and shoe covering. Was very helpful and kind. I set up a two visit a year with them because I was very impressed with their service. I will recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling services.

Junmall Simmons did a great job providing maintenance on my heat pump. He also helped me reconnect my thermostats to wi-fi since I had recently changed wi-fi companies. He was friendly and efficient. Very pleased.

I appreciate that they were able to send technician on Sunday morning with a short notice. The technician Shane arrived on time as scheduled. He was very polite and very professional. He was able to isolate the issue and provided very good suggestions. I am waiting for the parts and Shane will come back next week to fix it.

I used Air Experts to install new HVAC unit in my home. This was last year where the supply chain issues were at the peak, yet air experts honored all their promises (times, dates, unit delivery, installation, etc…).I had a very smooth experience from the first point of contact to the end.A year later Junmall showed up on time to check/clean the system, he was very courteous and professional.I definitely recommend them.

Air Experts installed our HVAC about five years ago, beating two other companies on price and installation options (new unit installed in the crawl space, not the attic). When my gas water heater started leaking water in October of '22, I called them first. Shaun came out to the house to look at the tank and gave estimates for both a vented gas replacement and a hybrid (heat pump) water heater. The hybrids are expensive, but the Inflation Reduction Act had generous tax credits if I could wait until 2023. If the tank gave out suddenly, Shaun was ready to have a gas unit installed on short notice. That made the decision to wait easier. I was bailing water at the end of the December, but it was worth it.Chadd and Jeb showed up for one of the first appointments in the new year. They were qualified to remove the old unit, remove the natural gas piping, run the dedicated circuit, as well as patch the hole in the house where the old gas vent was and run new pressure release piping outside. It was a big job, took about six hours, but they had it done by quitting time. They helped me get the app set up on my phone and went over the actual unit controls. They were great. Air Experts also handled the rebate from Duke Energy, already got an email saying it's been submitted. Air Experts will also set up the inspection permits with the city. In short, they've done everything I could ask and more, and I am very satisfied with the company, really liking the hybrid water heater too.

Gage Blair was able to stop by early.. Found the issue, provided clear documentation on the problem and health of the system. Offered a quote and repair on the spot. Very happy with the service and professionalism he provided and overall experience with Air Experts. I am happy to have them as a go to for service in the future.

Over the past few years, I purchased new HVAC units from Air Experts here in Raleigh, NC and pay for annual maintenance. It turned out to be a very good decision. The company is extremely well organized. I had an annual pre-paid maintenance due on my heating system, but I this morning had a small glitch in one of the zones, so I called, and they scheduled a maint. guy to come out within hours, to correct the small error, and to conduct the annual maintenance. The maintenance technician Preston arrived right on time, and he conducted himself in a professional manner, corrected the issue and reported that the system is otherwise running as it should.What impresses me most about this company is that all of its employees seem to be very happy to be working for the company. That is very unusual. And I've asked a number of them.And next is how well they communicate on all levels with their customers. They pick up the phone when I call, they get back to me as they should, they tell me when to expect someone, they tell me when he's on the way, even send me a photo of the guy. When he's done, he completes a report which gets emailed to me right away. Someone there has given thought to communications! Congratulations.Cheers for a good holiday.A.s.

I used Air Experts for my HVAC replacement and was so happy I didn’t think about anyone else for my water heater replacement when the time came. They are always highly professional and courteous - and work hard to take care of new and existing clients. Most recently both Gage and Juan came to deal with issues related to hurricane Ian, and showed up in amazingly short time to resolve the issues. As always - they were great to work with.

I had my plumbing system maintenanced and Travis was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find some deficiencies before they became a problem. I would definitely recommend have this company company perform all of your plumbing needs.

The technician was very professional yet personable. I found him to be very knowledgeable in his craft and although he shared some recommendations for my system he was not at all pushy in selling me product. In fact he gave me some really cost effective advice. I will continue to do business with this company.

I had a great experience with this company. I had several quotes for my repairs, and this company's quote was almost $1000.00 cheaper. So far, I'm not having any problems with the repairs/installation. Cudos to Shaun, Juan, and their team. They are awesome!

We weren’t getting optimal hot water so Juan Rosado saved the day! Not only did he find a shunt between the hot/cold sides, but he also installed needed pressure safety equipment that the original plumber missed. AND this was during a routine maintenance of our tankless water heater that was included in the price of our system install. A smart, capable, & patient plumber that can help you get your system running optimally. I can’t wait to take a shower now!

This is a good professional company. Their guys are consistently on time, honest and conscientious. We've had an HVAC service contract with them for several years. They come on time, do a thorough job and when they say there is something wrong, I can trust them. Great company.

Drew went above and beyond to make himself available to answer our very detailed questions. He was efficient at getting our contract to us and updated wen requested. His team was incredibly friendly and customer service focused when answering our calls. When there was a miscommunication with the permitting group (not Air Experts fault), they contacted us immediately and got everything settled without additional stress or work on our part. Inspections passed flawlessly (due to the high quality of work). HVAC systems in general are pricey, but the quality of both equipment and work was well-worth the cost. We will definitely be using Drew and Air Experts again when it is time to replace our second unit. Thanks for a job well-done!

My HVAC drain off was backing up into the unit. They came out the same day and cleaned out the clog and help me recognize how to know if it happens again and how to flush it. I appreciated both the prompt response and information for upkeep.

Excellent experience. Scheduled for next day service when I first called and then another next day appointment when I needed to obtain quotes for a new unit. The technician, Koy, was incredibly kind and took the time to educate me about my unit and what the issues were as well as my different options. I would highly recommend Koy and this company.

He provided repair and replacement alternatives that gaveus the complete picture that helpedus decide how to move forward.We then chose to have Air Experts install a replacement Gaspack system.The installers were professional andfriendly. I Got a new system last year and it was time for the heating system service. I'm very happy with the service as well as the initial estimate and installation of the new system. It was easy and I feel like I made the best choice in selecting this company. Excellent service.

From the minute I called Air Experts Heating & Cooling I knew I had called the right company. They were very professional and empathetic to our issue. They documented my issue and dispatched someone quickly even though it was on Sunday the 4th of July! I got a text with the picture of the technician coming to our home and he was there right on time. Matt was awesome! He really listened to us and walked us through his process and made sure we understood the fix and pricing before he did the work. He was efficient and pleasant and answered all our questions. We are so happy to have a new HVAC service company who treats us like a valued customer even on the first visit.This is a first class organization and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service and/or installation. Oh, they didn't charge more for being a weekend or a holiday either! BONUS!!

I would recommend Air Experts to anybody. When our AC cut out I had initially gone to a different company for help. After a bad experience with that company I still had AC problems so I found Air Experts on Google. I called them after hours on the weekend and got a very professional answering service who took down all the details of my issue. I got a call from AE the next morning and they set up the initial service call.Mark came out and did a thorough job of going through the system. He had to order parts and advised that we do yearly maintenance. I had been meaning to set that up so I signed up for their service. Once the parts got in Mark came out and repaired the system. It was a very involved fix and required draining the coolant, along with a lot of labor. Mark got it done quickly and was very professional and had a great positive attitude. AC problems are never good but if you have to deal with them Air Experts is an outstanding company and Mark was an excellent tech.

While installation went well, beware, Air Experts does not include labor costs as part of their warranty. I had a full HVAC system replacement by Air Experts just over two years ago, and this fall, BOTH Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats shorted out (completely blank screen) within two months of each other, for which I was charged $285 for EACH occurrence (just for the labor) to replace. After a $9700 installation, I'm now out of pocket nearly $600 two years later for the replacement of thermostats under a 5-year warranty that were clearly defective from the manufacturer. While certainly Air Experts cannot control the quality of individual parts & units, it's just bad business to not fully stand by the products they sell & install. Yes, they do offer maintenance plans, but that still would have no impact on defective thermostats. Now I'm concerned that if any other faulty part of the new system fails, I'm going to be slapped with another bill for hundreds of dollars to have it replaced or repaired, even though the parts themselves are still under warranty. For this reason, I will not be using Air Experts again for my heating & cooling needs, nor can I in good conscience recommend them.

My guy came on time & just called today! It was not what I expected, a burst pipe under my house that relates to my water pump for my well & I have an all electric home! Ouch! Duke Energy has cost me a lot this time but was not their fault! Have someone on he way to help & turned pump off! I am so glad he knew what was wrong & I am so great full. Plus best plan AE has is to pay for their yearly plan & save money as they will catch an issue before it’s too late!

Air Experts installed one of my units. In addition to the install, I've had to have them come out for 2 repairs. All experiences have been favorable. But Matt Sabol was great. He was thorough, polite, and effective at resolving the problem. Great job!

Preston arrived on time and was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and getting the repair completed. He checked the overall system, which was in good shape, and made recommendations for maintaining it in good condition. He communicated the expected costs prior to making the repair. We will definitely use Air Experts again.

Fastest response time of any HVAC company; the technician, Drew was professional and extremely knowledgeable. No pressure for up sales or service plans - just quality service!! Will make this company my go-to for any future HVAC needs.

I have been very impressed with this company. We had a maintenance contract with another HVAC company and they found $7k worth of issues on a working system. When they tried to pressure us to buy a new $20K system (even claiming that ours would certainly die in the next few days), something seemed fishy. I called Air Experts for a second opinion, and they found that everything was working perfectly fine. They are affordable and don't get bonus pay for finding pretend problems with people's systems. We now have a maintenance contract with them and I couldn't be happier.

