Called ProDrain at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Talked to friendly staff. Could have paid overtime for service that evening. Didn't think I needed it (I did, it turned out), but ProDrain arrived on time the next morning and had our problem solved in short order! Technician was Chris T, a well-spoken, neatly dressed, and competent young man. Couldn't have been nicer. Price was more than fair, service was prompt and efficient. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Just call them.

I had a hot water heater go out, I called Pro Drain around 9am, Deanna was able to get a plumber to my house by 11am, and he was able to go to the supply house, get a new hot water heater, return to my house and have the job completed (and under the quoted budget) by 1pm. Extremely professional and responsive. . . . You can't ask for more!

We are almost ready to move in to our new home and our toilets were draining really slow. We called a plumber and he highly recommended ProDrain to scope our pipes. I called and they were there within a couple of hours. Chris Terrones was very nice and knowledgeable. He didn't find anything in the pipes but suggested that the sewer pump wasn't working. January 10th this year Chris unclogged our kitchen and bathrooms sinks after I struggeled doing it myself with no results. He called ahead with his arrival time and finished both sinks in 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Also gave us great tips on keeping both sinks clog free. I also priced other drain services and ProDrain offered the best pricing. Also the receptionist needs a shout out. She was very professional and friendly. I had called other drain services and most sounded annoyed that I called them. Don't bother checking other services. Also ask for Chris.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate ProDrain. Chris T is the best, he was is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Pathetic business! They left a trench open for almost two weeks. The trench dirt was left on the sidewalk along with the broken cement cinder case, exposed wires, exposed PVC and other broken items. They were paid for this work weeks ago. They just never followed up until I had to call the City to file a complaint. TVWD came out and placed a Cinder Cover near the hole per my request within 30 minutes of my initial call. Pro Drain lied to me when I called them and asked them when it would be taken care of. They told me that THEY called TVWD to deliver a box, when in fact I was the one who made the call and had TVWD come look at the mess and file an issue with Pro Drain and deliver the box along with placing safety cones around the mess. When I called Pro Drain (multiple times) I was told that I would be receiving a call back from the Shop Manager..... Of course, that never happened. Pro Drain is very fortunate that nobody (many children in our neighborhood) fell into the ditch/open trench. Would have been one hell of a law suit....... Again, pathetic. TV News Crew has been called for a follow up on the issue.

I didn't get how to do this on their website, but I had Chris Terrones come in and he was so nice. I had an extremely backed up toilet that was a terrible situation. Even my mega plunger deluxe was not doing the job. So I got to get Chris come in and he had to work for a while due to all the you-know-what that was stuck in the pipes, but he fixed my toilet really quickly! I am going to just have him and Pro Drain come to help my sick and sad toilet when it needs a check up. I would give them six stars, but I can only select out of five.

Had the need for drain service today: definitely not something I look forward to or know a lot about. I call ProDrain and was at ease when George showed up and went to work. Same day service on sewer backup. He was able to take care of the backup and left me a video of what was causing the problem. I did not think this day would be a good day, but with the help of Pro Drain it was... Thank you George and ProDrain

Awesome service! Kay took my initial call and was friendly and knowledgeable! She scheduled me for a Monday and a technician/plumber was able to come early so he came out today! This was a savior !! Thomas Patrick was awesome. He cleared out drain and found a small leak and fixed that. He was professional, quick and very nice. Price was very reasonable for the work.

We had a stated service time window of 1pm-3pm. The technician arrived only 8 minutes into that time frame (very prompt!). He was very professional, personable, and explained everything he was doing. The total time for the sewer drain scope was right at a half hour. I was very pleased with our entire experience with Pro Drain, and I highly recommend them.

Chris from Pro Drain just finished up here and I will be recommending them to anyone I know needing drain service. I had called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. Chris was right on time and even though I got there about 10 min late he was very understanding. He finished quickly even when added on snaking our shower drain, which I had failed to mention initially over the phone. I had been meaning to replace the old drain pipe under the sink and he sold me a kit at cost which I can install myself, which saved me a Home Depot trip.

