Nick Blanton did several leak repairs and cleaned some clogs. He replaced our hot water heater after finding a bottom leaking problem that we did not know about. He replaced our sink that disinter-grated while repairing due to old age. Replaced our toilet as we wanted the sink and toilet to match and it was old, too. He was awesome, courteous, on time, worked hard all day long and cleaned up his work areas very well. We enjoyed having Nick in our home. He made sure we were pleased with his work and told us to call if we had any problem at all. Nick was a blessing and we ask blessings rest upon him as he continues his great work in Jesus Name.
The professionalism and courtesy that we received from just getting an estimate...exceeded our expectations. We look forward to having O'shea back when we are actually scheduled for our electrical services. We had an amazing experience with Blanton's. Jon Hall was our Comfort Consultant and went through the whole process of options and financing for a new HVAC unit. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the team of Jeremy Paul & Tyler Edwards who installed the system for us. The level of technical proficiency was so impressive. They had the old system out and the new one installed and fully operational in 4 hours! That right there is Team Work!! I appreciate the pictures of what is going right, and what needs maintenance. Also loved the price break down from least to most expensive.
We had a bathtub drain cleared. Alex was fantastic, as are all of their technicians! Very courteous and professional. The price with Blanton's is always too high, though.
Blanton Plumbing was an excellent choice for our home project! They were here early daily and worked hard keeping my partner and I abreast of the project from behinning to end. They came with plans and Justin and Nick were able to tell us what goals they had for each day. My partner was so impressed during the interviewing he had actual hired them before I got home!! Mike gave them problems we had with the kitchen sink and it was resolved in less than 30 seconds. Then he told Nick about the toilets running and he fixed that too. We are very pleased with their service and look forward to working with Blantons.!!!! Our pipes are beautifully done and working Great! We highly recommend them. Great work guys!!!!

My technician, Andrew, was extremely helpful and courteous. He took the time to explain how my hvac system was operating, what my options were, and a plan for long term care of the system. He answered all of my questions, and he went above and beyond and secured a dryer vent that had come loose to prevent debris from being trapped in the duct. He provided exceptional customer service, and I would highly recommend requesting him as a technician if you utilize Blanton. 10 stars for Andrew! I wish everyone who came to the house was like him!

The Blanton team was very professional. Each time they came out they called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They also send you text updates including a picture so you can see who will be arriving at your home. Even though needing to replace my HVAC system was not ideal the Blanton crew made the situation less painful. Alex the technician was kind and knowledgeable. Such a great experience! Daniel was very professional and great to talk to. He didn’t just tell me what was wrong but showed me and explained things in such an easy to understand way. Went as far to explain how his tools work so I knew what he was checking for. Explained pricing and offered to come back if needed. He is probably the best repair man not only him but the company as well, called 4 other companies with no one answering until Blanton’s picked up, within 10 minutes of explaining what was going on they had an appointment for the next day! Great company and with all they offer if anything else needs to be fixed I will call them first

Had a great experience with Blantons for repair of leaking water from my washer drain. Cody the dispatcher was very polite and updated me every step of the way. The plumber Justin came out and was very nice, knowledged and professional. Found the source of the leak and did a free inspection of the entire plumbing system to be safe. Also did a thorough job cleaning up before he left. Will definitely go with Blantons for any future plumbing needs.

We had a whole unit replaced. Jeremy P. Was excellent and made sure the job was done right. It took a month to get the replacement parts to fix the damaged panels on the exterior but Blanton’s stood behind their work and made sure that the unit was nearly perfect.

Ty was professional and courteous when he arrived. He wore all the appropriate protective gear to keep my 88 year old grandmother safe and listened attentively while I explained the situation with our baseboard heat. Not only did he fix the issue, he also re-mounted the heater to the wall.

I recently had a service call for a leaky pipe so I called Blantons. With a minor hiccup with regards to scheduling, they sent Chris out. Despite the miscommunication with scheduling (which Blantons corrected quickly and fairly), the whole process was very smooth. Chris was incredibly polite and professional, and furthermore, very intelligent and helpful. He answered all my questions, made recommendations, and even offered pleasant conversation as he worked. Chris was fantastic and I will definitely call him and Blantons for future plumbing concerns. Absolutely, would recommend he and Blantons to anyone.

Nick did a great job fixing our major leak. He was very kind and very thorough. He was respectful and wore boot covers in the house. He checked through everything to be sure it was all working correctly and fixed the things that weren't working properly. He was able to fix our problem the same day as diagnosing it. He also gave some great advice to help us with our water bill this month. The only note I have is: be prepared to reclean/sanitize behind him if your a little more particular like me. He cleaned up, but not the way I did later. I would suggest adding a sanitizer or microbio spray/ wipe down to the end of each job. Still, I would definitely use this plumber/company again!**Update: Just got a message offering to send someone to come back to clean. This company clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks y'all! 😊

Dustin Bracken was the technician who helped diagnose the issue with the old water heater, helped to return the old water heater for the warranty replacement new water heater, pick up the new water heater, and install the new water heater. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use Dustin again.