We bought our system from them when they wereRaleigh heating and air. The service is as good now as it was then.We are under a maintenance plan and had an issue with our unit not cooling. We were due for a service and I was able to make an appointment at 8pm on Saturday for Sunday. They came out and serviced the unit and added a pound of coolant. Everything was covered under the service agreement.Honestly have never had issue with any of the techs that have come out to do service or repair. We are very happy with the techs and service they provide.

AKA used to be Raleigh Heating and Air but Air Experts took over. Fantastic. Nick H was amazing. Kind, patient, explained everything really well. Awesome technician to keep for your business! We're likely to have more coming with a possibility of a new unit, and a tankless water heater so I will update the review when work is complete for a more accurate rating after completion of work.

Shane came to do bi-annual hvac service. While he was checking my unit under the house, he found a leak. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for issues related to my house.Travis was the plumbing tech who came the next day to evaluate my leak issue. Was able to find the source and will return tomorrow to fix the sheared pipe.Both were very friendly and answered all of my questions.I recommend Air experts.

We were very impressed with the service we received. Our initial visit was for inspection and maintenance for our two HVAC systems. Our tech, Gage; was great. Prompt and very knowledgeable. He recommended we consider an air filtration system. We did the research and made the call to schedule installation. I have the annual service contract (4 years now) so there's a technician here twice a year. Daniel has been twice now and does a great job, but every one of these guys has been courteous, professional, and extra careful since COVID. I like that they give two hour windows and meet their schedules. And you get courtesy calls to confirm when they're on their way. They'll even text you a photo of the technician if you opt into that communication, so they do a great job of keeping you informed. Very happy with the customer service and feel like I'm getting good value for the service contract and the preventive work these folks do to extend the life of my HVAC unit.

Air Experts did a great job with my service call yesterday. The tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and went out of his way to address an issue I was having with our duct work. Very satisfied, happy to do business here.

The technician did an excellent job. He cleared the clogged water drainage line on my AC that hadn’t been properly flushed clean in years. He thoroughly checked my upper and lower level HVAC and I have confidence in the work of Air Expert

Do NOT recommend. In brief, my AC stopped working. Air Experts tech told me I would have to pay $2,100 to replace the compressor. I got a second opinion, and turns out the only problem was the the breaker switch had to be reset. Sounds like a scam to me.More details:Air Experts tech spent quickly concluded that the problem was a bad compressor which they could take care of for $2,100, and this is a good price because the unit is only 2 years old and parts are under warranty. My gut told me this is way too expensive, so I got a second opinion. Another company came by to provide a quote for compressor repair, and they said the the compressor was fine, and the only problem was a tripped breaker. They reset the breaker, verified everything else was fine and I paid them $80 for the diagnostic visit. AC has been working great ever since.I called Air Experts to file a complaint about the tech, but the operator said all he could do was take a message. I also sent an email. It is now more than 48 hours after I contacted them and there has been no response.

This was my first time using this company (the prior homeowner used them for years) and I was very happy with their service. My serviceman, Nick, was excellent-he wore both shoe coverings and a mask and he took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend!

Michael H. is my reason for switching to Air Experts. He is the only technician that has maintained my home’s heating and cooling equipment, and I’ve never had any issues due to the attention and care that he takes with his customers. We had a new unit installed for our second story two years ago (2020), we had fabulous service from the start. Two days ago (June 2022) said unit failed, Air Experts responded quickly, the technician, Drew, arrived early, was very knowledgeable, knew what it was immediately and was proactive when it came to avoiding further issues (things just aren’t built like they used to be… customer service and trustworthy technicians are crucial). The whole team took care of us to get us back up and running in less than 24 hours… this is why we continue to recommend Air Experts to friends and family.

Technician Kyle is quick, informative and makes service and repairs as efficient as you ask for. I have been an Air Expert customer for 8 years, replaced both units in my home with them and have been satisfied. Their service agreement/warranty is reasonable in cost, and they replace /repair under warranty as advised. Any labor costs not covered are what to expect in the industry . I've been recommending them for over half of a decade .

My heat was broken of course during one the coldest weeks in NC. I called air experts on saturday night and they came sunday morning. There was no extra fee associated with the weekend visit. Preston was my repair man and he was AWESOME. Personable, explained everything in detail, gave me the next steps. Preston came out couple days later to fix my heat and his service was consistent. I so appreciate that. I signed up for the semi-annual service plan. It was worth it.

Air Experts are awesome from their project manager, Dave and install technician's Alex and his brother. All were professional, responsive and on time. All explained processes and expectations along the way. Install crew left workspace clean and free of debris. I felt confident we were receiving the correct equipment and service for our home. I was extremely pleased from our first phone call setting up our service call to project completion.

Harrison plumber provided excellent service on my water heater he even discovered a small gas leak and repaired it with cost. They are very thorough and detailed I can take information better when I know the company has done a good job 👏.I would suggest you consider they annual maintenance agreements because those regular inspections can identify small problems before they become large problems.

Air Experts Heating & Cooling came out to do our plumbing check under a preventative maintenance program that we just signed up for, including a hot water heater flush and a check of the plumbing of the entire house. They (particularly Mark Crowder) did a wonderful job. He was on time, efficient, and knowledgable. Most importantly, he both listened and responded thoroughly, to my every concern. Contacted Raleigh Heating and Air last week when my second floor HVAC stop blowing cold air. The same day a technician was dispatched to diagnose the problem. Long story short my system needed to be replaced, Lee came out the next day on MY schedule to show us what options we had and at no time did I fell pressured or rushed (thank you).The installers Ray and Kwon came out on one of the hottest days in July on time (8am) and finished just before noon. These gentlemen were fantastic, both were courteous and professional.This is the second time I used Raleigh heating and air with the exact same team lee, Ray, Kwon thank you.Also I did have one very minor issue the day after my install i contacted service and tech came the same day thank you Scott.I highly recommend Raleigh heating and air.

My air conditioner stopped working the Friday night before Labor Day weekend. I baked in my house at temperatures >88 F overnight and was miserable. Saturday morning I gave the Air Experts a call.The Air Experts did an amazing job fielding my request for service, diagnosing and resolving my issue. The Dispatcher was very friendly and helped get my air conditioner issue addressed on a holiday weekend. We originally scheduled a time for Sunday morning, but they had a cancellation and was able to send a tech out to my house on the same day.My tech, Anthony, was very personable and professional. We briefly discussed my issue and before we looked at the air conditioner he knew what my problem was.Anthony is the man!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He tested my system and gave me several options to address my cooling issue. He showed me the metrics and readings that he used to diagnosis the issue. He estimated that I was low on coolant and said I probably need 3 lbs of refrigerant based on the readings… he nailed it… He added 2.75 lbs of refrigerant!!Thank you Anthony, I appreciate your time and expertise diagnosing my issue. Plus he was very friendly and he made he feel confident in his diagnosis.I would highly recommend the Air Experts based on my experience today. I was so happy with my service today that I signed up for the maintenance program base on this experience. Thank you Anthony and team!!

Every time I’ve called, for maintenance or emergency, they have always responded in a timely matter. Not only that, they will call if an earlier service appointment opens up or if a tech is on my area unexpectedly. When work is completed, every tech has given me a complete run down of what they’ve done, how they did it, and why they did it. Each time I’ve had to pay for service, they’ve found a way to help make it easier for me to afford it, whether it was renewing my yearly contract or combining a service call with a maintenance call.I especially appreciate Jonathan’s effort and .professionalism. I hope he is recognized for his effort.

Air Experts is amazing! My routine maintenance check with them yesterday revealed a cracked heat exchanger in my upstairs furnace. That evening, they were able to schedule a consult with a sales rep, Hans. Hans was very helpful and worked hard to help us choose the right system for our home. Today my new split system was installed and is already a noticeable improvement over my previous 21 year old system. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Air Expert team. I had just completed a major house renovation that included installing hardwood floors throughout the house and painting the entire interior. The installers were extremely careful moving around the house in order to avoid damaging my floors and paint. They took time to show me how to use my new thermostats and cleaned up immaculately when they finished the job. The installation was very efficient and smooth. I used Air Experts 4 years ago to replace my downstairs unit and experienced the same outstanding service. I highly recommend them!

We used this company to get a new HVAC unit, a couple of years ago when ours needed to be replaced. And have kept using them for our seasonal service. Excellent customer service! On time and professional every time. When our AC (different unit than the one that was replaced) stopped working a few days ago, my husband called to schedule and they gave us a couple options that he thought worked for my schedule, but actually didn't. We let them know, and they called to reschedule for a time that totally worked for my schedule. Service man actually showed up a littler early and was done very quickly. We received a slight discount on the repair because we use them for regular seasonal maintenance!

On time and fast service. I love how they call before to give me a head's up on exactly when they will arrive.

We have a Mungo home that we purchased in 2015. In 2018 we already had issues with the HVAC not getting the home cool enough and certain rooms overpowered with heat while other rooms were still cold. After several attempts to fix it, we stumbled upon AirExperts...the sales agent was super professional and took the time to go over everything with us. We are 6 months in and have nothing but good things to share. Aiden our service technician came out today for our first maintenance and he was also very professional, friendly. Even the young ladies that called us to setup and courteous call to let us know Aiden was arriving were super friendly. Much praises and kudos!!! Travis was great. He came on a Saturday of Memorial weekend because Friday was rained out. He was right on time. Was careful to put booties on his feet to protect our wood floors. He got right to it and found the problem troubleshooting the system one part at a time. Once the repair was complete, he moved on to perform our twice-yearly maintenance. Travis was professional, pleasant to speak with and just an all-around great representation of what we have known Air Experts for. He also was sure to let me know they do plumbing work now, which I did not know. I'll always trust Air Experts for all my hvac needs and you should as well.

