She was able to find a technician to come that evening. Kenneth arrived shortly after 6. He was friendly and polite. He evaluated the the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. This was my first experience with the company and would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

The Raleigh Water Heater Guys were very responsive, helpful and affordable when our water heater sprung a leak. We got quotes from several other companies that all tried to sell us on higher cost options. Michael took the time to talk through our water usage and recommend what he thought we actually needed, which ended up being a much lower cost option than what the others were pushing. I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

We recently moved into our house and inherited an issue with a pipe. We called, and Austin was at our house within a couple hours. He was very helpful and spent extra time explaining our issue to me. He was very thorough inspecting every potential issue until he found the problem. He helped us decide how to handle it, and was very professional throughout the inspection. When the school I work for had a plumbing disaster last week, I read Bizzy Bee's terrific reviews and was confident that THIS was the company to help us out in our hour of need -- and boy was I ever right in that assessment! Andrea in the office was awesome and worked out a way that one of their top guys, Daniel, could get over to us quickly to resolve our problem--which is VERY important when you are a school and the safety and welfare of students and faculty alike are paramount concerns. Notwithstanding the somewhat disgusting and difficult nature of what had to be done to clean out our blocked pipes, Daniel brought his great work ethic and terrific sense of humor to the whole event, which actually made it weirdly fun in the end. Our principal was blown away when Daniel presented him with some natural honey at the conclusion of the job. You'd never have guessed that was possible, but it was. Thank you Andrea and Daniel!