First, let me add that I have zero clue what I’m talking about plumbing wise. I want to give them the best review, but I’m sure I won’t do them justice!We had some plumbing/leak issues and Dustin and Brad came out for the first time on the 2/24, they were very nice, informative, and professional. They were unable to find the leaky culprit right away, so they had to return after the restoration company came, at that point they found the problem and fixed it quickly! This was our first experience with Blanton's. Andrew was knowledgable, professional and through. Each step of the way he ensured the safety and proper operation of our unit. Yes, company policy is to provide you every possible option and any available upgrades but Andrew was in no way pushy or disrespectful. Back story…I had one of Blanton’s air, plumbing and electrical technicians come out put up a light fixture . Within 5 months, the light fixture was already hanging down from the ceiling. I called the company back. They sent me a new tech out by the name of Eddie Sherman! He did a great job in fixing the problem. I don’t know if you get the choose the tech you want, but I would recommend asking for Mr. Eddie Sherman.
Alex was professional and kept the area as clean as he could. He was willing to explain things to me as I need him too and worked quickly to do testing thoroughly. Between him and Eli who worked with us last time I'd recommend Blanton to anyone needing plumbing repair or work done.

Andrew was great... professional and courteous. He came to do maintenance on my HVAC and showed me all the pictures of his work. He said the capacitor was getting week, but didn't recommend replacing it at this time and told me what to look for if it became an issue. He gave me another suggestion about a UV light to purify the air since I said I had allergies, but without the hard sell (always appreciated). But the one thing Andrew went above and beyond on was to check my dryer vent, because he was just being thorough. We were both glad he did, because my dryer vents into the crawl space (saw the pictures)! He confirmed what I knew to be true: that is a serious a fire code violation. I'll be contacting Blantons again to fix that problem. I could shop around for something a little cheaper, but I know it'll be done right the first time with them.Philip performed maintenance at my mom's house on her HVAC system. He was courteous, professional, and timely. He recommended replacing some filters, because my mom has breathing problems. All in all, great service.

The best recommendation is what a company does if there is an error.The initial estimate and detail for repair didn’t make sense and I called Blanton’s with my concerns and they agreed on a new service visit.They sent Jaco, a more experienced plumber who correctly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs same day. The repairs and adding a prv to protect this old house were less than the original estimate and added value and will help maintain our home.Excellent customer service from the office, scheduling, and the plumber that completed the service visit. I would definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Emory the electrician for Blanton’s was amazing. He came and rewired my whole house that I recently bought built in 1940 and replaced the Outdated fuse box on short notice. Awesome job called at 9am had hot water and filtration system installed by 330 pm . After reading some people's reviews you have to understand that the cost to run the amount of people to give estimates and to do the install the same day is a little higher I called three other companies with lower prices but I didn't want to wait 3 days for hot water service comes with costs
Biruk came today to check bladder tank under house, he then completed whole house checkup. While inspecting hot water heater, noticed it was in very bad shape. He showed me the issues with the unit, quoted me a decent price, and before long, he was back removing the old unit and installing a new one. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to and looked me in the eyes while talking with me. Biruk,s co worker Antonio was here assisting with the install and removal of the old unit. He was very pleasant also. I am impressed with these two guys. I will definitely call again and will also recommend your company to my friends and co workers. Thank you so much.

The technician arrived and introduced himself and explained everything that he would be doing. He did not rush through his work and checked both A/C units to ensure that everything was working well. After the service he explained what he had found and what the required recommendations should be with the estimated cost included. He was very courteous and professional. Biruk went above and beyond on this one, he explained in detail the issues and quickly resolved them. Biruk provided exceptional Customer Service that is rare in today's world.
Bruce gave us a heads-up for his planned maintenance home visit 2 days prior to his arrival. The day of his arrival we also received 2-hours advance notice of his appearance. He arrived promptly at the promised time!After a brief explanation of his purpose & plans he went straight to work! When his work was completed he explained what he had done (and why) and was on his way. I had to leave before he finished his work - so he gave the details to my wife. His details were easy to follow and were accompanied by step-by-step summaries (reasonings)! He was very courteous, patient, and respectful and he left both my wife and I feeling VERY satisfied with the entire experience!!!
At first I left a great review because the plumber was great. However, when I later spoke to friends they thought the bill was quite high. So I asked for a detailed invoice and was refused, told they don't provide that kind of detail. I am in disbelief. Why not provide detail if a customer asks? I will never use this company again! For that reason.

Ryan was the tech that was sent to our home after our AC unit stopped working. We explained what was going on, he explained what it could possibly be and what diagnostic tests he was going to do to figure out the issue.What he thought was going to be the problem, based on what we explained to him, ended up actually being exactly that. He showed us what he was doing and explained what everything was supposed to be when he did the readings of the tests, compared to what it actually was reading.Once the issue was figured out, Ryan was able to fix the issue right then. James went that 'extra mile' on a 94-degree day to fix my A/C. He contacted the Trane tec by phone who talked him through what all the flashing lights and multiple wires did. Then James went on the roof to fix the compressor after repairing the furnace itself in my home. He was professional, diligent, and very pleasant. He is also honest and [ after an assessment of the equipment ] admitted that he needed to contact a Trane expert to fix the problem. Not many servicemen will admit they need help! He provided a quality job ! James did an outstanding job.