The only thing that was odd was there being an additional fee to cover the credit card processing fee. However since I felt the cost of the service was fair, they were very up front about it and I ended up paying by check, it's not something that effected my opinion about them.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future for any drain issues.

I called Pro Drain this morning to unclog my shower. A helpful technician, Chris Terrones, arrived at my house within half an hour. Friendly, courteous, and efficient, Chris had my drain unclogged and the shower cleaned up in ten minutes. I'd call him again in a minute, but he did such good work that I hope I won't have to!

Jeff, Jason, Enrique, Chris, and Jack ... these dudes came, saw, and conquered my re-pipe project masterfully. Deanna was also super-helpful throughout the whole process.

This company may be great for individual residence service, but we had a very different and frustrating experience as a condominium complex. An owner reported that a plumber she had hired to make renovations to her bathroom felt the valve for the water to her building was unstable and might break if he tried to turn it (it’s a 1980’s building). She had already disconnected her bathroom plumbing, so the situation was somewhat urgent. The HOA paid $100 for Pro-Drain to come out and look at the valve. They gave us a $3000 estimate to replace the valve. The high cost was attributed to the time it takes to turn off the water to all 8 buildings. But they also said that they felt they could turn off the water for the building with the existing valve. The owner arranged to have Pro-Drain come out to do the work on her bathroom. She reported back to the HOA that Pro-Drain had told her when they arrived that they didn’t think they wanted to try turning the valve. This made the HOA look incompetent, as well as being an unexpected change in their story. Between each of these events, there was about a 10-day scheduling gap. The owner had no shower and had a port-a-potty set up in her garage the whole time.

The HOA agreed to have Pro-Drain come back and replace the valve, waited another 10-12 days and advised all 75 owners that their water would be shut off for the day of the work. Pro-Drain returned, dug out the valve, and then realized…they hadn’t brought the equipment they needed to do the job. At 4:30 pm that day – hours after they realized this - they advised the community manager that they would come back 12 days later to complete the job, insisting they couldn’t come back earlier because it would mean bumping another customer from the schedule. Residents in 75 units spent the day not using water because of the shut off that was supposed to take place and never did.

The next day, the community manager contacted another plumber, who scheduled a service visit the following day, and came and completed the work in 4 hours without significantly affecting the water to the other buildings. To be fair, after we had already scheduled the second plumber to come and complete the job, Pro-Drain did call back and had miraculously found a way to schedule a return visit the next day to complete the job. At that point, we wanted nothing more to do with their unreliability.

In and out in 15 minutes! Chris was on time and polite, and cleaned up after.

Cold water line pipe broke and we had to shutoff our house water. After calling literally a dozen plumbers who couldn't/wouldn't come out same day I called these guys and they were able to offer an after hours appointment for 7pm. Greg gave me a call and came out at 6pm. He knew exactly what to do, explained it all to me, and was out of there within 30 minutes. These guys will be the first I call next time.

Same day clogged drain service. Chris Terrones was very polite and professional and solved our clogged drain issue within about 40 minutes. They were professional on the phone and when they came out. My kitchen sink was backing up into the shower. The guy snaked it he seemed to know what he was doing. It costed $100 and my sink works great . I would call them again.

I noticed the other day, while cleaning a toilet in the newish home I recently purchased, that right after it's flushed and the tank has finished filling, there's a dribbling sound that lasts several seconds. Fearing a small leak, I had ProDrain come out to look. After some diagnostics, George (owner) determined it was probably just an artifact of my particular model toilet having a substantial drop from spigot outlet onto outlet connector (as shown in manual). He tested his hunch by having me pour water into the bowl, which indeed reproduced the sound. And I'm embarrassed now to admit this, but we then checked another toilet of same make/model upstairs, and though I'd never heard the sound from it before, I could hear it there as well (just not as loud). He charged me for less than an hour of his time, and never had to dismantle anything outside the tank (if it ain't broke don't fix it). I'll definitely call them again if/when I need help!

