Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink. We have used RWHG two times, once for our water heater and another time for a toilet. Both times they showed up when they said and did quality work.

The Raleigh Water Heater Guys were very responsive, helpful and affordable when our water heater sprung a leak. We got quotes from several other companies that all tried to sell us on higher cost options. Michael took the time to talk through our water usage and recommend what he thought we actually needed, which ended up being a much lower cost option than what the others were pushing. I can’t recommend the Raleigh Water Heater Guys enough if you are in need of water heater repair or replacement!

Michael Carbon is an absolute pleasure to work with guy. He did his job patiently, diligently , professionally and as promised on time and with high quality.
I had my old water heater leaking and called Michael on 07/27 , he came within an hours time , diagnosed the defect, offered me a reasonable estimate for the tankless heater of my choice , ordered it on Amazon and visited my house on 08/01 as soon as he got the delivery and fixed it to my satisfaction up & running.
I would recommend Michael to anyone who needs to replace / install new tankless water heater.

Mike was incredible! He came out on a Sunday to repair my leaking pipe and saved me from having to pay extra and use a big brand plumbing company which was going to charge over $200 more just for the visit alone. He even went to the store to purchase the equipment needed for the repair without an up charge. I have used a few plumbers in the past but will go to Mike for all my future needs. I have recommended Mike to all of my friends and colleagues.

Such a friendly, HONEST person. A big corporate plumping company came out and told us we needed an $800 repair STAT. Mike came out and could have easily said yea you need that repair but I can do it for $650 (or something) and pocketed the cash. But instead he said, “no. You do not need that repair.” And he didn’t even charge us for the visit. We immediately made him our regular plumber and had him detect leaks, fix our toilet in one bathroom, and install a new toilet in another. No issues afterwards. They don’t make ‘em like him anymore. A lot of home repair companies will try to lie to trusting customers Bc they think they can get away with it. It’s so hard to find honest, genuine help. Mikes your guy for sure!

Apollo waterheater install. Michael is licensed and has over 10 years of plumbing experience working with well known plumbing companies and now has his own company. He provided next day service, was on time, provided quality work, cleaned up, and all at fair price. DO NOT let the lack of google and yelp reviews deter you. People have been leaving reviews on Thumbtack if you want more great reviews. I will definitely be using him again!

This is a great Company to work with. Mike helped bring my water heater up to code after the previous owner's handyman made a mess of it. I've since had Mike do several other projects like spigots, faucets, and gas lines (they can do it all!). The team is available on short notice, fairly priced, professional, and very helpful and happy to walk through any issues over the phone.

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again.