I realized this afternoon that my house felt a little stuffy... one look at the thermostat and I was in trouble! The thermostat clicked, but the unit didn't do anything. Uh oh. Luckily, Blanton's was able to have a serviceman come within two hours. I received a text message with Brian B.'s pic and bio to let me know he was on his way (great touch!). Brian was able to quickly diagnose the problem. While he was here, he did a check up on my air conditioner unit. He also told me about Blanton's maintenance program. I was already having a pretty good day, but Brian and Blanton's quick service made it a GREAT day! I will definitely continue to use Blanton's for all of my hvac, plumbing, and electrical needs. Blanton's is the absolute best company to deal with. They are so responsive and attentive. Great communication and customer service. We use them for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Most recently, we had a new outlet installed in our bathroom and our electrician, Sumari, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and skilled. His work was top notch. I cannot recommend Blanton's enough.
We had a new interior water shut off valve installed and all rubber fittings in one toilet replaced. The repairman was friendly and did the job well, but I would have preferred to skip the full home upsell tour to try to get other work and they were REALLY expensive. If we knew it would be hundreds of dollars an hour before he came out we would have waited and gone with our usual plumber because a running toilet is not an emergency.

Great service start to finish. Starting with the initial phone call to schedule, the woman I talked to was very kind and quick. They arrived that day just as they said they would. Biruk was the plumber who came out. He was also very nice and thorough and explained to me upfront what he would be doing and the cost. I have used this company in the past and been quite satisfied with the service. IWill admit there are more cost effective services out there. However with my last experience I was afforded a no cost complimentary systems check. Two days later my AC unit stops working. This sucks and I was quoted 3700 for a partial repairs or New system upgrade for approx. 20,000. Can't say I'm as happy this time around my AC was working find before the complimentary check up. Now I've had to buy portable units to cool my home and pay for someone to trouble shoot and get my AC working again.

I needed power run to my new gas fireplace along with additional power outlets. Blanton’s came out looked over the project and provided a very reasonable price. They came back and ran the power and installed the outlets very knowledge electrician. I would use them again for sure.

Extreme price gouging... Charged us almost $300 to install a capacitor in the unit. Capacitors run about $20-30 , I understand that they need to make money on parts and labor... But that's highway robbery, the part itself is a simple replacement.. at most 20 mins to change.$109 service call$200 to switch wires to a breaker$300 for the capacitor...Over $600 for less than 30 mins of work.

When it came to annual preventive maintenance on my furnace, I requested the return of technician James Hartsfield of Blanton's Air, Plumbing, and Electric. James had previously helped me with the loss of heating after an extended power outage in December. James is professional, courteous, and takes the time to clearly communicate issues and their solution. He also took the time to present a number of options for additional upgrades. I greatly appreciate James' attention to detail. Five stars!I've also recently had both Ty Greene and Rafael Desarden out to upgrade my electrical panel with an interlock kit for generator hookup. SIRS --How do I give you zero stars?The rep came to my house and attempted tp upsell me on just about every item we discussed. He was more of a salesman than a plumber. All that aside, I was plied to pay HALF for a service I had agreed to hire them for a week in advance. The sales rep/plumber stated it would secure my spot in the event they got really busy.I paid $750.Within an hour I had buyers remorse and canceled the order, telling them thanks but no thanks -- please refund me. The sales rep attempted to close me again with some pitch about financing and how I could pay for their elaborate service over many months, trying to ensnare me in one of their financing schemes. I said no thanks and expected a refund.Several days passed and no refund and when I called them I got the olde let me speak to my accounting dept line that ended up nowhere. I left several messages and no one ever called me back.I have since filed a claim with my bank and to be fair -- perhaps Blanton's would eventually get around to refunding my money when it suited hem best. However crazy as it sounds, I preferred to have my money back for services not rendered right away, or at least receive assurances from the much talked about accounting dept that my funds were en route.Good day.
Blanton’s called to check up on our AC unit. It needed service because the fan kept running. Alex Weaver and another technician were the the workers that came to the house. They were friendly and easy to talk to. My dogs had run off when they arrived and they even offered to help. They were both proficient in checking everything. They went above and beyond what was required. Great job Alex. Would definitely recommend Blanton’s for any HVAC needs.

Nick took his time to explain what was the issue that was going on in the bathroom and then gave us options to choose on how to fix it. Once that was complete, he did a walk-through in the house and around the house to see what other repairs that could be done and if we were able to make those repairs at that time. He gave us three packages that we could choose from, and we took option two to make the initial chief complaint that I had and also fix a secondary issue that was not in the original plan. Something that the Lowe’s water heater installers should have done when putting the water heater in. Once everything was complete, he walked through and explained the finished products and warranties that came with the service. Every step of the way, he asked if I was happy with his service. And I’m honestly glad that he was the technician for the job.