Our bathroom sink in our ancient apartment got so backed up it was nearly not draining at all. Our landlord had ProDrain come out, and Chris Terrones was able to get it draining better than ever. The service was quick, and professional. Highly recommend.

I ended up having a toilet drain become blocked on a Saturday and called the plumber I regularly use, he recommended ProDrain as he had used them himself and they were an honest company that would do right by me. I called and spoke with Dishawn and explained the problem. He told me that he would be at my home within an hour which he was. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found that I had a main drain clog and quickly resolved the problem. The price was very reasonable being a weekend at $175.00 per hour and Dishawn had it resolved in less than an hour. He was professional, and very helpful. I would not hesitate recommending Pro-Drain to anyone else who needs Plumbing and Rooter Service work done. I am very happy with the service. Compared to other companies in the area these folks hands down are awesome.

Kitchen sink. Clogged again. Unhappy with the price and service and attitude and ashtray smell of my previous plumber, I went looking for a new relationship. Booking service at ProDrain was tops, the cost is a flat fee (not “we start the meter when the driver starts the engine”), the plumber arrived on schedule, and tried like hell to declog the sink. 65 feet out… nothing. So what did he do? He called the most experienced plumber on staff who came out same day and finally diagnosed a bad plumb that sent the snake the wrong direction. (I know this is not proper plumber jargon, but I’m not a plumber!) Price for all this? Same flat fee! That’s integrity. Both men were positive, professional, and very glad to work for this company, which makes all the difference. ProDrain didn’t make any money off me that day, but I have told all my friends about them and I’ll use them from now on. No doubt. You should too!

Front desk person was great and set up an appointment for early afternoon after we called first thing in the morning. Austin arrived well within the window given. Diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within a very short period of time. Cleaned everything up beyond our expectations. Definitely will use them again if needed!

I can’t give them a good enough review. Last week my kids flushed some toys down two toilets. And they came out and removed them. This week they flushed the keys to my Subaru, camper, Yakima topper, house and shop, plus baby wipes. Dishawn came out and removed my keys from 57’ in the system. He was literally sweating. It took forever. But he didn’t give up. And I cannot thank him enough.

I’ve used ProDrain a number of times in the past to clear drains quickly and at a reasonable price but today was my first experience with their plumbing service. The plumber was on time, really helpful, and did the repair quickly. I highly recommend them for anybody with a plumbing repair need.

Lost a hose I was cleaning abdrain with. Hose was around a 90* bend. They were able to find it and recover it. It was a tough process but they were able to get it back. Came out as soon as they could and came when they said they could. Great people.

Called this morning after being referred by the local company Anctil Plumbing. We had water from upstairs emptying into the downstairs toilet! Luckily they were able to come out same day. We were so happy when our technician Dishawn came out and fixed everything in less than an hour by clearing our main pipe. Everything is back to normal! I had a wonderful experience with Pro Drain. I had a friend (who is not a plumber) do some piping under my kitchen sink, and it was a bad idea- nothing worked properly and it constantly leaked. Eventually it got past the point where I could get it working again even temporarily, so I called Pro Drain.

They came out the very next morning and completely repiped under my sink, removing most of the old galvanized pipe which needed to go and repiping it so everything was at the correct angle. My sink is now leak-free and drains perfectly- at at a totally reasonable price. The plumber (who's name I can't remember, sorry!) was extremely nice and competent as well.

Jason & Chris were very efficient in installing my new kitchen faucet. They called in the window they promised, were here on time, removed the old stubborn faucet, installed the new one and answered all of my questions. Next time I need a plumber, I definitely will call them.

For several weeks, our basement sink would flood every time we did laundry and take days to clear. After trying Draino and attempting to snake the drain ourselves without success, a friend referred us to ProDrain. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful when making the appointment, answering all my questions and setting an appointment within two days. Chris arrived on time, giving me a call 15 minutes before he arrived. The job took only about 30 minutes. Chris explained the problem, how he fixed it, and took my payment on the spot. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely use ProDrain again!

