Tim was just here. He helped us with a minor toilet issue (our own ignorance about plumbing was the issue). Very professional! We will definitely be calling him with our future plumbing needs.

Justin arrive and I showed him the issue. We found a crack in the manual shutoff valve leading to my irrigation system. He assessed the leakage and strategized on repair options. He thoroughly explained the options and I decided on which repair option to proceed with. Due to being late in the day and his concern about available parts, we agreed to resume the next morning. He returned with the required parts and repaired my leaking pipe. Justin was awesome, thorough and professional.

Had a PRV installed, and while Andrew was under the house he found a leak, and fixed it for as well as checked out my sink and tightened my drain and diagnosed the issue we're having with our shower. Needless to say I will be hiring Rowe Plumbing and Drain for all my plumbing needs.

We called Rowe Plumbing after our homeowners insurance denied our claim to fix our leaking shower. We only noticed the leak once it started dripping into our kitchen sink. Tim came out and inspected - long story - we have 3 shower fixtures above the kitchen. He was able to schedule for the following Monday. Mid-repairs he brought me good news of being able to save us $500. We are very appreciative of his honesty.

On time, thorough, courteous & fairly priced - I mean c'mon folks, plumbing is expensive no matter how you look at it ~ but it is what it is & they're FAIR about it. Not overpriced by any means like I read in previous reviews! We will definitely use them again if the need should arise!

Rowe Plumbing (Chance) did an outstanding job today replacing the shutoff valve under my sink, replacing a hose, fixing a long time problem that three other repair people couldn’t fix! He’s as nice as they come, covered his shoes, and got along well with my dogs. He pulled out my refrigerator to check for a water line. I had thought there wasn’t one as the old fridge didn’t even have ice making capabilities. There was the line, ready to go. He was totally honest about everything, and that is very important to me. He gave me the estimate and I okayed it. He said if it was higher, he would warn me ahead of time. His estimate was right on.

This company was very professional in all matters. The way the phone was answered told me a lot. They reminded me of the appointment the day before and the morning of.

Honest and reasonable

We had a leak under the kitchen sink which created a huge mess! I called for an appt at 8am and to my surprise they said they could be here between 9:30 and 11:00, same day! Tim Rowe came right out, gave his assessment of our plumbing difficulties and went to work. He was done and was driving off by 10am. I'm 68 and have never had such prompt service. The entire experience was very positive and impressive. Tim Rowe was professional, friendly, skilled and efficient. Thank you for such great customer service!

Rowe Plumbing and drain worked with me to come up with an excellent solution at an affordable rate, and we all haven't run out of hot water since!

I used them recently to replace my water heater. Tim got to my house after a full day of work and had the job done in one night except for one small part. He was back after work the next night to install that. I now have basically endless hot water. I have zero complaints about the quality of workmanship or materials used. And he just checked in with me to see how I like it. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

So I called and Tim just left. They were able to squeeze me into a window of time today. He notified me when he was coming and about how long it would take him to be there. He fixed my tub and then gave me a little consult on another bathroom possible re-design. BUT, then I asked him about a garbage disposal in the kitchen. He could have been like others (don't want to mention the name here) and taken the automatic upsell. Instead, he didn't recommend it because we have septic and if I put one in, we'd see a lot more of him. He's a nice enough guy, but I like to save money! 　 Nice to have an honest person! I will HIGHLY recommend him!

I would suggest a little more attention to body hygiene (cause summer will make it worse) & the positioning of his clothing (I had to look away several times as he bent over working on the tub drain). Maybe some uniforms or overalls might help put forth a more professional image!

OUTSTANDING!

We got in a bit of a jam on a toilet install. Tim had given a quote a bit ago and we thought we could DIY the deal. But alas... nothing goes as planned with a 70 year old house.

Ran in to major complications, Tim came out on a Saturday and was done and out within two hours of my calling him. The price was extremely fair, no outrageous add-ons and I think the job took 45 minutes.

Tim and his team know how to run a business! He gave us expert and truthful advice on moving the replacement water heater, then followed up quickly with a quote to do the job. He pre-scheduled so that we could remove the old heater one day, prep for the new one, and came on time to install the new heater. They even called ahead to confirm the times -- and then came when they said they would. We are totally pleased and satisfied with the whole process. Not one of the other four contractors we contacted were businesslike operators. Rowe stands as tops in his profession.