Folks be careful. This company has 2 locations, and the location in Fayetteville has a 2 rating. It seems they want to make their money on the $250 emergency fee and have no intentions on doing actual work. HAving tile laid we needed the toilet, vanity hooked back up and a shower drain moved under 18 their cost $1800 after the Tech admitted it would be less than 3 hours. He then proceeded to tell me that it costs this much to come behind someone. Not knowing I had already built 45+ houses and 2 subdivisions. This company is a ripoff. I would highly recommend you NOT calling them and calling your local hometown plumber.
Just a note to thank Clifton for his professionalism and expertise in performing our semiannual system checkup. I think it is especially important that he took the time to clearly explain several options that could improve the life of our HVAC system and patiently answered all of my questions. It is a pleasure doing business with a professional like Clifton.

Received a response to my initial phone call in a timely manner. Had a repair technician on site same day. Project manager was out next day to survey and present proposals and John and Brandon were out the following day, on time and ready to remove our old system and install our new one. Their price is very expensive. They told me that they will charge me $109 to come to my house and diagnose my AC unit plus any repair bill. I understand their initial charge if they credit it toward repair bill, but no. That is separate or extra charge. I don't know if this is normal after pandemic or not. It sure doesn't like this before pandemic. At least, I gave them an extra star because of their quick response from my appointment request for next day morning from their web site.
James came over and repaired our hvac system and replaced our dryer vent pipe. He was very friendly, professional, and he wore booties and a mask. I had a minor issue that was causing a major issue, and Blanton’s had a faster response time than the one other company I called. Rafael had me sorted out along with a quick inspection of electrical systems in a friendly, professional visit. I had some spare time, so I let Blanton’s send HVAC and plumbing techs to check things out as well. This gave the Brian and Jason (both fantastic!) a chance to suggest upgrades and repairs they thought I may want. These guys seem to know and value the importance of details and the benefit of doing the job correctly. I’m waiting for estimates from competition to see if I’ll have any more work for Blanton’s coming up.

Overpriced, and was not strait forward about finding a cost effective repair. Initially said block of ice would flood drain system when I suggested that he clean out drain pipe. After insisting that they clean out the drain, found it was completely 100% jammed with rust. I feel like he tried to leverage a clogged pipe into a $13500 new AC unit sale. It's 23 years old. No doubt it could be replaced. Was it necessary today? Absolutely not. I would like to see a little more transparency / honesty/ integrity, especially for that price. Nice guys though... just young. $467.06 thanks for coming out, they did a good job once I insisted they clean out the drain pipe. Not sure I trust this company though to find the most cost effective solution.

I've delayed writing this review because I wanted to make sure that all of the work passed through Duke Energy's EV Prep Rebate Program. Duke Energy requires an invoice with labor separated from materials -- you need to ask for this specifically as Blanton just provides an overall cost for the entire job otherwise.In terms of service, everyone was very professional in terms of understanding what I needed and working with me to get the documentation needed for Duke. Ralph was very professional and on time for both installation visits, and made quick work of the project. There was no waiting and I was able to schedule a visit within a couple of days of my initial call. I can't recommend Blanton enough -- in fact we have moved our regular HVAC maintenance to them and have used them for a plumbing project as well.

The team did an excellent job from the first visit to troubleshoot Central AC/Heating. They were professional and knowledgeable in the process of the need to replace the system. The install team did an excellent job installing the new air handler and condenser.
Ryan is fantastic. We did a detailed review of my project’s electrical needs and was then provided a very fair estimate. He later returned on time with other Blanton employees and worked very diligently to complete the proposed work for the first day. There was no wasted time and I was completely happy with Day 1. It was time to replace a worn out kitchen faucet and upgrade our sink. I wasn't sure who to call but I liked Blanton's core mission statement so I started there. Staff on the phone was very friendly and I was surprised and happy to hear that someone could come by today. Jack Comstock was our plumber. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He came in and found what we were wanting/needing and assessed the task at hand. We were given several different options of what could be done to complete our request.Jack got right to work. We are most grateful for his thoughts and expertise on the drainage nightmare under the sink and the follow up when switching our water back on and knowing sometimes the shut off valves under the sink will leak after a repair or replacement like we had and he fixed that too. Everything was left just as clean as when he arrived.We're beyond pleased with our new sink/faucet.Will definitely recommend them and use them again.Thank you Blanton's and you too Jack.

Our toddler flushed a toy golf ball down the toilet and we didn’t know. The toilet was used for #2 and clogged. I tried to plunge it which triggered a massive toilet throw up that resulted in an inch of poopy diarrhea water all over our guest bathroom floor and I couldn’t shut the water valve off. The woman (kim?) who answered the phone was so nice and helped calm me down while she got my info and reached a tech (I was having a massive meltdown with my newborn). Ian was the man who cane to help and he was very nice and professional and seriously so nice. His boss cane too who was also very nice. They got it sorted out for me and kept me informed of all the steps along the way. Thanks Ian and team. Major crisis wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Thanks!