Austen was professional, quick and honest. He gave me options and in the end I went with a new toilet. He cleaned everything up really well. Also working with the company to schedule was excellent. They answer their phones and was able to have him come out on Christmas Eve.

These guys are awesome. Professional, very responsive, very reasonable. I clogged my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day and in trying to unclog it myself (bad idea) I had it backing up into my washing machine. I called the next day to see if they were open and had anyone available and Chris was at my house within an hour of calling in. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and had my sink unclogged within 20 minutes, stuck around to make sure I could get the washer drained AND it did not cost me a small fortune. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know and won't hesitate to call them again for all of my plumbing needs.

The guy comes out and says sorry can't unclog it. Charge $300 and didn't even snake the drain line. I went to Home Depot rented a snake pushed a garden hose down the drain with an expanding declogging attachment and cleared the blockage myself.

I feel it is incredibly important for people researching a company's reputation to get a clear view of them so I want to be clear, I wasn't happy as a customer by the owner of the company returned my check and was empathetic to my situation. I can't express how much I appreciate this approach and the integrity of the owners.

I have used them a few times now. I was actually originally referred to them by a plumber for a clogged drain. He told me that he actually used their drain services on jobs where he was doing the plumbing service. I have used them for drain services 2 times before and will call again if needed. Today I actually used the regular plumbing service. I called to check on the intended time of arrival so I could plan my day and and was told they could arrive a little early, at 9:30 AM if that would work. My clock clicked over from 9:29 to 9:30 and Brain pulled in their truck. Amazing. He not oly fixed all the issues I had to about an hour, he showed me why my system failed and what he could do to help make sure it did not happen again.He went beyond just fixing it. We also talked about some other concerns I have and I am planning to call again really soon to resolve the other concerns I have and I will not be calling anyone else. Great job Brian and thank you so much!

When I had called to ask questions about my toilet; the gal on the phone was so sweet. She told me the next steps to schedule my appt and it was within a few days. Chris was my technician. He asked if he should take off his shoes; and in my house we don’t wear shoes on the carpet. Super sweet. Fixed my toilet within minutes which was almost embarrassing. He also educated me a little more on my toilets. Super sweet people. I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chris was an outstanding person to work with at Pro Drain. He listened carefully to the issue, provided a clear estimate on the cause and proposed solution and quote. He was clear on when he could come and was able to arrive earlier than his first assessment. He was very polite and professional in doing the job.

I would give them 3.5 stars if possible. I've used them twice to service my water heater. The first time, the plumber, Greg, was absolutely professional. He cleaned the burner and flushed the tank in 30mins. The second time, it took a different plumber 30mins just to clean the burner and another 15 mins sitting in his truck to complete paperwork and make phone calls to get answers for my questions. To be clear, he didn't flush the tank. I feel I was paying more for less work and I shouldn't be charged for asking questions. Note: They charge you by hours in 15mins increment.

Most amazing experience! A special thank you to Andrea and Eric!! I'm in SE Portland and tried to find someone local, but both were a bust. The first one took days to even commit to a 6 hour window (what!?), the other was concerned he wouldn't be able to quickly fix my problem but recommended I call Drain Pro...boy was I appreciative! I left a voicemail at night and received a call back early the next morning. Andrea said she had someone in my area and he could be at my house with in 30 minutes. No lie! Eric shows up in less than 30 minutes and fixes my problem with ease. Eric was super friendly and professional!! Same with Andrea! Excellent teamwork! I will definitely work with Drain Pro again.

Dan was prompt (early!), friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! On top of that it was way cheaper than I had expected :). This was for a clogged pipe which had backed up horrific-smelling kitchen water into my laundry room.

I've used Pro Drain for about four years now for drain cleaning and plumbing and every time, the service and quality of repairs has been excellent. If someone asks for a recommendation for a plumber or drain cleaner, I have no reservations about recommending them.

