Quickly installed a new water heater. After realizing mine was broken, a new one was installed with 24 hours.

everytime i've ever had to call these guys they are fast and efficient to come out and help me. they are fairly priced and do a great job. total professionals, they're the only plumbers i use!

We just built a new home and found that a sump needed to be installed in the basement so we could finish it. After contacting the builder's recommended plumbing companies and seeing their inflated prices, poor customer service, and delayed response times, we gave Bizzy Bee a call after finding them on the web. This was the best decision we could make.

We spoke with Robert on the phone who was friendly, courteous, and understood exactly what we were looking for - Mike was at our house later that day to provide an estimate. He clearly explained everything entailed in the job, what kind of parts that would be installed, their respective warranties, and most importantly, a price that was half of the competition. The next day Mike was back and installed the pump quickly, keeping us posted of every step along the way. At the end he reviewed all the work that was completed, and provided us with all of the manuals and warranties for the pump. I would have easily paid more just for the customer service and craftsmanship provided, but don't tell them that :)

If you are looking plumbing work, don't look any further. You will be amazed by the professionalism and attention to detail Bizzy Bee provides. Even our 1 year inspection yielded a glowing response from the inspector on how well of a job Bizzy Bee did compared to the original builder's plumbing work - that is saying a lot! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I LOVE this company! When the school I work for had a plumbing disaster last week, I read Bizzy Bee's terrific reviews and was confident that THIS was the company to help us out in our hour of need -- and boy was I ever right in that assessment! Andrea in the office was awesome and worked out a way that one of their top guys, Daniel, could get over to us quickly to resolve our problem--which is VERY important when you are a school and the safety and welfare of students and faculty alike are paramount concerns. Notwithstanding the somewhat disgusting and difficult nature of what had to be done to clean out our blocked pipes, Daniel brought his great work ethic and terrific sense of humor to the whole event, which actually made it weirdly fun in the end. Our principal was blown away when Daniel presented him with some natural honey at the conclusion of the job. You'd never have guessed that was possible, but it was. Thank you Andrea and Daniel! Bizzy Bee has become our plumber of choice for all our future plumbing needs!!!

Mike showed up early, a first for me for a plumbing service. He was very polite and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Great knowledgable people with friendly service.

Very responsive when I e-mailed one evening for help. Called the next morning and scheduled appt for that afternoon! Men were very professional and knew what they were doing. Solved the issue right away.

If you don't mind paying $250.00/hr for a plumber, they do a great job. They can't tell you the rate until they get there. If I knew the rate, I would've called someone else. Again, the work was fine, but the price was ridiculous.

Had company come out to snake a clean out at apartment complex. They were very thorough and very reasonably priced.

The technician came out promptly, and methodically dismantled our water heater until he discovered the problem. He called the manufacturer and determined that the issue was covered under warranty. Only down side is that warranty does not cover labor. But, he was very professional about how he told us.

I called and they came the same day. A part had to be ordered, but when it came he put it in I paid and that was that. So easy. I will definitely use them again.

Seth was punctual and cordial. He examined nearly every aspect of my home's plumbing to determine whether there was a problem. He also took the time to locate all of the PRVs for the units in the townhouse community where I live and ensure mine was in decent shape. I'd definitely use Bizzy Bee again.

They replaced my badly leaking hot water heater on the Saturday morning that I called them (shutoff valve failed so it was an emergency) for several hundred dollars less than a competitor. I'm very impressed by their service.