Mr Gilmer Pena was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and explained everything in a layman perspective.
I called because I thought I had a plumbing link somewhere in my ceiling on my 2nd floor. The technician arrived (I was at work so my sons met with him) and I spoke with him on the phone. He advised me if he had to open the ceiling it was $540 and he may need to open it up across the room to access the pipe. I had no choice but to say O.K. He also advised they don't repair the sheet rock. Well in the end, he said it was not a pipe and felt it was something with the A/C. So he repaired nothing, did not find where the water came from and I got a bill for $624. He only opened up a section of the ceiling about 2 ft x 2 ft. Based on this, I would never call them again and would not recommend them.
Scotty arrived on time for a routine HVAC Summer maintenance and while performing his duties he discovered a Freon leak in one of the evaporator coils. The part was a special order, it was around noon on Friday, Scotty made a temporary repair so unit would continue to cool over the weekend. Later on Friday I received a call from Blantons that part would be in for a Monday install. Scotty arrived early on Monday morning and finished all repairs prior to noon time. My overall experience with Scotty was nothing short of exceptional, Scotty is a true professional who obviously cares about his work and always takes time to describe issues in detail. In closing I would highly recommend Blantons Heating and Air and Scotty. Nick

Charlie Kaufman came to my home today and what I thought was a hot water heater issue, was quickly identfied as an HVAC exhaust issue. Charlie was honest and directed me to contact the organization that had installed the two HVAC units. And seeing that the units are still under warranty, there should not be anu issue. I am so happy I called your company but I am more happy that Charlie came and helped me resolve my issue. This is quality service!

I had good success with the replacement of the hot water heater and left a 5 star review. Even had them come out and fix a leaking toilet. So, they were the first people I called to replace 2 ceiling fans and install a light fixture. I was quoted 3400 for all 3 which was excessive. Had another company do it for 750. After that experience my trust in them being fair was broken and I cancelled my service with them.
Wonderful experience with Blanton’s! Our plumbing technician, Pierce, was incredibly professional and respectful as he worked his way through our home in search of a possible water leak. We were very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend Blanton’s in the future!

We had Justin for our service technician. He changed out all our pipes in the crawl space, and installed a new hot water heater in the pouring rain. We had a bathroom shower leak fixed and he cleaned up the space like it never happened.We are very pleased with the products used, the warranty that Blanton's offers.We were informed all along the way about what was happening and how we can keep our new plumbing in good shape. The only issue I can see is that on a big job like this they should have at least two people working. Justin was fantastic and worked very hard to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as poswsible. I would recommend Blanton's Air for their professionalism, courtesy, and timely repairs, and their warranties.

The water line leading to my home sprung a leak, the water shot up 7 feet in the air. Cary sent out a person to shut the water off, and informed us the the problem was ours. The customer service and scheduling is phenomenal. All of the techs are very knowledgeable. We really love Bruce, our HVAC tech, he’s been to our home three times since we joined. We referred two of our neighbors. My only complaint was the huge jump in price this year. I think they can continue to do it more economically, without charging so much for the preventative care.

Chester (Curtis) came to perform an assessment of our HVAC system. I was impressed the minute he walked in the door. He immediately was able to setup our smart thermostat correctly....something even the security company rep could not do. Curtis then inspected our entire system. He took pictures of all components and identified problem areas. He was able to perform critical repairs right away...which he documented with pictures as well. Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star experience!

Blanton’s came out to replace a part on my compressor last year. They recently came back to perform a complementary re-check of the entire system. Terry and Curtis were beyond professional- they took the time to get to know my needs and how we felt our system was performing before doing a thorough check of the entire system. They walked me through my options and wrote me up a few different quotes for things that might need to be addressed. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them- Terry and Curtis especially were great to work with and I would welcome them any time.

Alex was great very professional, he came to the house checked the problem, and he also went above and beyond and checked the rest of the system and other problems. If you are considering Blanton’s Plumbing for water heater maintenance, please consider my experience with them. I called Blanton’s inquiring about the cost of flushing my water heater. I was informed that a tech could come to my home for $109 and do an inspection and evaluation, after which, packet prices could be given to me. From research, I knew flushing would cost between $75 to $200, so I agreed. When the tech arrived, before he got started, I let him know I knew about the $109 but wanted to know how much was the flushing. Responding, he asked me, if I was told how much it would cost. I told him “no.” The tech politely told me the cost was $320 which did not include the $109. Ridiculous! If I had known it would cost that much, I definitely would have told them “Don’t bother coming.” Instead, I had a tech standing in front of me, whom I was expected to pay (whether he does anything or not) based on the sole premise that he came to my home. The problem I have is not with the tech but with Blanton’s deceptive practices of customer service. Intentionally not informing me of prices to get the tech to my home in order to obligate me to pay at least the $109 is not good business practice. I did not get the flush. I did, however, have the tech fix a leaky faucet which still cost me close to $400. Just know, if you need plumbing maintenance done, shop around.
As always this company is fair, trustworthy and efficient. My tech was Bruce Parker who has came out several times before for regular maintenance checks and on time and knowledgeable

Fantastic service! Ethan, Sven, Wyatt, and the whole team did a great job getting my toilet and drain flowing again and fixing the root issue (literally; there were roots forcing their way into my sewer line). They also added a main water shutoff valve for us and brought our water heater connections up to code. And Dusty in financing was a great help on the money side of the project. All around an awesome team who made (what seemed like) a disaster a smooth process. Will definitely be calling them again for future service!