Plumber responded quickly and got the job done quickly. It was a difficult kitchen faucet install.

They fixed a leaking shower stall drain. It was leaking under the house. The work was done using quality parts (a metal shower drain instead of the cheap plastic one that had been installed and then cracked). They also replaced the shower drain plumbing under the house. It was a corkscrew of multiple PVC angled pieces, clearly not done by a plumber. I was very happy with the work done and the time it took.

Tim and his staff of professionals are simply the best. I purchased a new HWH that needed to fit into a tiny space. They found the best model for that space that also took me from a 40G to a 50G. Additionally, when we found that the space needed to reach my furnace filter was a bit tight they resolved that to my complete satisfaction. They are truly PRO’s and take their customer satisfaction VERY seriously. Will use them for all plumbing issues going forward.

Con artists. Beware. Bid for $300 to flush system and $200 to fix pipe. They fixed the pipe ok but did not flush the system but still billed $500. Avoid this business. They will rip you off.

Our toilet broke this morning. We are a four person household, two in their nineties, with one bathroom, so fixing it quickly was important. Our regular plumber was tied up, so we called Rowe. The time of the call was 9:27 AM. The time of the invoice text from Rowe for our just installed new toilet was 11:55 AM. The Rowe plumber who brought and installed the new toilet, Josh LaTulippe, was kind and efficient, and cleaned up after his work. The price was reasonable. I really can't say enough good things about the service provided.

Great experience with Rowe Plumbing. They just left. They fixed the problem, set up a fan to dry the location, sprayed to prevent mold. They did a great job, all in under an hour. Highly recommended. We'll call them again if we ever help with plumbing.

Edit 2021: The leak that we'd had in 2020 either reappeared or a similar leak began. They were helpful in getting someone out to the house. Once their person arrived, they quoted a rate that was more than twice as expensive as the prior year ($500 - $800, and for which they would provide no warranty) which was expensive enough that I decided I'd figure out how to fix it instead. It took a trip to Home Depot and a quick review of YouTube but for less than $30 I was able to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes, and I'm a rank amateur. I also fixed it with a metal mesh plated replacement with a 200 PSI rating unlikely to ever break again. If I could do it in less than 15 minutes (it took two snips to get the bad hose out, then a new flexible footlong metal mesh covered piece of hose was placed where the bad hose had been using self-connecting Sharkbite connectors on either end), why couldn't a pro have done that in under 5 minutes for under $200? For them to have quoted $500 for a five minute job was insulting. As a result, we're not planning on inviting them back in the event any additional plumbing work is required. Any good will from 2020 is now just gone.

We had a water leak that was dripping through my closet ceiling from our upstairs bathtub. We called Rowe Plumbing, they put us on the list for the afternoon and someone would come by to look and give an estimate if they became available. Dustin came by a short time later, checked out the problem and said it wasn’t a pipe, but, it turned out to be the bathtub spout! It was leaking when it was turned on. He put in new O-rings and fixed the leaking! No more water coming out by the pipe! Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable and Charged us a very fair flat rate. We will set up an appointment with him to install a faucet on the side of our house for a drip system. We appreciate Rowe Plumbing for getting the job done so fast and fair pricing! I am writing this due to an extreme lack of service I haven’t ever experienced before. I started with my contact via a request though the company’s website. The response was “we will get back to you as soon as we can to schedule an appointment”. After almost 10 days I called the company. The man who answered sounded unconcerned I has submitted this request and not heard back. He just said do you want to schedule a call by one of their plumbers and I said yes. They did not have a day available for almost another 2 weeks, but I set that day for the call. As is typical they give you a range to be at home for the plumber (12-4PM). A week prior to that day I called to relate I wanted to add a garbage disposal repair to the toilet repair request that was my original request. I asked if it would help their process for me to get them part numbers or product names, and the man related “no, they are ready to repair anything”. On the day of my appointment I waited until 3PM, and as I had not seen nor heard from anyone I called the company. The man who answered didn’t seem concerned I hadn’t heard, but said they were “having some difficulties”. He went on to say regardless there would be someone coming, they were just running late. A few minutes before 5PM I called again and got a voice mail stating they were either on the phone or it was after 5PM. I left a message saying I had been waiting since noon and needed to plan if there was indeed someone still going to come by. I never received a call back. I waited to be sure until 7PM. The next day I also never received a call all day....nor the following day. This is the most ignored I have been by a service company in my life, and in multiple ways. I have now wasted almost a month trying to get this company to simply fix a toilet and replace a simple garbage disposal. While thankfully I have a second toilet this is again the worst I have ever been treated by a service company. I now have had to start over and try to get another company scheduled in. Rowe Plumbing should be avoided, period. There are obviously issues going on in the company.

