Very open and honest. Knowledgeable and explains systems on customer level. Would recommend this company for a simple clog to an overhaul of sewer lines. Love this company and so glad we found/used them so we know who to call with any future needs.

At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.

Great food and service. Large portions so come hungry or expect doggie bag.

Your service person, Abe, has a great disposition. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also reached out to some other staff to check on pricing and availability and it sounded like he has great rapport with them. Mr. Ric Catlin from Mr. Rooter was beyond amazing! Our first night as homeowners and we had a bath tub faucet that wouldn't shut off - cue panic from us as we scrambled to resolve it ourselves and ended up having to shut off main water supply. Calling all the plumbers in the area I was met with long scheduling times (some were booked 2+ months out) or I was told it would cost $300 just to come out to give us an estimate (which wasn't put towards the end cost).Mr. Rooter put us on a waitlist and Mr. Ric was out the next day (on a Saturday). Not only did he fix our faucet, he showed us step-by-step how to fix it ourselves since we had the same fixture in a different bathroom and these fixtures are known to have the issue we experienced. Ric also answered some plumbing questions we had not related to the faucet and he happily shared his knowledge with us.What started as a total bummer ended with us feeling more confident and knowledgeable. It takes some great customer service to turn a negative experience into a positive, and Ric did just that!

Mr. Rooter was the only company that was able to get out to my business when we needed them! Called 8 places and they were the only ones. Communication with the tech was great, he kept me well informed and got the job done!

Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store.

So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking.

So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.

So glad I had the opportunity to work with these folks. Before discovering Grumpy's Drains, we had the misfortune of being referred to Three Mountains Plumbing, who told us we would need to spend $10-15K in order to make my childhood home sellable.
Enter Grumpy's; after scoping the drain and showing us the video as he examined the drain, we could see there were no breaks in the sewer. Cost us less than 5% of Three Mountain's quote.

This company may be great for individual residence service, but we had a very different and frustrating experience as a condominium complex. An owner reported that a plumber she had hired to make renovations to her bathroom felt the valve for the water to her building was unstable and might break if he tried to turn it (it’s a 1980’s building). She had already disconnected her bathroom plumbing, so the situation was somewhat urgent. The HOA paid $100 for Pro-Drain to come out and look at the valve. They gave us a $3000 estimate to replace the valve. The high cost was attributed to the time it takes to turn off the water to all 8 buildings. But they also said that they felt they could turn off the water for the building with the existing valve. The owner arranged to have Pro-Drain come out to do the work on her bathroom. She reported back to the HOA that Pro-Drain had told her when they arrived that they didn’t think they wanted to try turning the valve. This made the HOA look incompetent, as well as being an unexpected change in their story. Between each of these events, there was about a 10-day scheduling gap. The owner had no shower and had a port-a-potty set up in her garage the whole time.

The HOA agreed to have Pro-Drain come back and replace the valve, waited another 10-12 days and advised all 75 owners that their water would be shut off for the day of the work. Pro-Drain returned, dug out the valve, and then realized…they hadn’t brought the equipment they needed to do the job. At 4:30 pm that day – hours after they realized this - they advised the community manager that they would come back 12 days later to complete the job, insisting they couldn’t come back earlier because it would mean bumping another customer from the schedule. Residents in 75 units spent the day not using water because of the shut off that was supposed to take place and never did.

The next day, the community manager contacted another plumber, who scheduled a service visit the following day, and came and completed the work in 4 hours without significantly affecting the water to the other buildings. To be fair, after we had already scheduled the second plumber to come and complete the job, Pro-Drain did call back and had miraculously found a way to schedule a return visit the next day to complete the job. At that point, we wanted nothing more to do with their unreliability.

Alex was clear and thorough. He gave us 3 options and did the work in a efficient timeframe. The call back was almost instant from me putting in a request with Annie’s list.

Jaime was amazing. Quick, tidy and have me options so I could figure out what worked best with my budget and time frame. I would definitely recommend him to a friend!

We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship and honestly of Columbia River Plumbing and Drain Services. We previously hired 2 plumbers to troubleshoot our clogged drain and the problem was never resolved. Patrick scoped the drain thoroughly and identified broken pipes further down. He also scoped the rest of the lines feeding the sewer to ensure it was clear. And, he offered a partial refund for work that was not needed.