Woke up to a busted pipe in the crawl space and very low water pressure. I called the plumber I normally use, he said would have to wait until Monday no one was working. How do you go two days without water with a disabled senior citizen living here? So I started looking on google. I 4 plumbers with no response until Blanton. They setup the work order and called when the technician was in transit. He came to Knightdale from Fayetteville an hour and a half away. Ian was very professional and worked very quickly and was thorough in diagnosis. We had water within 15 minutes! I’m very grateful he came to help us. Thank you, Ian.

Ian was EXCELLENT. He was able to understand exactly what our issue was when I explained the series of problems that occurred with our electric water heater. Once he did the initial inspection and diagnosis, he let us know that our water heater had come to the end of it's long life. Once we made financial arrangements to have them replace it, he came in right away and took out the old one and installed the new one. He was thorough with explaining proper, basic maintenance as well as letting us know when to call them instead. He was extremely personable and professional. I called Blanton’s a few weeks ago with an urgent need to have my kitchen gas line moved THAT DAY because the cabinet installers could not complete their job until it was removed. I was very pleased that Tramaine was able to come out that day and take care of that need, as well as move the ice maker line for my refrigerator. Tramaine did a great job. He was a good communicator and was very professional. He returned a few days later (per plan) to move the gas line to its new location and hook up my stove. I really appreciated that Blanton could help me out that day, particularly because I was not already an established customer. I would definitely use Blanton again, and recommend them to others.

Showed up on time, called inbound, was professional and courteous. Consulted with supervisor to determine extent of repair. Cody was spot on with what needed doing. He did the task, the following day. Due to necessity of removing the bathroom vanity and faucets we were not able to test repair. I. Was told work was guaranteed. Once I have vanity installed will be Able to check. I was sort of surprised y'all don't repair the sheet rock holes in ceiling after the pipe was fixed.
Eddie came out a year ago and switched out our smoke detectors that were giving me a ton of trouble. They had expired and needed replacement. This year, with brand new ones installed, they started malfunctioning again. Eddie and Blantons came out and replaced them promptly. Good to know I have such valuable service providers to depend on when things at the house go wrong. I’ve had great dealings with James for our HVAC unit too. As a CPA I know the value of service and opportunity cost to attempt to fix things myself. Wonderful technicians like Eddie make it possible for me to keep working and use my time in the most valuable way. Really impressed with Blanton’s today!

Ty worked on a door bell chime that was no longer working. He arrived on time, he was very through in checking the chimes wiring which required going up in attic. He determined that a new chime was needed. He completed the installation. Earlier this year Ty installed two Ring cameras!! He was very through and made sure that cameras & phone were working before he left. Beware: Total ripoff, Rep came to my home for gas leak repair. Already know the location for leak and pointed out when rep came. Did a gas leak test with bubbles in that location only. Then replace a 1/2 Male Flare x 1/2 Male Pipe adapter which cost around 5-10 bucks. Ended up paying $571 after $70 discount. Just to come and look they said they will change $109. They charged $362 for the pipe adapter and Bubble test. The bubble test liquid they used is $16 on amazon.

Originally called to coordinate a few switch outlets that were missed previously, but as I also was dealing out my stove for a brand new one, the delivery stated that unless there was a different outlet, they couldn't deliver the new stove. I had no idea arrived were once hard-wired. Thank goodness for my electrician whom happened to have an appointment the same time as my stove delivery, was able to hook me up with a new plug. Now I got all new switches, and he helped me get new power to the new stove. Garret, as always.. knocked it out in less than an hour and everything works great.

My home was built with an unusual configuration for the ducts that exit the dryer making them more prone to being clogged with lint. Due to this configuration it was especially difficult for the team to figure out which vent led to the dryer and then to access to the vents to clean and unclog them. However, Ty demonstrated a determination to succeed and problem solving skills that I do not often see. I truly appreciate his exceptional work. He stayed until the job was done knowing that my family and I were leaving town the next day with family coming to stay with us on our return. I cannot thank him and Blanton's enough for persisting and working above and beyond my expectations to fix my dryer and clean the ducts. We hired Blanton's to replace our HVAC system, change out outlets, and do some plumbing after a bad experience with a contractor late last year. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They came out next day to inspect and was able to provide repairs/maintenance at the same time. I had them come out to give me an estimate for a bathroom fan replacement. They gave me an estimate that it would cost $899 dollars. I asked how long it would take to do the work, and he told me 2 to 3 hours. If you do the math, that is $300 per hour to $500 per hour that they charge. The price is way to high. I turned them down for the work, but I still had to pay the $100 service fee to have them give me the estimate. Seems like a rip off to me.