Some days things just don't go right. I had a 9 to 11 am arrival window for a water leak so at 10:30 I called to check. Oops, someone didn't get my appointment logged in. This has happened to me before with other company's so I'm thinking another week or two wait. But to my surprise they had Josh come over, look at the job, go to the parts store and return. Finished the job before 1 PM. Incredible customer service. Thank you!

***Ever since Tim retired, it appears they have substantially increased the price for their services. The young man they sent out did a great job, but the cost was more spendy than a few years back.

Great service, problem solved! I had attempted the plumbing trade myself and accidentally flushed a 25 foot plumbing snake (not to be used on toilets, yet I did anyway) down my drain. Fearing the dreaded back-up sewer overflow, I called Rowe Plumbing. They were very communicative, confirmed the appointment, were punctual, professional, and had the 25ft plumbing snake out of my drain system in less than an hour for a fair price. After a visit with an estimate and advice, we went to Keller plumbing to order parts to add a shower to our free standing tub. Today they brought over the parts and then found that they wouldn’t fit and couldn’t be modified to fit. We are out $350 for a restocking fee along with being billed for an hour. Expensive misunderstanding and disappointment.

Had issues with the drain in my condo around 5:30 on Sunday 7/3. I was thinking since it was a holiday weekend I would be in a world of hurt. I contacted Rowe who, in turn, contacted one of their plumbers. About 30 minutes later I received a call back and they arrived within 10 minutes.

Tim, our repair guy, was very pleasant and understanding given that it was a holiday weekend. He took care of the issue promptly, professionally, and made some additional recommendations to help in the future.

I called about no hot water on Monday afternoon. Tim and his apprentice were at my house Tuesday morning and I had my new water heater installed by noon that day. His pricing was consistent with what I had researched the night before. Both men were cordial, clean and professional.

John was knowledgeable and did his job in an efficient workmanlike manner. Cleaned up afterwards and left work area in better condition than when he arrived. Job was done at a very reasonable price.

I called Rowe Plumbing about a week ago and scheduled a repipe thinking we needed all needed all sorts of work done, and with Tim's knowledge he was able to identify that I didn't need all that replaced. I needed work done but not needing to pipe the entire place. I simply had a draining blockage, and a random mishap with a vent pipe, and need a bathtub faucet replaced they were SUPER HONEST, FAIR, FRIENDLY, and QUICK! Tim is incredibly helpful. He stopped by my house twice to help consult on a tricky shower valve that wouldn't shut off. The value stem end up having the washer stuck inside causing to have a significant leak. The repair required access through the porcelain surround which needed a larger whole cut. Not a service he provides. However, once I gained the access Tim came by a second time to see if the solution worked. A $20 part once the access was there.

He provided excellent advice on how best to research and resolve the issue and ultimately didn't even charge me. The dude rocks!

I called Rowe after the cold water under my sink sprung a leak. The gals on the phone were super friendly and helpful and got me an appointment right away on a day that worked for me.

Great Service. I have used them twice in two weeks. First time when the shower faucet developed an annoying drip. Called at 10AM - lucky me, they had a cancellation and came out that afternoon. No more dripping. Last week I turned off the water to the washing machine to paint and clean behind it. The cold water would not come back on. I turned the valve multiple times. They were able to work with my schedule and came over within a couple of days. Tim turned the valve and it worked fine for him. He has the magic touch. He was so sweet - just said Merry Christmas (no charge). I was expecting a service call charge. I appreciate them coming to my rescue (twice).