Mark did an outstanding job with our tankless water heater install. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Mark took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Great service as usual! Eric provided a routine furnace maintenance visit today. He was professional and friendly. He briefed me after the inspection and maintenance tasks were completed. He also took care to check in with me on everything being back in place in the basement (lights out and door secured). Finally, he called the office directly to set up another appointment for me to get a quote on getting our 45-year-old ductwork replaced (per my direct request; not upselling!)

Bought Midrange Lennox system upstairs and down. Both fan motors are noisy after 3 years. They will pay for motors but not labor. I expected better longevity from these units. Disappointed.4 months later and no response from Air Experts.

These guys continuously fail to provide the good service throughout the 9 months we've been their clients. So far they installed a new unit for us, did a couple of service calls and 2 maintenance visits. We never ever want to see them again. The sale was easy. But every single interaction with them after that was extremely disappointing. Sales guy tells you one thing, the office doesn't know about it, you try to reach your sales guy to clarify, but he's always out of reach. This morning was the last time we did business with them. My husband scheduled a free maintenance visit that was a part of a sales package for our new unit. They gladly booked it for him, but insisted on charging for it after the visit was complete. At this point neither the service person or the call center person had any knowledge of this being a free visit. They don't have business ethics whatsoever and don't follow through with their commitments.Please learn from our mistakes and go elsewhere. Our experience was so awful that I don't have any reasonable explanation of their sky high google rating. Don't be fooled by it.UPDATE: the fastest way to get ahold of the appropriate people at Air Experts is to post a review on Google. Our sales person called my husband in less than an hour after the above message was posted. They refunded the cost of the supposedly free maintenance visit and offered another free one for inconvenience, which we won't be taking advantage of. Summary: in our experience, you're likely to have issues with these guys, but they'll quickly resolve it if you make it public. The mystery of their awesome Google rating is solved - they seem to rely on it heavily in their sales process, thus, carefully monitor it and resolve/remove negative reviews. Not a bad practice at all. I just wish they did the job better, so that there was no need to resolve such cases.

Replaced Capacitor as well maintenance. Would like to have this serviceman to be assigned to be my serviceman. He was very acknowledging to answer my questions. Very pleased.

Have them for both HVAC and plumbing regular maintenance/repair. Always happy with the work they complete. HVAC techs always walk through whatever questions I have on the condition of the system. The few small repairs I have had, mainly from issues with the builder (new construction), were excellent quality and have improved the overall performance (coolant issue, not fully filled during install by the builder) and air quality (mold remediated with UV light). Recently had a leaking water tank that needed to be replaced. Requested an appointment online in the evening and they were there the next day, even as a non-emergency issue. After the initial inspection, had a brand new tank installed within 24 hours of that. Harrison was excellent, called the manufacturer for me and everything to sort out warranty issues.

The service tech, Robert was great. There was an appointment came open so I was able to schedule my service earlier than expected. Robert was on time, professional and let me know what I needed to do on my end to keep my system running smoothly.

Shawn showed up on time and very professional. This is the second time a tech from AEH the first time some parts were replaced and this did not resolve this issues. Shawn read the previous techs notes and made an educated decision to replace the damper motor which we thought was the original issue. AC is working properly for now but I feel better about this visit.

I was able to get serviced on 12/14/2022 instead of 2/2/2023 due to a cancellation. Grayson Lindley the tech showed up within 30minutes at estimated time. Spent over 1hr servicing both systems thoroughly and reported back a failing blower motor and inducer motor. He played recording of noise and showed me recorded data of out of spec amp draw and will get these replaced before they end up failing completely. Thanks!

I have trusted Air Experts for years, their team is always super helpful and very responsive. We had to replace our heating/cooling system this summer and they provided us with great options and got our new unit installed very quickly. This week our other 13 year old unit broke down and the AE team got here immediately to solve the problem and provide us with cost effective solutions. I blew a fuse trying to change my thermostat to a smart thermostat. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to change the fuse, though I figured that was the problem. Torrie came in, and based on my narrative, he had a solution in 20 seconds. He quickly changed the fuse, showed me where the fuse box was, and double checked my not so handiwork as I reinstalled the old thermostat. Unfortunately, my system cannot take the power pull of a Nest thermostat. But, when I am ready to change my system out, I will be calling them back! Thank you for the quick response and excellent customer service!

Excellent response time. No extra charge added for Sunday morning visit due to a compressor on a Carrier unit that was shot. Gage, the tech, was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very pleased with the experience. Transparent, reasonable pricing.

Our programmable thermostat went out so the heat wasn’t working. Matt checked everything out & figured out the problem. He made sure to answer all questions & help with reprogramming new thermostat. Our technician was very helpful and kind! He cleaned out A/C unit and checked to make sure everything was working fine. It was a reasonable price to make sure everything was functioning well.

Air Expert did their through summer maintenance on the two heating/air units, cleaned the coils, filters etc. Spend 2 1/2 hours on the job. As usual did a fantastic job. They will be back in Dec. to do the winter maintenance.

Air Experts w/ Travis coming out was a seamless experience. Travis came to check out my heating system for the annual service. Explained everything with clarity and detail. I also mentioned a concern with output of air in specific room, Travis was able diagnose and resolve. Greatly appreciate effort and professionalism of Travis and the Air Experts team.

Tech was correct in diagnosis of problem but wanted to charge $6k on repairs and stated minimum hrs on that job would be 5-6hrs but prob more. They said i should just replace unit due to cost of repair. Called another repair facility and charged half with diag and only took 2hrs. They just want to sell you new units, not actually make repairs. Do not trust this company.

I moved to Raleigh from Washington DC and bought a house Downtown. I haven't had much luck here with service of any sort from most businesses I have dealt with since moving here.Air Experts has been one of the few exceptions. They are prompt, courteous and professional. The initial technician that came to assess my unit knew exactly what to diagnose and explained the issues thoroughly.I then worked with a comfort expert who went over my options moving forward. (This was all scheduled and completed the same day). When I made my decision they informed me they would be installing the new unit the next day! They showed up within the window promised and installed a brand new unit cleanly and professionally.Do not even bother with any other HVAC company this is truly the best!!!

Some other companies may have just performed the unnecessary extra work, but Mark ensured everything was working and saved me some money. Our AC stopped working and Air Experts technicians were helpful throughout the process. Bill did the initial investigation to identify the issue, then we got a quote the next day, and Tyler and Johnathan quickly installed the new unit at our place. Honest approach and great service! The Tech, Johnny was on time and didn't mind my dog jumping all over him ( sorry, Johnny). He was just doing our free scheduled maintenance check but was very thorough and when he suggested an air purifier system, he showed me photos of our system and why he was suggesting it. They actually have a financing program in house that made it incredibly affordable and financially realistic. One of the dining room lights went out while we were going over pricing and he even offered to switch it out it for me. Dave's obviously no stranger to above and beyond.The tech who came out, Shane, knows SO MUCH about HVAC..he educated me on refrigerant, coils and system efficiency within just a few minutes. He made everything really easy to understand, and his customer service skills are top notch. Thank God I got his business card and we will be using him as our technician going forward. Shane could probably service HVAC with his eyes closed.Kurt and Roberto showed up for the install, on time-- I think even a few minutes early. They work FAST. I was expecting it to take several hours and they were done 2 hours ahead of schedule. Kurt thoroughly explained the thermostat to me (which looks like something out of NASA compared to the relic it replaced), and put carbon monoxide detectors wherever they needed to go. Both Kurt and Roberto were so kind, and very customer focused. After they left I went outside to check out the new unit and it looked CLEAN. Beautifully installed, no scraps left behind..and it wasn't just an HVAC system, there's actually a whole home air filtration system they put in the crawl.These guys have absolutely earned their high ratings/reviews because they provide outstanding products and service that people can actually afford. Our experience with Air Experts was great from beginning to end. We needed a new heating system and they were able to come out for an estimate and do the install on the same week. The price was reasonable and the install team were punctual and professional. We were very pleased with our new unit, and the fact that our install team took great care to ensure that the new equipment looked presentable, especially inside the house. We would definitely recommend Air Experts if you are looking for AC or heat service, or needing a new unit installed.

I was pleased with the service Eric provided, he was on time and professional. He doubled checked an area I had a question about and was very efficient.I was caught off guard by the fact that the maintenance fee did not include a filter. The previous company, with my old system, included that in the maintenance fee, my fault for not asking in advance. Regardless, I'm pleased with this company thus far, my current HVAC system is barely a year old.

They came out same day, and quite quickly after my initial call was made. Lucas was very helpful and informative, and helped put some worry at ease after having my AC out for 2+ weeks. I’m sure we will use this company again in the future.

They installed my new unit and have been servicing it. Yesterday the ac stopped cooling called at 3 pm and they sent someone to fix promptly at 6pm. The repair was done and they communicated the issue. Everything was covered under warranty and done super quick. They always wear protective shoe covers in the home. They go above and beyond to deliver the best service they even tightened the screws to the attic stairs that were loose. Would highly recommend them!

