David (the owner) came out to scope my sewer. He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! And generally good natured on top of all that - it was very pleasant to chat with him as he worked to diagnose the problem. The equipment he's using is top notch - great camera view, bluetooth, I got to watch while it was being scoped. He quickly found where the break in the sewer line was (on City of Portland's side) and so... it's actually out of our hands, they have to repair it, and he will send the video to the City. Cleanup was fast, not smelly (I mean, sewer line, you expect a little bit), and just well done. So even though this repair is on the City to do the work, I would happily work with David in the future, and encourage others to talk to Sewer Renewal Specialists first! I certainly will!

My water heater died and needed a new one ASAP. Looked at the big box stores and some other well known water heater joints and they were mostly out 2 weeks or more before I could be a real human and take a proper shower instead of heating buckets on the stove like I am a cave man. Well spoke to Whitney I believe and she gave me my options I wanted the water heater with the 12 year warranty and asked when I can have it installed if I did the deal and she said tomorrow! SOLD. Gave credit card over the phone next day had Jimmy come and install my new water heater and he did a great job and was very good and able to trouble shoot on the spot to make the unit fit got the 50lb water heater from Reliance and the water is HOT HOT HOT. Next time I need a plumber I will be going with All Pro. Give them a call they are the new water heater kings in my book.

I honestly don't know what unclogging a drain costs, but Grumpy's charges a flat rate to get it done however long it takes. Knowing the cost up front made this far more pleasant for me.

Alchemy Plumbing was great to work with. They did a trenchless replacement of our main water line that was leaking under the driveway, including relocation of the main shut off valve to a more accessible place, and reconnection of the irrigation system with a new higher quality main shut off valve. I called in the afternoon and Jaime was quick to evaluate the project the same day, emailed me a thorough, fair, and competitive quote first thing the following morning, and we were able to have the work completed the following week, sooner than others could offer. Josh kept me informed of progress the day of the repair, and high quality work was completed exactly as planned and on schedule. We can't say enough good things about Patrick's service and attention to detail. He was incredibly responsive and thorough in his work. And just so friendly! We had a break in the water main in a really tight spot and he was able to fix it same day. It was great to find a plumber we feel like we can trust and plan to have him back again in the future.