Tim came out on a Sunday to replace my water heater! Since I had to replace the water heater, I had him do a lot of other plumbing jobs I had been putting off-- rebuilding the works in one toilet, replacing the other , and getting a new kitchen sink faucet. This was over a year ago and everything was done well and continues to do well. In fact, I think I need to replace my dishwasher now, so I'm about to call Tim to get his help once again.

All I can say is Wow. Tim and his assistant are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I initally had Tim look at a leak at a rental property- the report back from the tenant was so good I was reassured in hiring Rowe Plumbing for my home as well. I was not disappointed. They arrived on time, told me the truth, and worked efficiently and clean. They kept the area safe enough for a puppy (barricades sometimes don't work, I learned)! If you want quality work, Call these guys. Price is right, and the work is amazing.

My wife decided to take a bath last week and a few minutes in, I found water pouring into our downstairs bathroom from the overhead fan-not good. My wife is part of a mom's group on Facebook and quite a few of them recommended Rowe plumbing, so we scheduled an appointment. Tim and his apprentice called us an hour earlier than the scheduled appointment time saying they could come now if it worked for us which was great. They were very knowledgeable and used shoe covers upon entering. He quickly deciphered the leak to be coming from the loose over flow on the tub and the seal being worn out. He let me know it would save me money to purchase it from a store and do it myself and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. He was there about 15 minutes and was very personable, professional and polite. And knowing how things are around the holidays, said no charge for the visit. It is very refreshing to come across someone who owns a company but still relates to his customers and gives them the best options for them. I have since replaced the seal and so far so good. I highly recommend Tim and company for all your plumbing needs. I cannot thank him enough.

Just recently bought a new kitchen faucet, thought I could install it, silly me. I called Rowe Plumbing, Tim came out the next day right on time and quickly installed my faucet, which by the way, looks fantastic. I had dropped a earring in the shower drain that meant a lot to me. My late husband had given to me. Called like 4:00 that night they were here by next morning and he got my it out in about 30 min. He was very polite and courteous and charged a fair price too.

All issues we had on our list were assessed, explanations that finally made clear sense ( that other contractors were unable to explain or fix or do correctly) and we know exactly what needs to be repaired (done!) And what can stay as is without consequence.

We(wife andI)called Rowe after seeing all the positive reviews. We had pipes knocking and a leaking shower head. We got an appraisal scheduled and the plumber came out. He assessed both issues, and told me that with the pipes knocking he couldn’t do anything because he would need to get a younger guy out that could go under the house and we could reschedule to have both issues addressed when two plumbers could come out together. Ok, fine...I’m ok with that and agree to reschedule a few days later.

The second appointment day arrives and it’s the same plumber, but alone. He tells me that there was a scheduling problem and the second plumber wasn’t available unfortunately. He was apologetic, and tells me he’ll have the office call me to reschedule. I called another company shortly after he left and scheduled with them. My plan was to tell Rowe that we decided to go elsewhere when they called.

Later that same afternoon, I get a text stating a plumber was on their way from Rowe. Within an hour, a plumber from Rowe shows up ready to go. I never got my call to reschedule, and was a little frustrated at the whole thing.

Arrived early. Tough problem to diagnose, but he figured it out. Very professional.

Andrew was absolutely amazing! Very professional and thorough. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had called 30 other plumbers and no one would work with us on pricing due to a fixed income situation. We are so thankful they were kind and they came out to help our family. They have customers for life!

Came out for a sump pump not working, only to find that the power outage tripped the circuit breaker. Checked everything and got it going again. No charge. Very nice and professional.

Tim Rowe from Rowe Plumbing and Drain is a very dependable and honest plumber. My sister and I have called on him several times in the last three years when we had really irratating sumppump issues. We also recommended him to our cousin's family and they think he is awesome too.

*Updated review based on the second time seeking service. Two attempts to get an estimate, twice canceled. Sent pics to their email to get estimate that way, two days and 3 calls later I'm told they cant estimate based on pics (water heater replacement). Another in person est scheduled, told it was the same person that came to my home the first time I used Rowe, turns out it was not. well this isn't what I was expecting at all! as the pictures I sent in were apparently misfiled to the wrong job. When the estimate was finally complete and sent to me via email, there was no reference to the specific water heater that is to be installed. When I ask what model will be used, I'm told a gas model. Our house doesn't have gas. At all.