The unit was 17 years old with shorted compressor. He immediately was able to get Justin out to my house for discussing new system options. Justin is excellent, detailed, prompt, & professional (I might offer him a sales position with my company). I received 3 quotes from 3 other companies, and ended up purchasing a new system from Air Experts team. The price wasn't the least expensive, nor the most, definitely the best experience. Cody & Seth removed the old system and installed the new system in one of the most challenging attic locations I have seen in my 20 years of real estate experience. Small scuttle access, low height rafters in attic, +2 foot drop down platform in attic. Cody and Seth muscled through the incredibly hot day, never complained, maintained professional throughout the install with every challenge that presented itself. Cody & Seth ended up getting some assistance from Rachel & Ingor for a little while in the afternoon, due to challenges running the new line set in the wall. Cody & Seth were a fantastic team!!! I hope they receive bonuses for the extra effort & excellent customer service. Justin even came back by in the afternoon the check on customer satisfaction!! Air Experts will install my next system for the first floor.

Company was very easy to work with: setting up an appointment was quick and easy, and they followed up with plenty of communication and notice of their planned arrival time. The technician (Patrick) was very friendly, professional, and informative. The issue I had was relatively small, and he was able to take care of it quickly and with minimal disruption. Our upstairs unit wasn't working and Air Experts Heating and Cooling were able to have a technician out to our house within a couple hours of our call. Mr Huets did a great job with our Water Heater maintenance. He was fast, thorough and tidy. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had.

I had Air Experts come to my house to look at an issue with my air conditioner today, and the whole experience was exemplary. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and they texted me a picture of the technician when he was on his way, which is a great idea.Once Gage arrived at my house, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. Fortunately, it turned out to be something minor, and ended up costing much less than I expected. Gage did an excellent job of keeping me informed of his findings and the steps he took to correct the problem, and even showed me what I could do to keep it from recurring.I've been happy with the service I've gotten from Air Experts in the past, but I felt like they really went above and beyond this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert from Raleigh Air Experts. Robert was on-time for his appointement and came to my house with both face & shoe coverings. Even though we are both fully vaccinated, I certainly appreciate the concern for overall health and safety.I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and address my concerns, as well as explain what he was going to do. He provided a recommendation for a local company that sells air filters and I also signed up for the annual maintenance plan through Air Experts -- it's such a logical choice when I expect to have them out twice a year anyways!To any of his managers reading this -- Robert is professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. It's rare to find a tradesperson who actually *wants* to interact with their customers and is friendly. I did not feel rushed for his attention and he took an appropriate amount of time to perform the requested maintenance. I certainly hope to work with Robert in the near future.

Air Experts listened to every request and followed through with them. Katie was very nice, she read my email and was attentive to my requests. She explained what the next steps would be and followed up with emails. After Shaun came out and did our walk through, we could tell his experience and knowledge surpassed the other companies that came out. Our name is hard to pronounce and every person we have talked to says it correctly because we told Katie how to pronounce it. This let us know they communicate well as a company and want to excel at customer service. We will be changing our heating and air conditioning to them. We contacted them for the plumbing side and changing to a tankless water heater. Our new unit goes in tomorrow, so we can update afterward but I don't think it will be a problem because of how we have been treated so far.The customer service with this company has been amazing and you don't find that much anymore.

Update:This is a revision to my previous review. After 6 attempts to fix the previous “new” unit, Air Experts did replace the faulty unit. So far, we are very pleased with the new unit and thankful to have it replaced.Throughout this process the repair staff that came to our home were very professional.Let me start by saying I was very reluctant to write this review, because I wanted to give them a chance to correct this situation. However, after the 6th time a brand new $14K HVAC unit goes out in less than 2 months, I feel obligated to warn others not to do business with this company. They have ignored our request to replace this unit and we have not received a response as to when the current unit will be fixed. We are currently still without AC and under a heat advisory in this area!Please beware of this company!

First, I like that they give you a heads up call when the technician is in route to your house. Nick showed up looking and being very professional. (Face mask and shoe covers) Up front he asked if we had any concerns about our units before he started performing our yearly maintenance. Nick answered all of our questions and gave us new home owners very good advice on how to improve our overall heating and air needs and how to keep our units working for longer. I am grateful we went with this company when we had to replace two units after moving into our new home! Thank you!

Harrison was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure they gave us accurate quotes. Much better experience with them than another company as Harrison went under house to see if we could even add a utility sink where other company didn't go under house and said a sink could not be added. Michael Hatem is an excellent HVAC technician plus he's a very honest man. If he says you need something you can believe him. He is always neat, clean and explains what he is doing or has done.Michael was my service technician when he worked at another company. When he changed companies so did I.

For several years, we've had the maintenance plan where Air Experts comes out twice a year to inspect and tune-up our HVAC. I have to say that out of the all the technicians that have serviced our HVAC, Corey is the absolute BEST!!! He alerted me to a filter that I was unaware of that needed to be changed on a regular basis. He also did something to the unit outside so it no longer screeches. If I am able to request a technician in the future, I will definitely be asking for Corey!!! Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

I adore talking to the office. Nothing better than a group of people who understand their customers. The service technicians are extremely kind and good communicators and polite beyond measure. They make me feel safe in their presence. Well run company!

Torrie Jones has been our service rep for many years. He is always professional and very good at air and heat system maintenance. But he goes over and beyond the call of duty to provide proactive customer service. After experiencing an unhappy sales meeting with a Raleigh Heating and Air sales rep, and we decided to repair the old system, and look for another company to purchase a new one. When Torrie arrived with the part to repair the old unit, he insisted the unhappy experience was not a norm for his company. He encouraged us not to invest in the old system. He immediately called his office and scheduled a meeting that day with a senior sales rep. We purchased two new units , and those systems have run beautifully for two years now. We also have two air systems which are also performing beautifully and we have not had any service calls in the years we have been under maintenance contracts. Torrie Jones is definitely the kind of employee who goes the extra mile to ensure his company deserves a 5-star rating!

Called Air Experts at the recommendation of a friend after my A/C unit was just moving warm air last week. Booked an appointment was told up front about the service fee for a tech to be on site plus any parts/labor for a repair. Scheduled for the next week, they called to indicate they were ahead of schedule, sent a text with a photo and the name of the tech who would be arriving. Michael showed up, diagnosed the issue to a capacitor going end of life, made the swap, checked the air temp levels at the vents, pressure on the fluids, closed everything up, and was done in under 45 mins. Great customer service, friendly, didn't waste any time, explained what he was doing and what he found. I'll be using this company for future needs.

We called and were told Saturday for a repair tech, then got updates all day on Friday as they were moving up the list and Kyle was here on Friday about 5pm, had it fixed and running in 20min and lovely cold air blowing! Every time we've needed them, they've never let us down, always ahead of schedule and no repeat calls needed!

This company is absolutely amazing! I called for my AC not cooling and they were so kind in the office all the way to the service technician who showed up. They took time to evaluate my issue and explained it to me clearly so I could understand everything each step of the way. I've used Air Experts for the past couple of years. We recently moved and I had them come do a routine check-up. Thomas was our guy at the old house and I was glad to see he showed up for the service at the new place. He is very thorough and walks you through everything. I'm gonna run the issues he found through our home warranty and whatever they don't cover will be going back to Thomas and Air Experts.UPDATE 1: This is a long time coming but my home warranty company refused to cover the issues Air Experts found. They said the warranty doesn't cover existing issues known or unknown. Isn't a warranty supposed to cover unknown issues? If there are known issues, they shouldn't issue a warranty. So, gladly kicked the home warranty company to the curb and had Air Experts install brand new higher efficiency systems.UPDATE 2: I didn't realize my new systems' warranties were dependent on me staying up-to-date with routine maintenance, but it makes sense. Luckily, Air Experts called and reminded me to renew my maintenance plan and reminded me of that requirement. Their tech Chase came out today and got everything tuned up for the rest of our NC summer without trying to upsell me on gimmicky tech add-ons like some other companies I've used in the past. In fact, he let me know that one of the filters needed to be replaced (which I knew) but stopped short of offering what would ordinarily be an overpriced replacement. I told him I would order a new one from my usual discount source immediately. He was cool with that. Pardon the pun.

We loved working with Medi! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure our new thermostat fit the wall in our kitchen by tracking down the largest plate they carried. He was very friendly and very nice to us and our over zealously friendly dog! We were very pleased with him and Air Experts!

Air Experts Heating & Cooling sent an excellent technician for our service today. Gage provided us details of all of the service he performed on our HVAC systems with pictures and notes to supplement. This certainly bridges the communication gap which can occur with such technical detail. They summarize the report complete with recommendations on any findings into a very understandable one. We look forward to our next service appointment being performed from someone as professional, caring and knowledgeable a technician like Gage.

We realized that the 2nd floor (heat pump) was not cooling the bedroom floor yesterday. We called Air Experts and Scott Aldrige was dispatched for today. Mr. Aldridge is a gentleman, a professional and clarified in laymans language what had happened to our A/C. He repaired the system sooner rather than later. We are grateful for his time and efforts in our behalf with a job well done. Scott Aldrige was the calvary today.

