Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Lewis came out to give me a quote. After measuring and discussing with Jayk, they gave me a better course of action on my own that would cost less than what they could do. This is refreshing to find someone this honest and helpful! Lewis even came in and took a look at something else unrelated and gave me a suggestion. Lewis was prompt and courteous and super nice and helpful. This goes a long way with me, and I will be keeping their number avail for myself and to pass along to others.

We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

I'd like to update that the escalation team has worked with me on the problems I had and I am very happy with the way it worked out.They lied to me about having installed a new water heater for over a year so when I got home from being out of town there was no hot water. Then when they did install the new one, they didn't do it right so I came home from being out of town and there was no hot water for a second time Then they shut the gas off and didn't bother to tell me so this is the third time that I came home to no hot water. They are a horrible and unprofessional company that deserves to have their license revoked. They want to charge me almost $4,000 for a water heater that doesn't even work. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I have been a Weathermaster customer now for about five years.Everyone there is quite helpful, knowledgeable in all facets of service including plumbing, Ac and heat.Today I had the pleasure of working with Andy who really knew hisstuff in regard to my aging duct work, and heating system.He was thorough and spent a great deal of time in adjusting all the heating equipment and making sure all worked right for the winter ahead.I would recommend anyone who is in need of yearly service or a fine tune up now and then for all electrical, plumbing and heating, ac applications.Great company great people, great service

Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. Cape Fear heating and air installed a new heat pump for us. It was completed in less than a day. Kenny, Joe, and Austin were extremely professional and we are very satisfied with our new heat pump. Highly recommend them for anyone in the Raleigh area.

Very pleased with the professional service that I received from Chris. My shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I finally got it to turn off myself. I researched on line to fix the problem myself. I couldn't pull off the temperature cover. I was afraid that it would break so I called for help. Chris repaired my shower faucet in a better condition than when it was new. It now turns like butter.Thank you Chris and thank you Michael and Son.