I dont know what's going on at Rowe lately (previously 5 star), but this isn't the service I received the first time I had them come out 5 months back. While the price est was fair, the rest of the experience was far from confidence inspiring.

$275.00 for a 45 minute repair that did not include re-blocking and sealing a hose bib doesn't seem like a very fantastic value, but at least the plumbing was done well. I'll shop around next time I need plumbing done on my properties. Anyone who is not a plumber is in the wrong business! Crooks, I tell ya'.

Tim called when a customer cancelled and asked to move the appointment earlier in the day. He showed up right when he said he would and knew the problem right away. He was personable and fixed the issue within minutes. I was very impressed.

Rowe Plumbing and Drain, did an awesome job on my Tankless Water heater and Whole House Filtration system from Aquasana. He completely re-plumbed my feed line coming from the well so that the filtration system would only filter the water going into the house and not my barn and sprinkler system. He also added cut off and bypass values so that if I do have a problem with the system or need to change filters, I don't have to completely shut everything off. Rowe Plumbing is my go too plumber.

Dustin did a good job, fixed everything as requested and gave us some information on another issue so we could decide what we wanted to do. Also, he wore a mask and social distanced which we really were grateful for.

They are great, honest & effective. I've already given my neighbor their card & will be calling them the next time I need a plumber!

First off, your guy was 45min early-Interrupted my meeting. Your text notification got to me after they had arrived, so that was useless. He introduced himself with the wrong company name
Your van was unmarked and I didn't notice a logo 'ed shirt on either person that showed up. Overall, I am NOT very impressed with your presentation. They left unannounced as well, so there you have it. Price was about over $900 more that my other two bids. Based on all of that, please tell me why I would want to pay extra in hiring your company? I won't be hiring your company.

We were having issues with our kitchen sink and they were able to squeeze us in the same day and got it fixed in about 30 minutes. Very nice people. I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

Fast, friendly, affordable.

Both my landlord and I are busy, and his plumber was out of town until Monday and my old one left for a place that just does big commercial jobs. This plumber hunting chaos left me a few days without hot water.

Tim Rowe was able to coordinate with his supplier, my landlord and myself to get the job done within 4.5 hours of my initial call and within 2 hours of approving his estimate. Thanks for showers at home this weekend and for making things so quick/easy.

Had Rowe (Dustin) come out to finish the installation of a bathroom sink.
The faucets, pee trap, etc were a bit trickier to install than one would have expected. That being said ... Dustin did a great job and after procrastinating for far too long I have a fully functional sink! I hightly, highly recommend ...

I made an appointment with Rowe Plumbing to fix a simple faucet issue. They told me to be available from 8am-12pm on one of my limited days off from work. Well noon came and went with no plumber. I contacted the apparent owner/manager and he stated it was out of his control. I would say that if you are the owner/manager you SHOULD know exactly what to do and what your employees are up to. Very disappointed especially since I have used them before and it went fine. But they have lost their customer service and my future business. 12:10 and still no plumber, but he was supposedly “right around the corner” 15 min ago. There are plenty of other options out there, go with one of them.

Again, I contacted Rowe Plumbing with an appt set today from 8am-12pm. After noon came and went I spoke to Scott who told me several times to “shut up so I can talk” as I explained my concerns and addressed his dismissive attitude. This plumber, Andrew McKinnon, was then apparently “right around the corner” but he never showed. The lady I spoke to was also rude, and I wasted my entire morning waiting for these people. Even after receiving a text at 10:31 stating he was 30 min out, and he was still not here over an hour and a half later. When I said we had to cancel my son being able to see Santa today, they could not have cared any less. Use Simpson Plumbing. Seriously.

TOO EXPENSIVE! My hot water heater broke, Rowe Plumbing came out same day, removed faulty water heater, went and picked up a new one and installed it same day. Technician got a COMMERCIAL GRADE water heater and they charged me $2300.00 and change! I would have been happy with an $800 water heater from Lowes! I feel like they ripped me off and I do not recommend this company ..I will never call them in the future. I argued with them but got nowhere. They took advantage of a senior citizen. Shameful.