Air experts has been servicing my home for the last four years and I’m very pleased. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. They communicate extremely well from the time you book to the day they arrive. A few days ago my air-conditioning unit went down in the middle of the heat wave. Travis came to the house and quickly identified the problem and took care of it. I’m also on their maintenance plan and I don’t plan on changing anytime soon. I highly recommend them.

My AC unit went out and a day later they were able to get me set up with their awesome leasing program at a great price. My house is nice and cool again, which is great considering it’s the middle of August. Lee even went out of his way to make sure I got all the rebates that I could get which added up to ~$700 of cash back in my pocket. It sucked that my AC went out, but at the end of the day they made what is typically a stressful and tedious situation quick and seamless. I love Air Experts for HVAC. Recently, they launched a plumbing division. I signed up for their annual plumbing maintenance plan– it was a no-brainer. My inspection was comprehensive, including a full descaling of our tankless water heater. The tech (Mark) pointed out a couple of potential future problems which could have been a major issue if left unaddressed. Mark was professional, courteous and personable. He knew what he was doing and I'm very satisfied.

My ac quit working and found the condenser coils were completely frozen and Air Experts came out within 5 hours. The tech addressed the issue with my A/C unit within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I feel the quote was 50% higher than it should of been maybe more. Other than that it would be 5 stars.

We had Kyle Krieger come to unclog one of our drain pipes that was causing a backup of water to the main drip pan. The call center was excellent and was able to have our routine maintenance for the year at the same time. His shop vac malfunctioned but he was able to use ours and took 15% off the fee as a result which was an unexpected but very much appreciated plus. He got right to work on both our heat/AC units and advised they passed the inspection with no problems.Matt also explained that our UV lamp/ carbon filter was beyond its useful life and suggested it be replaced he explained the function of the device and that he was recommending a replacement as the current unit was over 4 years.We were very happy with Matt doing our heater inspection.

Great service and very helpful. Cost effective replacement of an A/C system that died. I contacted them Sunday, they gave me a competitive quote Monday afternoon and had the replacement complete by Tuesday afternoon. Got us back in action quickly during the hot summer. Had an issue with thermostats showing an error and they were out the same day to address the issue. Will definitely use again.

I called Air Experts to have them perform a semi-annual inspection/preventative maintenance of my 2 HVAC units. My upstairs unit is 21 years old and still limping along. The technician they sent out was very professional and very knowledgable. He identified some issues with the unit and he showed me the pictures that were taken with his iPad. I know that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I wanted to see for myself. Without hesitation he went back into the attic with me and took the appropriate panels off to show me exactly what issues that he found. The only very minor complaint is that I had to schedule the appointment a month out. No biggie!

From the first person we described our heating system issues to over the phone early this morning to our technician, Vincent, we felt so cared for! They were able to send Vincent out not long after we called and scheduled the appointment, which was amazing after only having heat off and on this frigid winter weekend. After a couple of tests, Vincent got our heat functioning and told us next steps if it fails again. We will certainly use Air Experts Heating and Air again in the future!

Had them install a mini-split system for my office. Overall the interaction from start to installation was great and was happy. The problem was after they installed it they never scheduled the city to come inspect the work and issue the permit. They initially told me the city was backed up and it would take a week or two. After three weeks I called my rep and asked what was the status. He told me he would look into it and would get a call back. Never happened. This started a cycle of reaching back out every 2 weeks with the same response and the same lack of callback. I finally checked the city permit website and found the permit was denied due to incorrect info submitted. Only after I told them about this did they get around to re-submitting, but I still never heard from them to schedule the inspection until 3 months after the install when I get an email asking if I could do the inspection the following week. I said I could not as I was out of town, but said I could do the week after. Radio silence... I sent them a follow-up every 3 weeks until earlier this week I finally got fed up and called the city myself to schedule the inspection which was passed today. It has been five months since it was installed. Really left a black mark on an otherwise positive experience.

Called 1130pm to inform the company of the lack of heat from my new unit. They called back 730am the next morning to schedule a time to fix the issue. Johnnie got here on time, and kept me informed throughout the process. In a reasonable amount of time he was able to fix the issue. He was professional, polite and competent.

I called Air Experts Heating and Cooling after I had some trouble receiving answers and call backs from the previous HVAC company I had been using. Air Experts office staff were wonderful - happy to talk with me, hear what I was looking for and worked with me on schedule some routine maintenance. They sent me reminders about my appointment and when the day arrived their mechanic called me before he arrived, just like they said he would. He was friendly (Covid note: he wore his mask the entire time just on his own - I didn't prompt him or ask or anything!) And then he was thorough, did a fine job checking things over and even completed his work faster than anticipated. And all of this was for significantly less than what I use to pay my old HVAC contractor. So I am very pleased and will definitely have them back again for my next routine maintenance and if I run into any problems I'd be happy to hire them to fix that and see how they do.- 1 year later - had Air Experts out again for a routine maintenance/servicing and they were still doing great. They gave me a two hour window and called ahead like they said they would. The tech they sent was professional, friendly and happy to explain and demonstrate some of the issues and points he was talking about. Also, on this visit there was a wear part on my unit that needed replacing (a capacitor.) I knew my unit was still under warranty as it had been replaced with a different contractor a few years ago. Their tech quickly took the information from me, verified it with the manufacturer and was able to swap the part in just a few minutes while only charging me for time and labor. Again, very happy with the service.-Still very happy with the quality and service of their work. I'm using their annual maintenance plan now and very satisfied with the cost and the services I've received.

I recently used Air Experts to troubleshoot an HVAC issue at a rental property. This is not the first time I've used them but this experience stands out. The issue was apparently somewhat transient and the root cause hard to determine. The technician, Koy, left a number for me to call after the first visit because there was no obvious reason why the system was under a pressure lockout and was working fine when he left the first visit. It worked for a few days then the same thing happened. I called the number on a Sunday night thinking it would be the office and I could leave a message, but it was his personal number, and he actually answered! This is the first time a technician has left their personal number and I think that says a lot about their dedication to the job. The next day Koy was back out (free of charge) to follow up since the issue came up again. Would recommend to others!

Michael Hatem is a class act. He delivered professional service when our heat went out, identified where wire was touching some copper and browned out. Fixed it, got us up and running. Even identified where Raleigh heating and Air had missed connecting one of our ducts - very much appreciate his attention to detail.

The Field Engineer, Thomas did a great job. Thomas was professional, courteous, and personable. The company was well represented. We are satisfied with the service contract we have. We receive a call from the office to schedule the PM visit. It’s nice not having to worry about scheduling, it’s all done for us. The pre-pay option is also convenient. In addition, having a service contract entitles the customer to some level of priority should you have a “trouble” appointment.

Had Air Experts replace both our A/C units June 2021. I'd been meaning to write a review for awhile but have been lazy. Had them out for a repair today, 6/24/2022 (one year later), performing warranty repair work on a failed fan that they tried to charge $300+ labor for. Made me grumpy enough to finally write my review.tl;dr: Would not recommendInitial install quality was poor.* One of the outdoor units was way off level* Both units did not have the blower fan speed set correctly for their tonnage (despite me asking the installer if it was all set) -- they were just left at highest blower speed level.* Upstairs unit was super loud at the return because they straight ran the flex duct into the air handler without a plenum.* Multiple leaks in air handler* No system startup information provided (temp drops? refrigerator levels? etc)Post initial installation, Air Experts did install a return plenum box, for the loudest of the returns, leveled the outdoor unit, fixed the fan speed, and addressed most air leaks, free of charge. Our bedroom return is still quite loud vs the old unit, but we've learned to live with it.Follow up to our 1 year included A/C checkup.* Condenser fan on one unit is overamping, said this will be covered under warranty* Refrigerant level on the other unit is low. Either it wasn't charged correctly, or there's a leak, neither of which speaks well of initial install quality. They fill it up and will check again next season to know if it's a leak or not.-*Tech was friendly/nice.Fan replacement day:* Tech is nice, install goes smoothly.* Asks for $300+ in labor (for 1.5 hours) to replace the fan, when it was stated by other technician as warranty coverage, no mention of a labor charge has been discussed prior, and install came with a 5 year labor warranty if I maintain the maintenance plan (which I did).* I'm assuming this is a miscommunication, but will update my review as it gets resolved.Giving two stars for now since the techs I've dealt with have been friendly, sales guy was friendly, and the initial price was decent. I've had coworkers who were happy with Air Experts. But in hindsight, I would not recommend them for a system install.

I've had intermittent problems turning on my heat for the past 6 weeks-yes during the snow and ice, and had called a couple different service companies out. The first company wanted me to buy a new unit (mine is only about 9yrs old) and then they wanted to charge me 800. to replace a board that I was able to purchase on line for 150. The second company, came out and it had happened to kick on that day after being out for about 3 snow days, said they couldn't diagnose it when it was working-that cost me 90. Then it was out again and started making a whining noise if I tried to turn it on, I was hesitant to call the other companies or anyone else, so we went without for a few weeks. My neighbor recommended air experts, so I called them and was very pleased and satisfied. They sent Curtis to work on my gas pack, he arrived quickly, was very polite and was very thourough servicing my heater.He opened it up to inspect it and make sure everything on the unit looked fine. He told me what he was doing as I watched him work, and he found there were a few wires that had come disconnected. He fixed them up and everything is now warm and toasty in the house.Thank-you! That was back in 2016-have been with air experts since, had to purchase a new unit they installed it and their service text to come out for the maintenance every six months are fantastic! Polite and friendly, and very knowledgeable and thorough

Anthony fixed the problem when my new AC didn’t work the first time after the installation while the other technician didn’t know what to do. He was very though. He not only resolved the cooling issue but also went above and beyond to test the heating function to make sure my new HVAC work properly. I strongly recommend Anthony if you need HVAC services.