Justin Hogg from Blanton's did a stellar 5 star job. We had a drip leak coming from the 2nd floor ceiling. Justin was polite, informative, did not try to suggest random 'hole cutting', and took the time to really diagnose the problem.We did end up needing to cut a hole in the ceiling, which Justin kept small. Before cutting, Justin took the time and care to setup drop cloths. While cutting, he used a portable vacuum in one hand while cutting using the other. This kept airborne dust to almost nil.From there, he was able to determine something other than plumbing to be the likely culprit. Via further investigation he located the issue with the attic HVAC. Though Justing is not a HVAC specialist, he immediately cross checked his findings with a co-worker and worked immediately with dispatch to get a HVAC person out the following morning.Though we don't have the full issue resolved yet (pending the HVAC repairs) Justin performed a tidy clean up.I would highly recommend Justin and obviously would not hesitate to call him should future needs arise (which we hope they don't!).I'll write a follow up review for the HVAC technician tomorrow.Update July 20th, 2023...not sure if I'll get a different post for Alex Weaver so I'll briefly add here. Alex also delivered a 5-star service. I'd give them both 6 stars if I could. Alex, like Justin, took the care and time to do the job right. Alex explained all the details and ensured everything was great. Thanks Blantons.
I woke up to the inside of my house at 58 degrees & my heat would not kick on. I called Blanton’s and within 10 minutes (I am not even exaggerating) Brian Broadney was at my doorstep. He was super friendly (and funny) but also very knowledgeable and professional. He got the problem fixed in no time. Justin arrived this morning as promised. He then helped me locate the source of a leak that more than tripled my water bill. He was thorough checking throughout the house for all possible sources of leaks inside, outside and under the house. He was able to identify the source of the leak quickly and then make recommendations for the repair. I am totally satisfied with his work. I've attached a photo of the toilet that needs the repair. The insides will be replaced once completed.

John came to replace our a/c coil . He arrived on time was courteous and respectful. He had diagnosed the problem coil during an earlier inspection. The coils location makes it difficult to access. He made some changes to make it easier to access in the future. John also took the time to show and explain the problem with the old coil. The system now works perfectly.I've found Blanton's to be very reliable and John Kirkpatrick to be a highly skilled professional.
Blanton’s is very service oriented. My one disappointment was that I needed and was willing to pay for a Sunday call because the AC failed in the dead of summer. Although Blanton’s website talks about emergency appointments and has a 24/7 chat line, they don’t send people out on Sunday. I was surprised that a company of this size can’t get someone out. Other companies do offer Sunday emergency calls and it makes me think twice about continuing my monthly service plan with them. Blanton’s charges a premium for premium service, but in this area falls down a bit, in my opinion. This said, their technicians are very competent.
First of all, Blanton’s offered help on a weekend emergency and saved us a lot more damage.Zeke showed up earlier than expected, did an analysis of the damage and what needed to be fixed. I told him I was fine with the price and tried to stay out of his way. I told him the other item he found was not a necessity and wanted him to get home to his family on a late Saturday. His professionalism of wanting to make sure everything was done right and his insistence of making it “all” right before he left was much appreciated! Zeke went above and beyond even though he didn’t have to do it. I would recommend Blanton’s and will personally ask for Zeke when I have another call to them.

I had a clogged pipe and water over flowing in my garage near my washing machine. I called around 3:00 pm today and they had a technician out to my home within 30- 40 mins. Ethan Mitchell was the service tech they sent out, he assessed the situation, got right to it, cleared out my drain in the garage and I was good to go.

Absolutely amazing service all around, especially in the hottest time of the year with a heat index of over 100°. Our AC went out last night (of course on a Sunday) and we called their 24 hour line and scheduled an appointment for next day service. We expected to have to wait all day today for the technician since we were pretty late last night calling to get on the schedule. We had a call by 7 am telling us the process and that they would text us every 2 hours to let us know where we were on the schedule, but received a phone call before 9 am from the technician saying he was on his way. We were so surprised and relieved as it was already an uncomfortable 88° in the house and our dogs were panting and uncomfortable. We then received a text and an email with a photo and bio of our technician, Nick, which is a safety feature that is so appreciated. He arrived and fairly quickly diagnosed the issue. He also performed a system check and gave us some optional maintenance things that we did choose to address. I appreciated that he took pictures of everything, before and after so we could see what needed to be done and what he did. Everything about this service was easy, efficient, and very professional. It means so much that just about 12 hours after our call, we have our AC service restored. I hope you don’t need AC service, but if you do, do not hesitate to call Blanton’s.

Blanton's plumbing service in Fayetteville, NC, was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. As sceduled, the technician, Dakota Coffman, arrived to provide an estimate for plumbing work; specifically installing a new bathroom faucet and fixing a washer drainage issue. Dakota provided 4 estimates for the work. Given that the washer drainage issue was substantial, the estimate seemed reasonable. Dakota answered questions about the plumbing issues and the estimate before indicating he could complete the work on the same day. He worked most of the day to complete the work, which included basically replacing all the drainage and water service for the washer. He basically removed and replaced all original plumbing for the washer. It was in bad shape.He did excellent work. Upon completion, he provided a summary of the work and left the work area just as he found it. I would highly recommend Blanton's to anyone needing quality, professional plumbing work. I had an excellent experience with them, and particularly Mr. Dakota.

Just looking to get a general estimate for a water heater replacement. They took all my information and tried to schedule a $200 appointment before telling me they don't give estimates. Not looking for an iron clad price quote, just wanted to compare the price to other companies. This tells me they're going to be expensive since obviously money and not helping their customers is their focus. I'll continue looking elsewhere.