Helped repair a terrible old leak from my main, and replaced my main intake pipe into our home! These folks saved my bacon and did so with haste!

Estimate and repair had a quick turnaround and price was reasonable for a serious upgrade with what looked to be difficult install/repair.

Top notch stuff, happy to have modern pex, and the plumber on site was a great dude. Highly recommend this service.

Worst customer service. Brittany at the front desk knows nothing about the company or how it works and will tell you that before hanging up on you. You would think employees would have some knowledge on a company they work for? Talked to Tim after who says no receptionist knows about the company they are working for. Very poor ran business.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROWE PLUMBING. This is our second experience with Rowe, and both times we had quick scheduling, they texted reminders, and the technician phoned when he was on his way. We first had Rowe come in early January to repair a drain issue where the washing machine empties into a wall drain. They came on time, unclogged the pipe, and the cost was very reasonable. A few days ago, we noticed water on the floor behind the washer and observed that bubbles were overflowing from the wall drain when the machine was in “rinse and spin” mode. Cameron from Rowe came. The first thing he did was to recheck the work that they had done in January to make sure that the drain was still flowing well— it was. He checked for other possible issues by running the rinse and spin cycle a few times. His diagnosis: we have been using too much detergent! He made sure that there were no more overflow bubbles. Then he said there was no charge!
We REALLY appreciate Rowe Plumbing for their honesty, excellent work, and for first rechecking the work that they had done in January. They stand behind their work! NOTE: we are now using less detergent and have had no more overflowing bubbles!😊😊

Tim came over to look at my outdoor hose faucet. He discovered that it needed a thread adapter and pointed me to getting one from my DYI store. He could have told me just about anything and I would not have been the wiser. He was absolutely honest in his dealings with me. I got the part he told me to get and the faucet is working great. Recently we needed some restoration work done on our home through Paul Davis. I recommended we use Rowe Plumbing to them for the plumbing portion of the work. My contractor immediately said, “They’re great! I really like Rowe Plumbing.” Guess I’m not the only one that knows they’re a great plumbing service! They are very professional and pleasant to work with. We recommend them to anyone!

This company gets a five star rating. I had a plumbing problem in my master bathroom that could have been a major expense if he was not so honest. Tim Rowe worked on my bathroom and resolved the problem in just a few minutes being only a soft clog. I have his card and will definitely call him with any future problems. I have already given his information to family and friends.

They did a great job installing my new garbage disposal, diagnosing a leak I had from the dishwasher, as well as replace an old toilet pump I was having issues with. Scheduling was easy, and sent me an email of the date and time frame I agreed to. I received a text when the plumber was on the way as well as their ETA. They showed up at the proposed time and completed the work in a timely manner. The plumber also documented the entire process (before and after photos and a typed description of the work performed). Highly recommended!

Our daughter just purchased her a house and part of the contract required a couple of leaks to be fixed. When we moved in, we discovered that there were still some substantial leaks so called right away. The receptionist got us on the schedule for the next morning. Quick to help and fixed a water main leak for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to call again should the need arise.

Normal water pressure ranges from 30 to 80 psi out of the faucet. Ours was at 105.
Four households on our street grouped together and got some quotes. Not only did Rowe Plumbing and Drain have the best price, but they also sent us Andrew, a master plumber, to install water pressure regulators in all 4 homes today.

Stay away. They performed unnecessary repairs that caused damage to my sewer pipes and which I later had to repair. Tech was completely unprofessional and had such difficulty diagnosing the issue that I have serious doubts about his competency. The contract and invoice was presented in the super smallest font on the tech's phone and was impossible to read. Not only can I not recommend them, I strongly advise you to *avoid* them.

We have used Rowe several times and they are always knowledgeable and professional. Dustin came out to service our ancient water heater and had a new one installed in about an hour. We thought we’d have to wait a week or so but he was able to get it done the same day. Highly recommend them.

Tim installed a hot water heater for my father in-law on a Sunday Morning as an early Christmas present! Tim is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. We were in the middle of a do it yourself bathroom upgrade when we needed assistance with the plumbing. Called on a Saturday and Tim was out the same day. Was very professional and helpful offering us quotes, along with advice for continuing our project on our own. Decided to schedule a day to have him redo the bathtub plumbing along with installing the tub. We are very happy with the outcome and the services he provided.