These folks are amazing! We purchased our entire HVAC system from them three (3) years ago and their support has been awesome! Gabe/Tech was informative and professional. He showed me the condition of my 17 years old AC unit. Carrier Evap coil is deteriorating fast. He provided options. I Decided on Bandaid fix, Refrigerant R-410a $180 first pound and $150 for each additional pound. Plus diagnostic fee. Ultimately I’m now looking for a quote for replacement. I do wish vendor pricing was easily visible to avoid sticker shock.

Great experience with Air Experts for our semi-annual tune up! Nick arrived on time wearing a mask and shoe covers. Never entered the house without either as he worked. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained anything he noticed during our tune up. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Quenton came out the same day that I called. We were having issues with our heating not keeping up in the middle of the night with the desired temperature and we received an alert from the thermostat that there might be something wrong with the furnace. He was very professional and we also had some wonderful conversations about life! He did a great job and it didn’t feel like some stranger was in our house. He knew exactly what my heating system was and the problem he was here to repair based on notes and photos in the file that Heating Experts maintains on my system. He explained the repair and showed me the location to monitor should future problems arise. He showed me his documentation of the work he did including photos. He also provided me instructions for how to use my phone app to better control the heat parameters in my home.

Wow! Curtis was so thorough and informative. On this routine maintenance call, he found a problem and spent time not only explaining it in detail but in diagnosing it, documenting it and helping me plan for the upcoming repair of it which includes parts replacements. He contacted the main office, told them of my need and they then got to work to locate the part and the time it would take to get it. He was really courteous throughout the entire process, as well.I should note that I am a single female and have never been made to feel uncomfortable with a male technician from Air Experts entering my home and doing maintenance/repairs.

We had a good experience with the sales and installation teams when we bought an upstairs gas furnace for our house in 2019. Additionally, we had a so-so experience with the twice-a-year maintenance plan that we purchased every year since then. Some of the service techs wanted to sell us extras like a 2nd float switch on our 2019 unit. We already had a float switch with the 2019 unit - a 2nd emergency shutoff switch seemed unnecessary.The reason we’ll never use Air Experts again is that their service was absolutely awful when we needed their help the most: both of our furnaces failed. Not once, but twice in a 5 week period.On Nov 18, 2022, both our upstairs and downstairs furnaces failed. We immediately called Air Experts. It took over a week until Nov 25 before the upstairs furnace was repaired, and they wanted to schedule the downstairs unit for the following Monday. The heat was completely off in our house for a week over Thanksgiving. We had to wear jackets/fleeces/hats in the house and buy a space heater. On top of this, we had to call almost every day to get an update on what was being done to fix our furnaces. The answer was some version of “the parts guy is out” or “the parts are on order from Charlotte”. I feel the parts could get from Charlotte to Durham in less than 2 days, but it still took a week to get the furnaces fixed.Despite this experience, we continued to remain a customer, which in hindsight was a mistake. On Monday (Dec 19, 2022) the downstairs furnace failed. We immediately called Air Experts, since we were leaving town the next day to visit family AND the temperatures were predicted to be 10 degrees on Friday evening. The tech came out and wasn’t able to fix it because he needed a part. He said he would be back tomorrow. The next day, while we were traveling, I called Air Experts to find out if the furnace had been repaired and was told that the part hadn’t been ordered and the furnace wouldn’t be fixed that day. I called again later in the day to try and find out when the furnace would be fixed, since I was very concerned the low temperatures predicted for the weekend would burst our pipes. The customer service agent I spoke to could not have cared less about my situation and offered to cancel our service request as a “solution” to my problem, which I accepted.I called another local HVAC company who was able to send out a tech by Thursday (despite me not being a regular customer). The tech diagnosed and fixed the problem by Friday despite having to go out and get two different parts. In addition, he called me and let me know what was going on every step of the way since I was still out-of-town and very concerned about our pipes bursting.After buying a furnace and purchasing the service plan for over 2 years from Air Experts (totaling over $10,000), I expected better service. I even recommended them to a friend before all this happened, which I now regret.

We switched to this company after another “local” company burned us big time. Everyone that we’ve dealt with from this entity is super professional, polite and well spoken. Most importantly they’ve been honest and direct. We keep them on for our biannual maintenance and anything else we need.

Air Experts did a great job installing a new HVAC unit in my home. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were attentive and took their time when answering all of my questions, even if I had to ask some questions more than once. I genuinely appreciate their guidance and patience.

They were able to send someone same day for an urgent issue. Shane was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed my issue within 45 minutes and all for less than a hundred bucks including the trip. Great service as always from Air Experts! We had an intermittent whistling noise coming out of one vent that Lee Day was able to decipher from an audio recording, but only because of his extensive experience. I had used the online chat and sent an email the previous evening and got a scheduling call first thin the next morning. We've been using Air Experts for 10 years now and have always had excellent service.

From the day they came out to assess my need to the install and then the preventive maintenance after, they have been every part of prompt, kind, and professional. And when I say prompt I mean prompt. If the appointment is at 8am....the door bell rang at 8am sharp. Customer service has been on point and I can’t say anything bad. Highly recommend them.*****Follow up: 4 years later. AC unit would not come on. They came out. Went through the whole system. Thermostat showing errors that were not even showing up in any data base. Shawn did a very thorough assessment to find a communication contact wire that to the eye looks good and connected but he found it was not connected enough to get the system to start. Amazing find. He tightened it up and system is working fine. Very excellent work!!!

I had to call for service because my house has been becoming increasingly dusty. It had been a year since instalation. I was told that the company would come out on a regular basis for filer change and maintenance. The technician that came out today was wonderful.

Terry arrived at our home and completed our spring maintenance. He took the time to make sure that everything was running properly and checked everything thoroughly. When something was off and making an odd noise, he made sure to investigate. He answered all of my questions and made sure that our wiring was correct. He noticed that our system was trying to use heat instead of cooling on the second stage of our two stage cooling? Potentially a wire that was loose? Whatever the problem was, Terry took care of it. Our pup loved how kind he was too. :) Was very thorough and professional.

Mark Crowder was excellent and friendly. The estimate he gave us was HALF what the first plumber estimated.ILuis and Jebb were very friendly and nice and knew exactly what to do and did it very quickly and expertly. They said they had done a lot of Apollo system water heaters. They even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company. (Don't use ARS/rescue rooter. The guy who gives you the estimate gets 25% of whatever the bill is. It came out to twice as much as what Air Experts quoted. Don't get ripped off!)

Our AC was hardly working, and we called Air Experts. I was expecting that it was going to take days or even weeks for someone to come out. Amazingly they sent Vincent out in just a few hours that day! He was very knowledgeable and personable! We unfortunately have to replace the units, but they offer a plan, which means we could pay over time. Craig Sopo, a Comfort Advisor came out that evening and he was Great! Within about an hour he setup the install and financing. Overall I'm very impressed and would highly recommend Air Experts for any HVAC needs!!

We have no complaints whatever re the two service personnel sent to remedy a significant problem. The contrast between Air Experts and the former provider was stark. Daniel and Jayden (sp?) installed our upstairs system after our old system of 22+ years finally bit the dust. Working in ungodly heat (102 outside with much higher heat index), these two remained professional and courteous. Unfortunately, it took more than one day to complete the work due to a soldering challenge and lack of available resources (oxygen for the soldering torch) on the first day. Both were back early the next morning to complete the job.The service from the two gentlemen was 5-star without a doubt. My house is once against comfortable where I can get some sleep! However, because of the extra day, I'm rating the overall as a 4-star experience. With that in mind, I heard Daniel tell Jayden that their truck inventory is to be adjusted accordingly for future appointments, so they're already making amends for this issue. I will definitely use Air Experts going forward!

We recently called in Air Experts & Raleigh Heating and Air to fix a problem we were having with our condensation line freezing outside. It was a reoccurring problem we had been having or the past 16 years which only occurred when the outside temperature fell below 20 degrees.The technician who came out permantly fixed the problem with a brilliantly simple solution that previous service technicians had missed. His solution made it so that line can never freeze again.The high level of professionalism and knowledge of the technician was clear. It was the same level of quality I found with the other Air Experts technicians we have had out over the past month or so to work on other issues including converting our furnace to Natural Gas and replacing our water heater. You can see the level of quality in the work they do.They have all been quite pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions and increased my knowledge about how gas systems work.I highly recommend Air Experts & Raleigh Heating and Air.

Nick Howard arrived with a smile and immediately went to work--upstairs, downstairs and outdoors where he caught the culprit. It was just an inquisitive garden lizard who got fried and turned off the whole mechanism! To make sure Nick double checked the attic, poured a few gallons of water into the pipe, and declared the machinery sound . Nevertheless, he stayed on site in his truck (with AC!) while he did his paperwork. I was so grateful the company answered my distress call on a Sunday, and even more so to have met Howard.