Ryan and his apprentice were very professional and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. The services that I had done, replace a ceiling light, light switch and installing a new track light fixture and a switch. It seem like a very easy task but I’m not a professional so if you don’t know what you’re doing, I recommend Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric, LLC. I emailed this company in the early morning. Tech and service itself was good. Friendly tech. My first appointment was canceled the day of and moved a couple days later. The pricing was high for a job that took less than 30 minutes. They quote you before doing the service so good in that regard. But having set aside time twice for the appointment I just had to go with it and eat the high cost. I’d shop around for plumbing jobs at least.

The home review was very professional, courteous, and responsive to any questions I had. I presuppose that their work would have been of very good quality, professional and responsive also. We chose not to use their firm because the estimate was very, very high.
The team at Blanton’s was great from start to finish. I was able to book my service appointment on their website at 7:30am and at 8:35am somebody had already called me to schedule a technician to come out the same day. The professional they sent, Jon, was great and worked around my online meeting. He was able to immediately diagnose my issue and we scheduled a follow up repair to replace my a/c fan motor. The price was extremely reasonable and they also provided a military discount. Can’t recommend Blanton’s enough.

Daniel provided a great explanation and demonstration of the wiring problems in my place, gave a thorough rundown of many options, and was pleasant and professional throughout. We discussed several service plans including my own more customized option -- all in all a good experience. Then my fridge died the next day, so....I'll get back to ya'll. /sigh
Estimate to replace panel box was over 3,000 and upon further investigation by another electrician, a replacement screw corrected the problem. Be aware that you may need to ask for another opinion on any repairs recommended before signing up for extensive work that may not be necessary. The technician was nice but I feel like he tried to take advantage of me.

If I have not been prepared to have a service performed at that time, I have been given a quote that was honored at the time I wanted the work done. The maintenance program is also helping me to stay on track.They will return calls and provide tracking service and pictures of personnel. They wear masks and booties.

My dishwasher was leaking into the basement. After their inspection, they found it was leaking worse in another room in the basement. I had a few more issues with faucets which they fixed at the same time.Sven and Brad were professional and friendly.I recommend them for your plumbing needs.I'm getting an estimate for electrical work next week and I have no doubt they will be great.

Brian was very friendly. We discussed breweries, vineyards and distilleries. He worked quickly, finding a needed repair and the warranty that covered it.
I needed to have a garbage disposal replaced, called to get an estimate. The agent was courteous and advised that they could not give a quote over the phone. Not even a ball park. I was expecting a quote for this simple job maybe a couple hundred bucks. The tech arrived and was very courteous and took a quick look and went to his truck. Came back with an estimate of $445 to do a simple replacement. I already had the new unit! I feel like it was a rip off to pay $90 bucks for nothing. I don't need an inspection of the rest of my plumbing in the house. I should have just replace the unit myself, which I ended up doing in less than 2 hours. So while your customer service is great, the actual pricing is ludicrous. I won't be calling again.

We recently had a technician out to service our AC units for general maintenance only to discover our entire system was over 11 years old, leaking, low on refrigerant, and needing replacements. Alex was absolutely amazing at providing us honest feedback on our inspection. After deciding to replace/upgrade both units, my husband and I sat down with Glen to go over options. He was also very kind, personable, and helped us choose the best system for our house needs. A week later, Shawn and another associate came by and did the system replacement as well as moved our upstairs thermostat outside our master bedroom to the hallway. We are very impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and punctuality of each team member we encountered during this stressful process. We had a plumbing backup in the house. All of our local plumbers were unavailable and an internet search led us to Blantons. They were quick to take our info and get help sent our way. Within an hour Ethan arrived and diagnosed our problem. Upfront quote with pictures of the issues he found. Very professional, on time from the ETA given and gave us step by step updates. Ethan had our issues resolved in no time and can't thank him and Blantons enough for their service. Would deffinetly recommend and will be using them in the future for our plumbing and home repairs.

I had annual contract and then moved to another house around the corner and they would not come and inspect the new unit - lost that money and poor customer service.
So far, I've worked with Nicholas, Jimmie, Eddie, and Justin. Justin (plumber) did excellent work; walked me through the entire process; and left my house spotless. Each technician has been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to the needs of my repair/replacement. Jimmie, as project manager, has made the process seamless and is constantly available for questions and concerns. I purchased a brand new unit one year ago and have a service plan with them. They have a satisfaction guarantee for 1 year. I had maintenance done 6 months ago and there were no issues or recommendations. Now, all of a sudden when I had my 2nd maintenance and my year is up they are noticing I don't have things and are making recommendations for over $1500 of add on enhancements. BIG ripoff company trying to get all that they can from customers. Run...do not do business with thus company!!

I had a part replaced on my unit. It arrived from off of back ordered. While here, they saw another error message code on the system concerning something else. Curtis identified the problem and fixed it after fixing the original problem. All within a timely and efficient manner. I’m glad I use these guys for all my house fixtures….HVAC, PLUMBING, and ELECTRICAL. I have never had an issue with customer service or quality of work. I will continue to use this great company!!!