The last time they came out, a drain pipe had ruptured behind a cabinet and water was dripping into the basement beneath it. This was not a straightforward repair and was going to require some creativity to come up with a solution. Malcolm got there at 2:00pm and didn't leave until 11:00pm. Not only that, the quality of the work was top notch and his communications throughout the process were excellent. He even had the foresight to put in a clean out in case it was needed. I could not be happier with the repair and he totally exceeded my expectations and then some.

On a Saturday... I called at 10a. They called back at 1030a. Someone was here at 1pm. Took them 20mins and the pipe was clear again. For a basic job it was great service.

I saw ProDrain and 3 Mountain plumbing when I was making my initial decision. I went with 3 Mountain. They did not bring a camera as advertised and charged $264 to snake the pipe unsuccessfully. Their final response was that I needed to spend $2700 to replace the pipes.

I called ProDrain for a second opinion... They showed up on time and within an hour everything was working. My cost was $88. I am calling ProDrain for all my future plumbing needs.

Chris saved the day! We have a very old utility sink that our HVAC system condensation drains into and it has been backing up. Chris kept me informed of the whole process and let me know that age of the pipes there might mean it couldn’t be cleared and had to be replaced or we would have to vent outside (which he showed me how to do). But he didn’t give up! He got it cleared and now we can get through the holidays without having to do any emergency repairs. I would not hesitate to call them again and we will look into their service when we do replace that sink and it’s piping. Thank you Chris!

Stuart repaired our leaking shower drain as well as dripping faucet in our bathroom. He did excellent job, found a smart way to open the outside wall for the leaking drain access and replaced faulty plastic fittings with much better quality brass fittings. Never used them found a cheaper one

I had a root clogged rain drain but not anymore! A clean cut nice spoken service tech named Chris arrived on time and went right to work. The drain was apparently fed by multiple downspouts and had several branchings which made it difficult to snake but he got it done and was gone in less than 45 minutes.

Had a clogged storm drain overflowing water out of the downspout. Chris T. cleaned it out and discussed what to expect and how to handle possible reoccurrence. I learned a lot from the visit. They're now my go-to rooter pros.

I had a difficult interaction with ProDrain. I approached them with a bathroom remodel and asked for a bid. ProDrain requested that I email a project summary and parts list. I did this but after a week still had no response of any kind. I called to follow-up and was told that the plumbing manager would get back to me that day to discuss the project. I have never been contacted.
While I cannot speak to the technical skills of ProDrain, the lack of professionalism with regard to communication and follow-through makes me believe that they would not meet my standards in any regard.

Quick, real professional service

I have a sewer line that gets blocked occasionally. When it happens the entire house is shut down so speedy, reliable service is really important. I called ProDrain in the morning and they said that they would have someone out between 5 and 7 in the evening. Chris showed up at 6:00, understood completely what had to be done and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Then he cleaned up where the blockage had made a mess, tested all of the toilets in the house and discussed ways we could avoid the problem in the future. This is the second time ProDrain has come out (they sent Mario before) and both times I have been eager to write a positive review. By the way, the price (although overtime) was very reasonable and exactly what I expected.

My laundry tub would not dean after plunging and Draino. This mourning still standing water so I called Pro Drain. They could send someone between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. Plumber came at 1:15. We went down stairs and tub had drained between time I call and when he came. He checked it out by running water in the tub and it was draining fine. He said he had been close by and would not charge me. He gave me a tip about getting a filter for the washer house so if tub backs up again all the crud will not get sucked into my washer. Great experience!

Because of the number of pets we have, we've used their service 3xs over 6 years. Washing machine and kitchen sink/ dishwasher all on the same pipe system. They returned my call right away. Conveniently scheduled our window from 8 to 10 p.m. the same day, so my husband and I didn't have to miss work. I wasn't super excited about waiting around until 10, but it turned out I didn't have to. The gentleman who arrived (a few minutes before 8!) to unclog our kitchen drain was professional, courteous and quick. He even offered us some tips and ideas to prevent future clogs. The entire transaction took maybe 20 minutes and we were able to pay him on the spot via credit card. I would absolutely call Pro Drain again.