UPDATE: Today, at our first scheduled preventative maintenance, Technician Austin Summerlin performed a thorough inspection of our gas pack’s A/C system and answered all my questions. Impressed again by my new company, I also signed a yearly plumbing contract today due to the efficiency and thoroughness that I’ve seen.***** [Again]My previous HVAC provider just merged with Air Experts this month, and I knew nothing about the company. I called today, when both of my carbon monoxide alarms went on the blink. Customer service representative, Carlyle, quickly confirmed a technician to set up an appointment for later this afternoon.Senior technician, Koy Bancroft, arrived as promised after the phone call and text message to provide his name and photo. Bancroft arrived, wearing a mask, and covered his work shoes immediately with booties before heading inside to inspect the carbon monoxide alarms. He found permanent batteries, but discovered replaceable alkaline batteries, which we replaced.With that initial problem solved, Bancroft explained to us that a maintenance contract would be honored and then proceeded to conduct a preventative maintenance more thorough than all our previous experience from the programmable thermostat in the house to the ductwork in the crawl space and all the electrical readings, pressures and temperatures of the gas-pack itself, as explanations were provided and our questions were answered!Professional, courteous and friendly, Koy Bancroft impressed us and gave us the impression that Air Experts would provide great service in the months and years ahead to maintain our loyalty.

I called Air experts to verify a previous inspection from ARS who told me that the heat exchange on my 10 year old unit was compromised and the unit needed to be repaired at a cost of at least $3000 or per recommendation replaced at a cost of several thousand dollars. Preston arrived on time and very quickly saw that ARS was scamming me not only was my heat exchange not compromised it it fact looks new. So this visit save me several thousand in unnecessary repair or replacement cost DO NOT use ARS they are scamming people . Preston took pictures and documented the job and was very helpful and knowledgeable I highly recommend them and will do everything in my power to expose ARS ..it wasn't just a rogue technician in his write up he reported that he coordinated with manager and supervisor so they can't use the technician as a scape goat

They came and replaced my A/C and Heating system. They installed the unitBut did not have the emergency heating element. The gentleman said they would be back to install the part in a couple weeks. They never came back or called. I have reached out multiple times and be response. Also they have never scheduled the inspection that is required by the state. Poor service when you pay $9,000. Would not use them or recommend there services to anyone.

Our newish, still under warranty HVAC system lost some coolant. Nick called me at 7:30 am to say he would arrive at 8:00 and he was right on time. He was friendly and very systematic in checking over the system and testing. He quickly found the leak and diagnosed a fix. He was also very clear about explaining what happened. He was excellent.I will say that my Father was a first generation HVAC repair guy (starting when he got out of the Navy in 1961 and worked up through the late 1980s). Had a unit installed by them last year. We way over paid and when we went to sell the house a bunch of their work showed up on the buyers inspection (not in a good way). They also promised new smart thermostats and we never received.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. After they installed my new system, they never scheduled an inspection. After months of multiple calls they finally scheduled it and it failed inspection. I called multiple times trying to get them to come back out and fix it. The new unit is also extremely loud compared to my old one. When they finally came, the repairman complained about the inspector being too picky and told me they were supposed to make noise. I've called them multiple times to have them schedule for the inspector to come back out, which still has not happened nearly 8 months after installation. Every time I call they tell me the person who schedules inspections is on leave. Now the brand new AC is not working. They had me pay $550 for a part that wasn't covered by the warranty, and they've now come out an additional 3 times and it's still not working. I wish I had never replaced my unit and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the best experience. The interaction from the initial call to completion of the job was amazing. Mr. Lee Day was simply the best. He was very professional at his arrival and after explaining what the problem was, he checked out everything and my unit is running like a charm. Will continue to business with company again….I particularly like to use their specials when available…you can save money with these specials.

I recently had Air Experts replace 2 of my three HVAC units, and we're very happy with the new systems. Installation was terrific, and I worked with Patrick Mellonas (their sales rep). Today, we had our hot water heater flushed, and Ramal also replaced our anode rode, which was cheaper than it would have been since he was already out here, and I purchased the plumbing annual maintenance package.

We had Air Experts install a new HVAC for the main floor of our home. They were professional, quick and responsive. This evening our unit wasn't heating so I called out of hours. Within less than an hour a technician was at the house. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite.

Absolutely incredible service! I called at 5am on a Sunday and a person actually answered the phone, took my information, and Monday morning I had a repairman at my house. I have never had such an experienced repairman. He had looked up my system before he got there and knew things I didn’t know. The previous owner had a warranty. He was able to transfer the warranty into my name. He found filters I never knew existed. He was very thorough, not in a hurry, showed me everything he did on his phone video. Very impressed with this company and especially the repairman.

Let me start my stating that I am not easy to please, especially when I spend money. But despite that, I can report sincerely that Air Experts has delivered from beginning to end. I'm on their East Comfort program, and while I was initially intimidated by the length of the contract and the monthly fee, with each passing week I find myself more and more impressed. In addition to providing me with a year's worth of filters (to be resupplied next year), they came out to my place to make a slight adjustment (requested by me) at no charge. Suffice it to say, the benefits of the contract keep proving themselves. In fact, they've proved themselves enough that I'm leaving this review with my full endorsement of Air Experts, 👍.

I purchased a system from Air Experts and had a great experience. My salesman was Patrick and he is a smart and thorough guy. My install guy was Willy and he was extremely good! I got my first power bill after changing systems and my cost has gone way down for electricity. The financing they do may not be a good fit for everyone, but in my case it was a life saver. Feeling great about my decision to go with this company for my new AC!

Travis Colvard was professional and took pride in the work he was doing. He explained the various problems that could be causing the problems with my bathroom sink. He replaced the sink, faucets, pipes, and cleared the drain. He did a great job!

Quenton was easy to talk to, and helpful in ensuring our unit was running at peak performance. He also offered tips for long term maintenance and care. Excellent communication and customer support.

Marcus quickly repaired and did the maintenance on our units. He was prompt and courteous and answered all my questions with a great deal of patience.

We’ve used Air Experts for years now from needing yearly maintenance, repairs and when we needed new units installed. We’ve been very satisfied with their service. I just had Gabe inspect our AC that wasn’t working and he was very knowledgeable, genial and made a great money-saving recommendation to install an attic door insulation tent. Although, we ended up needing a new AC, we met with Roger the very next day and we will be having a new system installed on Monday. Very quick turnaround. I feel this is a very reliable and honest company to do business with and recommend you give them a try.

We have been using Air Experts for over 20 years. They are our go to company for HVAC issues. We recently had to replace our system and we had one issue and they were out almost immediately to get it resolved. They are very helpful and just a great group of people, very caring.

Vincent came before his scheduled time, dressed professionally, wore coverings for his shoes while inside, did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system, and provided an estimate to the work that needed to be done to have efficiency and comfort after the repair. He never once tried to sell a service we didn't need (other companies have tried to get us to buy thousands of dollars of not-needed materials and installs). We have already scheduled the repair and requested that Vincent come back and provide the service.

We received timely text with name and picture of the technician who be performing the service (Brandon), and then he called letting us know he was on his way and an ETA. He was very courteous and professional. Performed the work quickly and cleaned up after. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Landscapers hit our unit with the weed wacker -knocking it off line. Air Experts came out and repaired it the same day we called them.Then sales rep, Hans, came out the very next day and gave my husband a comprehensive estimate on a new system (ours is 38 years old!)Hans and team were very professional and knowledgeable. Our technician, Eric, was prompt, friendly and professional. He wore a mask and maintained social distance at all times. He was cordial with our one over-friendly dog, and patient with our one not-so-friendly dog! He also went above and beyond in pointing out a bathroom vent pipe that needed repair, which would have been hard for me to see otherwise, due to it’s location. I was very pleased with Eric’s work today but I have been pleased with every technician Air Experts has ever sent to my house over the years - and I’ve been a customer since @ 2006.

I bought this house when my grandmother died right at the start of my 30s. She used services I hadn’t bothered with at my previous home, and as we were leaving anyway, we noted the HVAC at ours was going bad or near the end of its life during the summer. It got to 95F inside. So on the belief my Grandma had her business together better than someone with ADHD enforcing deadline panic cycles as a way of success, I kept some of the services she used. Heating and Air was one of them.It’s also the best of them. I have felt so much better about the state of my HVAC - such an expensive but necessary thing - when the professionals look at it. They also remember the filters. I never remember the filters. I never remember those kinds of things at all. So when they call, I am grateful. This is something I’ve completely left up to a company whose job it is to make money for a service, and they have managed to do it with fairness, taking the task seriously, and one or two has remembered my grandma (which means quite a bit). I have a daughter and had four cats, which meant exponentially more dander and hair clogging everything. I was also extremely tough on the HVAC this summer while getting better from COVID (took ten months to do), keeping the house a crisp 65F. Yes that bill sucked. Everything still runs so well I almost can’t believe it.I have also personally avoided the techs - not because I don’t trust them but because I fear illness on top of more illness - but when I was the one who handled it, they always explained things I didn’t understand or know and did it without being condescending. And I will sometimes just stand there and ask things about the field as a whole. No one was ever rude about that even though it was random on my end. Translating technical data to laymen is something I also do for a living, and I know that teaching complex topics without sounding rude is tough sometimes. So I doubly appreciate their ability to do this across every tech I’ve met.And especially post COVID, my memory is bad. I forget things as I’m actively saying them. Being able to rely on their scheduling is a life saver for me. I don’t know that they know how much I appreciate them or rely on them. But I do.Literally every person who’s come by has been efficient, knowledgeable, communicative, and respectful of my home (and my very loud and social child). I have absolutely zero complaints about the niceness side of things or the expertise side of things. They clearly hire excellent candidates.Use them. You won’t regret it.