Bret was a very nice and gave good details of what needs to be done . Don't know if price was right ,being 1st time having to had plumbing done in 3p years . I would use Rowes service again if needed .

Fantastic customer service.
I thought my shower had a leak. So I called Rowe Pluming for help.
Tim promptly returned my call, carefully listened to what I had to say, then informed me of what the problem might be, what to expect, and how much it would cost. Tim arrived at my home within 30 minutes, thoroughly investigated the situation and, fortunately, told me I had no leaks. Yeah. Now I have peace of mind.

I would highly recommend this company. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, bid was competitive and I just had a better feeling about him doing the work vs the other companies we received bids from. He also was courteous in the way that he tried to keep drywall damage to a minimum. This is the only plumber my family will use going forward.

Tim and his apprentice came out on two different calls. Tim is professional and very knowledgable. He gets right to work and gets the job done. I couldn't recommend him enough.

They fixed a small issue I had, and educated me during the process. Gave me tips on what to look out for and how to save money. Another time, I had a different company come in to tell me I needed to replace some pipes and was quoted at $3500. Got a second opinion from Rowe plumbing, who ended up fixing the problem without having to replace anything. Potentially saved me thousands. This company seems to put the customer first.

Great company! They are friendly and honest

Good people who mean well but did allot of head scratching and guessing. Could not diagnose the problem then proceeded to quote me for work that after getting second opinion and professional diagnosis did not need to be done.

As relatively new home owners, the thought of calling a plumber was one filled with nervousness. Rowe plumbing took away much of that nervousness by giving us a good quote over the phone and explaining what the problem most likely was. He came, fixed the problem and stuck to the quote, which was very fair. I recommend using Rowe as it is as hassle free as a plumbing call can be.

I have called T Rowe Plumbing on 3 different occasions. They were out within 1 day after calling, very fast service and friendly. He is knowledgeable in all areas, which is so convenient. He also told me how to fix it when I had an emergency, if I wanted too to avoid the service call. But I would rather pay and have it done right. I have had and outside pipe leaking underground, a bathroom and laundry room that were not up to code and needed new pipes. Tim is the Best!! He is reasonable and he is Fast!! I will call T Rowe Plumbing whenever I need help and I would highly suggest this company. They have much faster than Sarkinen or Roto-Router Plumbing, I would of had to wait more than a week for someone to come out. Call T Rowe if you need any plumbing services, Believe Me You Will Be Satisfied!!

The reception who scheduled our appoint was very courteous and professional. We received text reminders the day before and day of our appointment. The last of which included a link to track the plumber as he was heading to our residence with an ETA for arrival.

The responding plumber, Shawn Kalakian, was on time and readily identified the leak and a fix. He even checked another area which was a concern to verify no leak was present.

Being new to the area, finding companies to provide critical services such as plumbing can always be daunting. For plumbing, our go-to will be Rowe Plumbing and Drain today forward.

Instead of having to replace our garbage disposal John was able to repair ours saving us half the cost of a new one. He was on time and very courteous.

I cannot say enough good things about Rowe plumbing and drain. They helped me out in a really bad situation, remedying shoddy work dond previously by unscrupulous contractors. Tim saved the day and got my plumbing inspection passed. Josh finished up the job today and did great work. I know when I call them they will be there as soon as they can. And their work will be top-notch. I might pay a little extra but it's well worth it. Thank you Rowe plumbing and drain!

Called for an estimate and got someone to come out the following week. Estimator showed up two hours before window so I had to send him away. He did come back later though within the window and he seemed knowledgable, which is why 2 stars. He said the project was complex and his boss would need to do the estimate that night or the following day. I never got that estimate or any follow up.

I just wanted to say this is by far one of the best plumbing companies I have ever contacted. They were fast and knowledgeable and the customer service was the best I have ever received. I 100% suggest this company. Josh
What is the plumber that came over and he was so helpful and so polite along with his level of skill I was very pleased.

The only company that could even come same day, quickly diagnosed and fixed our leaky bathtub faucet. Very polite and professional. Will call again!!