They did a great job with except the clean up was horrible dirty hand marks on my walls, mud on my floors, and dirt in my shower. Plus the tried to charge me for a apprentice $75. But removed my I said something.

Maybe DON'T tell a property management company a tenants toilet doesn't need replaced just because you were able to unclog it once and flush 3 squares of TP down it 9 times. The toilet is 30 years old and has clogged 10 times in 3 months. Your assessment was BAD, and now the PM is quoting your tech in order to not replace it. It's wasting water that I pay for, and in 21 years of renting, I've never had to unclog a toilet so many times. Not even cumulatively. Maybe just address the issue and keep your opinions about replacing it to yourself next time. Especially after the tech told me it's the OLDEST toilet he'd ever seen.

After calling about five other plumbing companies, we were referred to ProDrain. We had an extremely clogged kitchen sink which needed to be fixed ASAP. Unexpectedly had a clogged drain so called Pro Drain; the soonest that someone could come out was the next morning which was excellent. I made the appointment and while I attempted to, and seemed to, repair the clogged drain on my own, I decided to not cancel the appointment just for peace of mind. Glad I did not cancel because I did not tighten one of the pipes and it could have caused major problems. The plumber explained what I needed to be aware of and made sure all the lines were clear. Bought a house and needed a bunch of little things done (piping, toilet installs, faucet repairs, etc...) but together it ended up being a good chunk of work. I got a bid from another company but ProDrain came in cheaper and had better reviews.

Very happy that I went with them---they were on time, courteous on the phone and in person, and were quick to respond to my requests.

The job ended up coming in at the lower end of their estimate but I think a large part of that had to do with an apprentice coming onsite and taking care of a few minor things off of the plate of the main plumber. The apprentice's hourly rate was more than half that of a regular plumber.

The water from the washer backs up into the kitchen sink. He said it is normal but I don't believe that. Its doesn't do that until the washer is backed up. I think he is inexperienced.

We had a leak that had been bothering us for months. After checking for some quotes from local businesses, there was none as close to as affordable as Pro Drain. For half the price a technician, Jeff Wolff, came by and did his best work in the shortest time he could and charged us half of what other businesses would have. Great work for a great price! We took a look at my situation, and he explained that I didn’t really need all of the blockage clearing that I was prepared to pay for. As a contractor myself I could have not been more pleased with the service I received from Austen @ prodrain. It was Christmas Eve and our kitchen sink backed up. I pulled the disposal and the p trap and everything was clear, tried several times to snake the drain pipes but still was backing up. I called prodrain who I have referred to my customers several times and they were closed because of the holiday. They had an emergency number for drain clogs. I called and Austen answered said he had a slot and he came over. In an hour he had the drain clear, cleaned up after himself, and very very pleasant to have in our home. He acted and did his job how I expect my employees to perform their jobs in our clients homes. The price was what he quoted and now we have a working kitchen sink for Christmas. UPDATE: I chatted with admin at the company and they cleared up miscommunication about their services. They DO have drain cleaners separately from the plumbers. So they had a drain cleaner come out today. He was great! Very nice, professional, and quick.

We hired this company because they have drain cleaning listed as a service. And due to the nature of our issue (bad smell from the drain), they recommended we have another company out first to ensure there wasn't water in our crawl space/broken piping. Which we did: and this company didn't see anything out of the ordinary in our crawl space.
Cut to our service day with Pro Drain and Rooter, our technician also saw nothing was wrong down there.
So he spent a ton of time asking me questions about the smell and in the end didn't have a solution. And when I inquired about the drain cleaning he said, oh we don't do that, you'll have to have another company come out for that
So at the end of the 20 questions, this 40 mins of NOTHING cost us over $200.

My son flushed Dixie cups down our toilet and was referred to Pro Drain from our regular plumber since they don't do clogs. They sent someone out the same day I called. Chris was able to retrieve the cups in less than 10 minutes and our toilet has been fine ever since. I highly recommend this company!