Had a brand new unit installed 2.5 years ago. The unit has had issues and needed service every ~6-8 months since installation. Each time the repairs have become more and more expensive, while the HVAC unit is still under parts warranty, and the issues have been caused by broken parts.My latest poor experience has been after talking with representatives of the company multiple times, and each time being told that they will pass messages along to their supervisor/manager, and I will receive a follow up call from a manager. I have not received follow ups from the company any of these times

He was very knowledgeable and answered all of of my questions and took the time to explain how my new thermostat worked as well as the work that needed to be done and parts that needed to be replaced. Air Experts Heating & Cooling is a top-notch service provider. Vincent Trent diagnosed the problem with our home heating system and even identified that the system was under warranty. He reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement part and then came back and installed it. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend them.

Nick Howard was was my specialist and he was great. He was great about communicating before he arrived, he was affable and courteous, and he was thorough in his inspection.

Daniel did an excellent job today servicing two heat pumps. He checked everything carefully. He found loose bolts holding the fan on one outside unit and avoided a costly repair if it had come loose and fallen inside. Very pleased overall with his work

Also thanks to Marianne at the company for helping schedule via text as I can’t do phone calls during the day due to my job. Air Experts is a terrible company do not use their services. They will lie to you in order to get you to buy products or services then continue to tell more lies when you ask about it. They are overpriced and you can call literally any other company and get a better deal without the lies and fake sales persons that don’t even know what they are talking about trying sell you on something you don’t need or should not get involved with. When I called the office they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Then entire time I was on the phone they were constantly trying to get me to end the call saying “I will send you the documents to review after we hang up” then did not send the documents. Very unprofessional in every aspect of business and dealing with customers. Not sure how they even have a business at this point. If you want to avoid headache use any other company than these guys.

Just had a full HVAC system installed and everyone I interacted with had a great attitude and we pleasant to work with. The tricky thing with this company is the quoting/estimate process is very light on specifics in writing and I needed to push to even get model numbers for what systems my money would be buying. All other companies I got estimates from gave clear system specs.They offer a leasing plan and gave me a lease price and a buy price implying you get the same system, but on installation I found out that an in system air filter was not included since I didn't go with the lease.I reiterate, they did a great job, and everyone was easy to work with, just make sure you push for specifics if you contact them for a new system.

New HVAC was installed in 2014 by Air Experts and they have provided maintenance ever since. Thomas and Mark have been the main technicians and always provides clear information on what they are doing/planning to do. I'm very happy with Air Experts and would definitely recommend them.However, I've had more repairs than expected over the past 2 years and will address this with the company regarding my particular unit especially after researching reviews and seeing common issues.Concerns addressed with the company but no real resolution. Mark did affirm that the unit that I have is one of the ones he found with the least repair issues so hoping that remains to be the case. I will say that my unit is running smoother after having a part replaced so I will continue with my annual service plan going forward. Again, technicians are very knowledgeable and Mark has become my preferred go to guy.

Quentin Jones is very knowledgeable. He changed filter, and check the air conditioning. Very thorough job. We highly recommend him. Explained things to us that we did not know.

Gabe Smith came out today after a different technician misdiagnosed why my air wasn’t working. I had been without air for the last few days of temperatures in the 80’s. He was very methodical and figured out that there was a short in my system. He did an excellent job and I am so appreciative!

The Air Experts tech arrived on time, with a courtesy call when he was on his way. Pleasant and professional and explained what he had done.

This is the second time Torrie has come out to work on our geothermal heat pump and both times he fixed our problems in minutes. He is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was an earlier service time available and the company called to offer the time slot to us. They called me to give me an estimated time of the technician’s arrival. The technician came at the given time and went through the maintenance service. He explained everything he did and mentioned other services that were available if we needed them. He was friendly, efficient and did what he needed to do. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to sit around and waited all day for the service to be done!

Mark was fabulous. Not only did he get our AC up and running, he was able to point our a few things that might help me troubleshoot the issue in the future. He was very informative, explaining how things work, more than any other tech we've had out. Mark was professional and efficient. We will be using your service in the future.

We made our next appointment and requested Mark. He had someone else along whom he was training. What a great trainer he must be. Give Mark a raise! Employees like him are hard to come by.

Marcus performed the heating PM on two systems. He did a very thhorough job and explained items they would watch on our older unit. He was very professional and respectful of our space. Would be happy for him to return.

I was dreading making any phone calls to replace our HVAC system. We had Justin, the sales rep, come to our property to give a thorough estimate. When I tell you this man knows his stuff, please believe me!He was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was honest and fair when it came to telling us the issues and gave us a couple of options. We were hesitant before he came because we've had awful experiences in the past with previous companies but Justin put our minds at ease.He not only helped with issues we knew we had but issues we had no idea about because we had just purchased the property. He informed us that the previous installer hadn't even hooked the ducts up in one of the rooms and that air was just being blown into the open crawl space.He also gave some friendly advice on other issues that had come up in conversation about plumbing and landscaping that was much appreciated.We decided on an option that best fit our needs that included an entire new system. Robert Allen did a diagnostic on my HVAC. He explained to me in layman’s terms what was wrong with my unit and gave me several options to find a solution. Although Air Experts is pricey (I was charged for both promo Service Call and diagnostic service,) Robert was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his diagnostics.

I’ve always been happy with my service at Raleigh Heating and Air, and today Torrie did not disappoint! He listened closely to all my concerns and thoroughly checked every aspect of the HVAC unit for the cause. I liked that he took the time to explain his professional options and findings as he investigated. I didn’t feel confused or unsure about anything when shutting the door behind him, which is always greatly appreciated.

Nick provided great service during our maintenance visit. He found a cracked heating exchange and unacceptable carbon monoxide levels so he took steps to make sure our home was safe for the immediate future and helped get us set up to replace our HVAC system ASAP.

Have a Comfort Club membership, and when I called today at about 11:30am because my unit was making some very strange noises, they said We have a technician available between 12 and 2pm. Now that's service! Technician was professional and courteous, and we figured out the problem. As I was also due for maintenance (scheduled for next month), he took care of that as well and there was no charge for the visit. Very satisfied!

This company was quick to get me on the schedule--same day service! The appointment schedulers were nice and pleasant to talk with. Shawn was very professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions with knowledgeable information. He gave helpful recommendations. I am very pleased with the results.

Johnny from Air Experts serviced our house today. He was considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. We bought our house recently and we already knew there were certain items that needed to be repaired (inspector told us) like one of the ducts under the house having water in it. Johnny looked over the ducting system under the house and promptly got me a quote for the repair (to be scheduled at a later time). He also inspected and cleaned the air conditioning units outside and inside. He explained the maintenance program at Air Experts and I decided it was a good idea considering my new, old house (30 years old) has some issues that were not addressed by the previous owners. I told him about my concern for mold considering the water in the air duct and smells in the house upstairs (old pet pee smell) and he suggested an air purifier system (ionizer). He wasn't pushy or selling me anything, he just gave an honest opinion on the matter and an option to the think about. I do plan on researching options for the future, including the information they will send me. I have to thank Johnny for putting up with my millions of questions and taking his time to look at everything. I am glad that I went with Air Experts and big thumbs up to Johnny for a thorough job.

Chris Robinson is excellent. Very positive, competent in his skill, and relates very well with us as customers. One other thing, we are most impressed with Air Experts' response to our need for furnace repair on this the day before Thanksgiving. Vicky promised that we would be seen today because our furnace was not functioning. Following our 8:00 AM call to Air Experts, Chris Robinson arrived at our home at 10:00 AM. Our furnace was repaired by 1:00 PM. Our cost reflected an agreement that we made with the previous heating & air service. Most impressive indeed. Thank you Air Experts. Tim & Michelle Thomas

Came home from vacation to a hot house due to a blown capacitor. Called Air Experts after hours and they were there the next day for the repair. Excellent responsiveness. Not only did Bill diagnose the repair, but he took the extra time to find the root cause and install a preventative fix. I am extremely satisfied and glad I switched to them several years ago. I Highly recommend these guys.

10/14/22.. forgot to schedule my spring tuneup. Ashley followed up and Grayson was out today. He was young, just finished high school but still did a great job just like others. It was good knowing that Air Experts is helping to give someone the opportunity to get experience. He gave my equipment a thorough inspection and cleaning that reinforces my belief in this company and their employees.5/1/19.. Tony called the morning of to give me an estimated arrival time. He was punctual and respectful of my home by putting on booties on his shoes. Then he discussed his findings of my spring tune up before his departure. Being on-time for appointments is very important and valued.

Matt Sabol and Air Experts were great to work with today! Matt was super knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything about my system. I would highly recommend to anyone Air Experts and their monthly service plan. HVAC systems can run along time if they are properly maintained and having it done twice a year under the monthly plan is really helpful to identify any issues before they get expensive. I'm not at all paid by Air Experts - I'm just a happy homeowner customer and commercial General Contractor that knows good service when I see it. Thanks guys!

First time I ever signed up for scheduled HVAC preventative maintenance. Scheduling and communications were excellent. The technician, Nicolas Perry, was on time, very professional, great communicator, and very friendly. Nick inspected our systems, explained the work he had done, and suggested a couple of minor upgrades to insure proper function of the system. If I had a business, Nick is the type of person I’d want on my team.
